We was waiting for food 1.5 hours ordering garlic dips and they are not with pizza. Nobody anser the phone when you calling to shop. Delivero can't contact with them as well. That shop is absolutely 0 stars not recommended anyone.

Just an awful experience. Ordered it, never received it. Spoilt our night. Review amended: the 2 pizzas arrived very late, after we all left, one was as ordered, the other one was just a random cheese and anchovies. Still very poor. Will never try again.

We ordered through deliveroo, was told it would be ready after 30 mins, after.thst time was told it would be 10 minutes... After 2 hours we are still awaiting for our delivery... We have spoken to the shop multiple times and yet we are still awaiting our delivery... The shop still has no idea where our food is!

Just ordered take away from here best spot in mcr hands down. Perfectly baked and packed full of flavour and the cheese twists so mourish.

First time ordering from Pizzology and I can only sum it up as being pizza roulette! What time will the pizza be delivered? and what will the delivery driver hand to me? Neither the delivery time or order where as requested. Anyway, regardless of this USP, the pizzas actually tasted very good and will last me much longer than I originally thought.

Base was like cardboard, pizzas were really poor. Wouldn’t buy from there again.

This is our favourite place to order from. The food is impeccable and the service is great/fast. They even checked because we ordered vegan food along with veggie incase we wanted vegan cheese. 😊 thank you!

Quality pizza! Fresh ingredients we ordered a veggie and a meat pizza both were cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh and you could really taste the light crust and sauce. Delivery was on time although it took an hour… guess they were busy. Will definitely order again as there aren’t many decent pizza places near us thanks guys I will be back for more pizza in the near future! Thanks again

Order food 2 hours ago it said 30 min. Phoned up after an hour the guy on phone said food was its way with their driver not Uber eats. I am less than a mile away. 1 hour later 3 calls in still no food. They have taken my money & no food the man in shop lies and said it was with driver but could not say when it was it getting here. Also contradicted himself each time Don’t order with this shop they are shocking

Absolutely awful service. We’ve been waiting for 2 hours. Every time we called they said the driver had left and will be with us in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we call again and they said the driver had just left, so they lied last time. Called again and they said the driver will be with us soon in 5 minutes. Still nothing! 2 hours waiting and they’re lying on the phone and being extremely dismissive to us. Don’t order from these crooks!

We ordered a whole load of pizzas for the football match. All my guests really enjoyed the food! Pizzas were tasty and delivered hot. Will be a regular for us now thanks guys again

Reasonably priced vegan pizza, even my local pizza place charges way too much for vegan choices. Delicious food and the delivery driver was nice. Pizza was Just as good as Papa John's, Dominoes etc. Really enjoyed the twisted vegan pepperoni dough balls were nice too

Girlfriend bought me a Large Fries from here. The woman serving laughed as she put a tiny handful of greasy cold chips in a garlic bread box. Pitiful excuse for food at that price. Edited at the request of the owner: It was definitely a woman that served us, and the owner is blatantly and openly lying if they say otherwise. This happened soon after the restaurant opened and has tarnished our view of the place ever since. *edit - I noticed the owner decided to state in a response that I had written a fake review. I have no reason to write a fake review. Perhaps the woman working there was temporary or covering for someone else, but I have no reason to lie on a review of a random takeaway. I know reviews on Google are about as trustworthy as youtube comments, but being called a liar on a google review is a new one for me.

Delivery driver was really rude! After that food is never as good! Shame as it was a recommendation but not one again for us!

I found the pizza base (bread) tasty however the cheese had a weird taste, like bad quality

I highly recommend if you want food from these guys then go in store so they have to accept your order I tried via deliveroo and waited over 5 mins to no response on accepting my order I phone the place to start keeping an eye on their deliveroo orders and the guy on the phone did not care saying it's my problem This was the first time ordering from these clowns o won't be trying again

This is the best pizza in Salford and on top of that, the entirety of Manchester, hear me out. It's only a pity it closes after midnight, class pizza though.

Best pizza I’ve had in my life!

