Village Pizza in Epsom and Ewell

Absolutely delicious Mac n Cheese and the Canneloni were also a treat. The garlic bread was a bit too thin on the garlic but thats ok. Cant please everyone. Deliveryman was also very nice person, will order again.

Always great quality pizzas. Sent an incorrect pizza initially and great customer service to send out the one ordered. Technically got a free cheese pizza! Will use again as never any problems in the past and always enjoyed their food.

I was told next time I call I get a free pizza. So I called again like 6 months later as I don't order alot and as its not on they're system they only offered me a free coke!! I was not told it has an expiry date and if its not on the system that's a staff issue not a customer. Wasn't even trying to just get a Freebie this is genuine. I even have the order still on my phone. Won't be coming here again.

Very good service and nice taste

Every 6 weeks or so I come this way to see family and if we fancy a takeaway Village Pizza always gets my vote. Had another one last night and it was just as good as always. Went for a Margherita and Baltimore half and half. Top pizza and always friendly service.

After I had ordered I received an email to say it would take 1.5 hours to arrive. I don’t consider that satisfactory. However when it did arrive it was tasty. I would only recommend using if you have plenty of time

Ordered on their website at 2am for pickup. Paid online and when I got to their shop it was closed, said open on maps & on the website. They called me at 2pm 12hrs later saying my pizza is ready and has been waiting for me… they come and delivered it , asking for payment again even though it was paid for 12-13 hrs ago . Took the pizza in and it had blatently been reheated . Not a good shop take business elsewhere.

We loved to order from here. Thin crust with all different options of base and topiings are great. We love veg hot pizza, chicken tikka pizza, also chicken goujons. With delivery cost feel a bit high by 5-6 gbp for family if 4 but gets compensated by lovely pizza

1 pizza had incorrect toppings. Both pizzas were on a different base than usual and was not good. Pizza was very oily and the crust was very dry. Seemed like the pizza had sat for a long time as the cheese had already congealed.

The pizza was great however no additional toppings provided on the margheritta as requested and paid for. Shame otherwise definitely 5 stars. Will order again and hopefully next time the correct pizza is made/delivered.

I moved out from Epsom but miss pizza Rustica, best pizza!

Very tasty pizza. Very prompt delivery. Very helpful and polite on the phone when i requested different toppings.

The delivery driver was very rude, he banged on my door loudly multiple times, when I answered he said why didn’t I answer the buzzer down stairs? He was pressing flat 4 when I’m flat 5 and he was very aggressive swearing at me! So I told him I’m going to leave him a bad review and he carried on swearing at me while walking down the stairs? This was acceptable as my kids was in the other room listening to it all.

We ordered online, it was very decent ! Many vegan options !

Must be a bad day as the pizza was very disappointing. My pizza was meant to have bbq sauce, it didn’t. And overall both pizzas were bland and not up to the usual standard.

delivery driver went to the wrong address and then called telling me to come outside. the driver was incredibly rude and refused to listen when told that he was at the wrong address. the driver then rang a different doorbell and forced the other person to speak on his phone. when again told he was at the wrong address the driver refused to accept this and drove around the area using his horn to disturb the entire area and my neighbours.

I experienced disgusting service from this place if I could put minus stars I would. I’ve been going to this place for year and the way I’ve been treated tonight is disgusting and been threaten with physical violent (by saying he would get his friends to come and deal with my brother) by the MANAGER !! because he didn’t understand the deal on Uber eats (that they have to agree to) and not even listening and just shouting was disgusting and appalling. The management is absolutely appalling rude and threatening. What once was a lovely establishment, is now ran by horrid human beings. I hope no else get treated like this as it was quite scary.

Used to be very good. Toppings were always ample. Now they seem like theyve been put through a mincer and sprinkled on, was really disappointed.

