fab tasty food, thanks. However orders humus as an extra with the donner at £1.20 which is not dear on the face of it, but arrived in the smallest pot I have ever seen probaly a teaspoon's worth which was absolutely pointless. Please review

Very busy place but love their food so dont mind waiting a little.

The food was burnt and dry, garlic bread was burnt around the edges. When we contacted them they said they’ll replace it. But sent a plain box of donner meat which my kids could not eat as it was cold.

Do NOT order on a Saturday. Appalling. Burned everything. Completely inedible. Straight to bin. Understand why there’s a discount! Awful. It’s been good before so upsetting with this ordered early-ish to avoid a mad rush must have crazy.

Frustratingly we have never had an issue before, however when the food arrived half of it was stone cold (corn on the cob was like ice, all the chips were cold). The burgers were great, but when we ordered cheesy chips too and it had cheese sauce on it- which is different to the usual (grated/melted cheese which is much better) and didn’t taste great. Such a shame as this is our normal go to takeaway!

Horrible food this time. Everything arrived stone cold. Combination kebab was horrible as Kofte kebab was not enough and all donner was chucked in. Fries were a disaster. Whole experience was a disaster. Upon calling them they couldn’t help as they were busy and said will compensate next time. Weekend dinner was ruined.

Food was amazing but some items missing, I’m sure it was a genuine mistake though.

Food was nice. Chips were crispy and hot. Meat tray was warm enough. Lamb doner needed more browning but that's my preference. Delivery was on time but was missing the drink, which was part of the meal deal.

The best burger I’ve had for a while !

Bad service, left items out of my order then closed. Is it asking too much for a restaurant to give to all the food you ordered and paid for? Incompetence or purposeful I don't know but they do it regularly and are liable to spoil your day leaving you waiting for an hour for an incomplete meal, never again.

terrible service, sent me scampi and a sausage with no chips. waited an hour for it late at night and spoiled my dinner. claimed they were busy that's why they got 8t wrong. paid cash and shop was closing so just lost my money. first and last time trying here, bad service is not acceptable to me.

The unholy trinity. Late, Cold and while chewing my donner I found some kind of blue card or paper lump in it. It was blue and tough is the most I can say for sure after chewing it thinking it was just gristle. I wish this was unusual but its often cold and almost always late or on the cusp despite being close to the restaurant.

Put in a big order for my family . Strange thing though was I ordered a fried chicken burger and it arrived donner meat on it . I doubted myself for pressing the wrong button . But on the just eat app . You click fried chicken burger and it comes up with lamb donner burger . To fair it was very tasty and is now my new go to burger to have .

The food from here used to be so much better. I won’t order from here again. The lamb kebab was disgusting and inedible. Such a shame that the previous standards aren’t maintained.

The food was cold didn’t taste right very dry given me a stomach ache. Said it was delivered at 6.45 when it didn’t get delivered until after 7.00 will not get food from them again.

My daughter ordered a pizza from them on Just eat. It never arrived. Even though they said it was on its way. They never sent out a replacement pizza and no refund. £18 they stole from her. They won't issue a refund or another pizza .Stay clear of this place

Food was ready in good time, and was amazing quality, best kebab I've had in a very long time! I love it when the meat is really thin and well done like that.

The chicken in the kebab looked and tasted like it was frozen, there was no char marks and the texture was just not nice, it was ether cooked in a microwave or cooked poorly, I won’t be coming back, which is a shame because Sancho’s was my favourite kebab place but this meal has changed that, the burger was good.

Have ordered from Sanchos many times & it is usually ok. Tonight’s order included a 10 inch pepperoni pizza as I fancied something different. When I opened the box I couldn’t believe that I had paid £14.25 for it. I could’ve got the same pizza in Tesco for less than £3. A total rip off & it didn’t really taste that good either. How they have the nerve to charge that much for what you get beggars belief. So if you want to buy a pizza don’t order from Sanchos as you will be very disappointed if you do.

I'm very disappointed. I have been a regular customer for ages, and I always have a problem when it comes to desserts. It's never in stock. Always substituted. Called about this before, and they said they would put my new number in the system. They didn't. This time, for a substitute, they called the old number instead of my current one. Decided to put a frozen ice-cream in with hot food. Obviously, it melted and couldn't be eaten. Tried to call up to get this fixed and to let them know they were wasting food by packaging it like that. The person I called with was rude and making excuses. The second person I talked to said they were sending a replacement anyways and it never came. Tried to talk to them again, and they said they never said that In short , do not order their desserts. They won't come correctly. And don't try to ring them their customer service is abysmal. Will NOT be ordering again.

We ordered with our order crispy chips, they were undercooked, large separate salad for 2 people, which came in the smallest box. When we called, were told that this is the large salad, and to send another salad would cost £7.50 (on menu this is £6.50). When we said we would not pay extra, the man was rude. Will not be using again. Not even a response after a week. Unbelievable! I never complain, but am a very unhappy customer.

Food was late rang the shop and they hung up on me, was a regular user of Sanchos, I won't be anymore.

This is by far the best kebab I've had in years. Also to have the container wrapped in foil is great. If only all take aways put this little bit of thought into keeping food warm. Though I was annoyed that my cheesecake was frozen. Might just be me, but I like my cheesecake soft so you can enjoy the flavour

Placed an order for £46 of food at 6:36pm, by 7:55 still no food! Called Sanchos Grill and was told they have just received the order and they will start cooking! Then said it was busy tonight and he had made a mistake, said sorry once and then told me he had nothing else to say! No remorse at all... really poor customer service. Finally had to go and collect as was lied to on the phone....food finally being eaten 2 hours after ordering...and with missing items!

Have no idea why my full stamp card was ignored and instead I was charged full price.

The food was cold, the worst we've ever had. Chips over cooked, tasted like they had been double cooked. Lamb and chicken doner meat was excessively fatty. Bacon was minimal, and what there was was burnt. Burgers dry and flavourless. Salad had seen better days.

Good food, fast and friendly service

Poor meal this evening, all of the food was cold there was a measly portion of salad in the wrap and kebab, the halloumi wrap had an odd flavour and the separate portion of chips were over cooked. Very disappointed as Sancho’s are normally very good.

Problems in kitchen and they phoned to explain would be a further 30 min delay however that 30 mins became nearly an hour with no update until I phoned and then constantly told it was 5 minutes away. On my final call the person hung up on me as he had other orders to see too! Food was not their usual standard! Really disappointed!