The food arrived on time and hot . Sadly the pizza was very average I expected the cheese to be mozzarella instead it had quite an unpleasant frontage texture which personally I did not like . Also the pepperoni used was not cooked as you would expect . it seemed as if they were put on after the pizza was cooked .it’s a shame really as I had expected much better . I will give it another try ,hopefully on the next order things will have improved

I placed an order this evening from the Whitefield branch containing a verily vegan pizza with added vegan mock chicken for my partner. When ordering I even emphasised in the special requirements section that the pizza was for a vegan customer. We have ordered the same item before from Pizzology, so are aware of the taste and texture of the mock chicken they use (quorn cubes). When the pizza arrived the topping looked completely different to our previous order, and looked a lot like real meat. As a meat eater, I tried it and the topping was definitely real chicken. It tasted, smelt and broke up like real meat, It was completely different to quorn. My partner was therefore left without a pizza. We emailed the restaurant to raise the issue, due to them not having a number for the branch listed online. A member of staff then rang us and was fairly rude for the duration of the call. Without even trying to find out what the issue was, he immediately stated we were wrong and said that it was impossible for the topping to be real chicken, despite admitting that they also serve it. We explained that the taste, texture and smell of the product suggested it was meat rather than Quorn. His response was just to repeatedly claim that we were wrong and that my partner should be pleased that the meat tasted so much like chicken. The member of staff was unprofessional throughout the call, and probably shouldn't be allowed near the companies phone going forward. The experience makes me question how seriously staff at Pizzology deal with dietary requirements, if this mistake was repeated to a customer with an allergy you'll end up making them seriously unwell. We clearly won't be ordering from Pizzology again.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered online via their website at 20:07 with delivery predicted 21:10. 21:15 not arrived so rang to be told there’s problems with the website & only just downloaded the order. Not good service at all so avoid using website & order via an online app to ensure you get your order delivered on time. Pizzology you need to rectify online ordering asap to prevent losing customers!!!

Love this place. If you want to get a domino’s or Papa johns but don’t want the price, this place is it. And it’s Halal & Vegan! I was able to bring my vegan friends and we all had a pizza to enjoy that catered for all our needs. I usually go for the Bombay Padatka which is super spicy but amazing!!

DO NOT BUY THE LOW CARB PIZZA BASE BECAUSE IT IS NOT LOW CARB! I went in earlier this week after finding out they did a low carb pizza base, and spoke to someone on the phone and confirmed they had a low carb pizza base. After taking it home and trying it, it tasted too good to be a low carb base. I then went in and asked to see the nutrition and it turns out they are just using the gluten free pizza base and selling it as “low carb” when it is definitely not, it had around 100g of carbs per base. I tried to explain to the manager of the place that it isn’t a low carb base and he made absolutely no effort to reconcile the situation or understand me. He just passed off the blame to his supplier saying he ordered low carb bases and this was what they sent him. For someone with health concerns and can only eat certain types of food, this is a very disappointing experience as the take-away did absolutely no due diligence on ensuring that the food they serve is actually what they say it is. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism displayed by this establishment and it’s staff. I will definitely not be returning.

Love how fresh the pizzas are. I always order Bombay Patakha and it never disappoints! And the jalapeño bombs are to die for literally…… the only place I will get a pizza from!

Said online and on the shop door open until midnight, walked in at 23:05 and was told the shop was shut. Snakes man just pure wanted a veggie meat pizza.

Really good pizza only issue is time. Not the best if you want your food quickly but if you're not in any rush you wont be disappointed.

Ordered food at 8.48pm on a week night and by 10.30pm still never arrived and they never answered the phone the entire time we kept calling the restaurant on just eat. Would love to leave a review of the food but they never delivered it for us to try it.