Always great ordering from VP but last night was something else! It was late and I didn’t even think they’d be open but they were. We ordered around 11:40pm and delivery time was 12:10-12:40. I kept an eye on the order and there was a knock on the door at 12:10… the app hadnt even updated! The pizzas were still piping hot and delicious. Always a treat. Thank you VP 🙏🏼

My little daughter went buy a small pizza after school as she was hungry. When we asked for the cheapest pizza, the manager who was behind the counter showed the menu to say one 10” pizza was £14.99. I asked if there was offer and he says I could have buy one and get one free. Later, nearer the pick up time I noted on the wall there is a bill board advertising 10” single pizza, for £7.99! When I questioned why he did not point this out and his me he does not mention this, he started twisting the story! He then said he could offer me money back of £5 for next order! NO thank you Vilkage pizza in Ewell, I would not be coming back to you ! Such a cons, on advertising 2 different offers!

Over charging people with misleading prices

Pizza tastes like a microwave pizza, not the king you get from a "pizza" place, very disappointing. Also the jalapeno poppers are 90% cream cheese, some of them didn't even have a jalapeno in them. Despite this the chicken and dips were very nice. So if you like chicken this place is great, if you dont its a tragic waste of money.

Top pizzas at a great price. Say no more

We tried the "Media" base this time and found it better than the "thin & crispy" and the "deep pan" options.

Awful customer service and sneaky price increases... Price online & on the website is not what they try and charge you when you order on the phone. Seemed to just make prices up and say offers aren't running even though you can see they are online. The guy on the phoned then tried to barter the price down with me...

First time trying Village Pizza and will definitely be ordering from there again. Really thin, crispy base so you don't get bloated with dough. Good pizza too, although the description stated it was "Really Hot", but it wasn't at all. I barely noticed there were chillies on it. And the French garlic bread is about half the size of regular garlic breads. All very nice though.

Love village pizza. Have ordered from them for years. Huge vegan range ( and gluten free bases too) and are my go to for when I need my pizza fix. Polite over the phone and delivery drivers are too!

Been a customer of theirs for past 10 years. Had the worst ever customer service experience on Monday with the call operator as well as the delivery driver. Both were rude and unprofessional. They failed to deliver the Pizzas ordered down the road from the establishment. This once very decent place has been run down. They need basic etiquettes to speak to customer and deliver simple order which is walking distance from the shop

Food quality amazing. Delivery instead absolutely disgusting. Although I left clear instructions for the driver, Although I told him he can park by A&E entrance to deliver pizza he refused and made me walk all the way to main parking. I work in the hospital and I was in a real rush. Somebody needs to tell to that driver that he can deliver pizza in front of A&E. Plain stupidity! Cars were passing him coming in front of A&E and he still refused to deliver in the place were he was asked to. Do not use people who don't know what costumer service is!!

I ordered from Village Pizza on Feb 5th hoping for a treat as they were my fave place to go for a vegan pizza. They called to say that they no longer had vegan cheese and would I still like the pizza. I said no and would just prefer a refund. Well it's Feb 27th now and still no refund. I have emailed and called them but to no avail. Please avoid at all costs. They really don't care about their customers...

Delivery was great, polite and friendly driver, pizza great as usual.

After eating their pizza last evening I had a food poisoning and severe diarrhoea all night. I feel totally exhausted today! One of the ingredients on my pizza must have been past its sell by date and wasn’t suitable for consuming. The restaurant probably have a policy of selling them instead of disposing them in order to save money. Well, I would gladly pay more for guarantee of fresh food. If you want to order a pizza, order it somewhere else. Avoid this restaurant and save yourself a pain and a sleepless night.

We've ordered from here for over 5 years because they did great vegan options and, as you see, most of their positive reviews are because of this. However, the last 2 times we've rung they've said they no longer cater to vegans - even though online it still says they do... Massive shame as it was their only really USP and they'll loose so much business (we're all vegans here and i know many others who ate there because some of them were too). To be fair their vegan options have been getting worse over the last couple of years so there has been a steady decline on this point. Perhaps not a suprise but I imagine they won't survive much longer...

Excellent food and great delivery

Excellent, tasty pizza and I would definitely order again. Just a little disappointing that it was dellivered quite a while after the requested time, meaning one of the family had their meal delayed. But really enjoyable once it arrived.

Called the shop to advise driver was no where to been seen and the person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful, been wait nearly 2 hours for a pizza, an absolute joke