First time ordering from here and it was a shambles. Our order came wrong missing 3 items, we rang them up and was told the missing items would be delivered to us, which we were happy with. The driver then reappeared within 10 minutes with 1 of the missing items and stated we would receive a refund for the other missing items as he didn't have them on him, saying he'd found the 1 missing item in the back of his car?? We got delivered potato wedges by mistake and the driver asked for them back, we advised him they had been opened and he said "well do you want to just keep them and I won't refund you the missing items" Ermmm no!! (also that is definitely not hygienic to give to another customer) It's frustrating enough having an order delivered wrong but we would've been happy to have them delivered like we were told rather than turn up with 1 luke warm item and the rest of the order still missing. Such a shame as the food was nice hence the generous 2 star but definitely won't be returning as customer service is seriously lacking.

delicious 😋 fantastic food ordered 2 regular size pizza's uber eats first time got here max 40mins still hot and the taste was bang on just as i was told/recommended by a friend my advise try if you haven't already you will not be disappointed. 100% defiantly will be ordering again.

I always order from here off Uber eats! If your vegan and want pizza this is the place, it’s better than any chain ‘dominoes / papa John’s’ plus it’s always on time and they offer reliable service never let me down. 10/10

Phoned to place an order and refuse to serve me the £25 meal deal??? Wow what’s that all about it’s in your menu!!! ……………….. Following your reply I can except you being busier than normal and I understood bank holiday and Eid but to lye and say you was reducing the radius of delivery? And working on a reduced menu!!!! That was totally untrue as you already offered the delivery just wouldn’t except the menu offers you advertised! False advertising. Admit you took full advantage of the Eid situation and I called you out…….. you also delivered to my other family member who lives just around the corner from me and they spent a lot more than £25 ……..…. One of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had and fast service. Especially thanks to the chef there on Sunday night 1/5/22 who served us and then had to deal with two horrible specimens (customers) who were demanding a pizza after he had stopped serving. Promote this man, he dealt with the situation eloquently XXX

Purchased the family feast for £25. 2 large vegan pizzas. 2 sides. 2 desserts. Fantastic value and delicious food. Would recommend.

Delivery person was conscientious and friendly, due to the late hour, they phoned rather than knocking, the food was delicious, hot and well presented, I shall definitely be ordering again.

Pizza was tasty but a 30-40 minute delay on a Tuesday evening, delivering to me approx 00.15am- unacceptable!!

I have been violently ill ever since eating here last night. I am fairly sure it is food poisoning. These guys need to ensure staff are following the correct food hygeine safety measures. Washing hands. Storing products in fridges. Etc. I won't be eating here ever again but at least for the health of your future customers please listen to this criticism.

Absolutely banging pizza. You must try their garlic bread for sure!! So cheesy and fluffy. Great value for money as well. Really good pizza would definitely recommend it. We went for stuffed crust and it was just top class

Ordered here for the first time tonight and it was bloody fabulous!! The pizza dough is spot on and particularly loved the stuffed crust and both the cheesecakes. Only thing I would say is I couldn’t see an option to buy dips on just eat? Would of loved a garlic and herb dip to go with it. Other than that belissimo!! Cheesy geezers 🍕

Visited Pizzology tonight and was genuinely shocked by the lack of hygiene in here. Was sat waiting for food and saw the following: - pizza ‘chef’ putting on a dirty apron after noticing me watching him make 3 pizzas and wiping his hands on his clothes or shaking them off across his work surface - manager standing with his hands in his pockets, then grabbing the pizzas from the chef to put in the ovens without washing them. - all pizzas (vegan, nut allergy and regular) made at the same time without decontaminating the work surface. - delivery driver waiting within the food preparation area without sanitising beforehand. The blatant disregard for general cleanliness was beyond shocking. I’d ordinarily highlight such issues with the venue itself but I can’t sit by and hope that they would take any feedback on board. Utterly shocking.

Just paid £12 for a 14"CHEESE pizza that is so spicy I cant eat it. All I can taste is bread and a horrid spicy sauce. Cant taste any cheese at all. Disgusting!

The pizza is nice and tasty but they are half way between deep pan and thin crust. Im not sure if they would give you a option for a deep pan, or thin crust Service was friendly and I've been twice now. The 12" was too big to eat in one sitting. At £9.99 its a fair price in a up and coming area of Salford

Firstly, what are steak house chips? Please explain to me what a steak house chip is. These were just oven chips with absolutely no seasoning. The pizzas were bland and on par with budget supermarket frozen pizzas. I had 3 slices of a large and then it was binned. Save your money, order from Rudy's.

Tried for the first time tonight after seeing people rave about it on Instagram! Hands down the best vegan pizza I’ve tried so far, we all know vegan cheese on pizzas can be a bit rubbish, but not this one, everything was on point! I had the no bull feast pizza and sweet potato fries! On time, served hot and tasted incredible! 10/10 sorry I didn’t get a photo of the pizza it didn’t last long enough 😂 ••EDIT•• I found a photo of the pizza from an Instagram clip 😂

Absolutely gorgeous pizza, the stuffed crust is SO worth it. We love the jalapeno poppers, best I've had. The sweet potato fries are absolutely banging too ☺️

Honestly amongst the worst things I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating. Vile, grainy, weird curd-like texture to both the cheese and base. We got a pizza with dairy cheese, and a side with vegan cheese - both were vile. Inedible. Genuinely upsetting. Ruined my evening ORDER NUMBER 13EBE on Uber Eats .

Ordered from Pizzology for the first time tonight and am so impressed! We ordered 2 vegan pizzas and they are the best vegan pizzas we have ever had. Very well priced and the service was excellent. The app was also really easy to use. Will definitely be ordering again in the future x

I tried a lot of different takeaways and I was always dissapointed. Pizzology offers good quality, delicious vegan options - highly recommended also for non vegans!

The pizza is good but every single time we have ordered they have forgotten the dips. Every. Single. Time. I sent the driver back this time and he came back 15 minutes later.....with the wrong dips.

Was excited to try this but I'm definitely confused by all the positive reviews, the pizza unfortunately had very little flavour and the stuffed (vegan) cheese crust was disappointing as the cheese also had no flavour. In addition, waited 20 mins for delivery although I live very close and the food had already cooled down by the time it arrived. Disappointing experience, but I guess it's cool to have a takeaway nearby that does vegan options, if I ever decide to give this place another go.

Turned off ordering early and barely apologised. Pizza is average at best. Edit: Love the fact that the owner doesn't even care either. For the record this is most definitely the right place I'm reviewing.

Bombay Patakha is a Bomb Pizza 💣💣 .. i wish they had Dine in, so can eat directly from the oven straight to table.

Definitely not worth the price. Way too salty and lacking taste. Base got like rubber after 5vminutes. All i could taste of was cheese. Not happy and probably not ordering again. Two stars for speedy delivery.

We always struggle to find a decent place to get vegan food! Found pizzology and I must say the food was very nice! I rang up before hand to ask about cross contamination as being vegan it is a risk and the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and was happy to explain how they work. The food came on time and the lady who delivered it was super friendly. The food was piping hot, love the thin crust pizza and the vegan sausage on the pizza was so tasty! Would highly recommend and will order again! Thank you.

Have been been before and had good pizza. However, today I rang four times, no answer. Came to the shop. Different guy behind the counter was rude and tried to overcharge me by £8. When I pulled him up on it, he tried to blame it on me for not using the correct terminology from the menu. Very shady dealing, and I don't appreciate people being rude to me when I am trying to give them money.

Wonderful selection of vegan pizzas. The verily vegan one was probably the nicest, cheesiest melt in your mouth pizza i've had in a long time! Will definitely order again. Great prices too.

Great pizza with a good base and toppings, would have got 5* but one thing for the owner to improve would be the sides. The steakhouse chips and sweet potatoe fries were really dry not much flavour, dominoes do much better sides but apart from that all good.

Pizza has a good fresh base however it is let down by the low quality and low cost ingredients. Ham was reformed and of Tesco value kind, vile tasting. Prices are like at dominos but definitely lacking quality. Keep the base and change the toppings Pizzology! I won't be returning back for now.
