Pizza Express - Epsom in Epsom and Ewell

Flavour was very nice but pizza had gone luke warm and a little bit soggy in the middle

Slimy barbecue sauce , chicken pieces obviously not slid under the oven , PIZZA EXPRESS Shame on you I hope you get down to - 1 rating

Arrived 1 hour and 55 mins after ordering - an hour and 10 mins after the estimated delivery time and everything was stone cold.

This restaurant most definiately has the BEST service ever. They were so busy (6.15 on a Saturday eventing) but they were absoltely on it. My friend and I sat by the cooking area and it was amazing to watch how the orders were all just prepared and served pipping hot. Loved it, we will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

waited over an hour. When delivered was completely the wrong pizza and size. Ordered a large recieved a small. Order also cold. Tried to call the restaurant multiply times no answer. Not a great experience. Requested a full refund

Food was supposed to be delivered before 18.50.The tracking showed 'driver in restaurant' for a long time.On arrival he said the restaurant made him wait,he saw the boxes on the counter but he was not give the order.Food was cold by the time I got it

The food lacked flavour and was cold. Driver didn’t read instructions which led to address and sat at wrong address.

I highly recommend this particular pizza express. The food and service was great and the staff very friendly. A special mention goes to Heather the manager for being so attentive and helpful and who really helped to make my meal yesterday with my daughter a lovely one.

Noone picks up the phones when your trying to get help with an order!!! Why have a phone if your not going to answer 😡

The pizza's were disappointingly cold. Such a shame as would have been great if hot as in the restaurant.

Not come to pizza express for a few years and after this visit will continue that trend. I think the portions are quite small compared to other pizza restaurants. Not so impressed with the quality of the food also. Lacked atmosphere as not so many people.

The best pizza place ever, again Leanna the manger in Epsom was the best and waitress Dina and staff made it even better, the service was great. The chefs did great job the food was delicious 😋 the whole atmosphere was amazing, will definitely be going there again

We have been coming to pizza express in Epsom for years, and never had such a friendly, polite and attentive waiter as Josh! What an asset he is to pizza express. I hope he gets recognition for this review because he truly deserves it.

Another wonderful experience at Epsom Pizza express, you come for the pizza but return for the lovely atmosphere and amazing service. My friends and I were well looked after by Adina and Leanne who when they discovered it'd been a friends birthday brought out a dessert with candles and song.

Adina provided exceptional service! Her friendly and helpful attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The pizza was delicious, but Adina's service was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back!

I always look forward to my Pizza Express visits. I make a point of travelling to the Epsom restaurant (which isn't my local) because it has a special atmosphere about it. The staff are brilliant, and very accommodating to my fussiness. The food (as usual) was cooked very well, it was brought to us as soon as it was ready, and everybody cleared their plates. Thank you Epsom. Hopefully I can squeeze another visit in before the end of the year.

Disgusting, ordered on just eat placed the order waited an hour and a half to receive a text saying the order had been cancelled. No reason, no call to ammend if needed.

Food arrived cold and with items missing.

This is a review of their delivery service; we dine in regularly and have a different story for that. The kids love the food so we go there often, but now the kids like to get pizza express delivered too. The delivery is hit and miss, sometimes good, sometimes bad and yesterday was the final straw for me, as we waited nearly 90 mins for our food to arrive and when it did you could tell that my pizza was reheated; it wasn't easy to chew and didn't match the quality you get if you dine in. We had 5 different Uber drivers "collecting your order" and it was impossible to speak to anyone at the restaurant as you went to voicemail; I was half-tempted to walk into town at one point and collect the order myself. I rarely write reviews, but we've had a few bad experiences with delivery now and each time we've forgiven them as the dine-in experience is decent, but I've had enough. People deserve to know how bad the delivery is and Pizza Express need to change: sack Uber and get reliable drivers and stop taking delivery orders if your kitchen is overwhelmed. Better still, stick at what your good at, the restaurant experience. Until then I'd rather choose Dominos as at least you know you'll get your food fresh and on time.

Service is poor. After 25 minutes sat down with our menus and nobody asking which drinks or food we wanted, we left. The restaurant was not busy at all at this point either. Dodge this one!

Lovely date night out with hubby. Food was delicious, service excellent 😋 👌 Didn't have to wait long to be served our food. Nice to see it being cooked. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend Pizza Express Epsom 😀

order took over an hour seem the delivery driver was dropping off two other ordered before me and by the time my food was delivered. it was cold and was the wrong order aswell. drive was not helpful and alittle rude. otherwise my food would of been lovely not the shops fault

The team didn't seem to be walking together, no motivation there. As soon as we sat down, less than a minute the waiter came up to take order. Later he forgot to ask if we'd like deserts....... Much less human contact there now.

I came here for an early dinner with my son. He loves to come to Pizza Express, especially the Epsom branch. The staff and atmosphere are always warm, welcoming, and friendly. The food was also delicious. We both left happy with full bellies.

We visited after a long day out. Unfortunately the food wasn't the best. They seemed to be having some issues with their dough (pretty important). The lady who served us did her absolute best to make things better for us.

The food was cold and soggy when it arrived. I’d noticed the driver had gone to another delivery before me, so our food was left to get cold. Not good enough. Plus, I’d asked for a specific time delivery of 5:30 and it rocked up at 5:40, now not a massive difference but when you’ve got a very hungry 6 yr old at home, every minute counts.

We loved the food - pizzas were hot and well made. However, we felt hassled by the server who was brusque and lacking a smiley nature. I don’t think he meant to be unfriendly but his nature, let’s say, didn’t make us feel especially welcome. Other reviews going back some time do reflect this so management doesn’t seem to be willing to remedy this. Up to them. We won’t be back.

I'm a vegetarian whose go to pizza was Giardinaira. I don't want fake cheese so I didn't order the Vegan Giardinaira. My bigger objection is that Pizza Express offers me no avenue to tell them that I am unhappy.

Ordered online though Uber eats .. absolutely trash quality plus they came very dry and overcooked.

The food is very expensive for what you get, so we only go when we have vouchers. Saying that the food does taste good, although the hot and spicy dishes do tend to be nothing like as spicy as suggested. The staff are great and look after you.

Probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Pizza wasn’t cooked in the middle - soggy and disgusting. The only half decent thing was the arancini balls, won’t be ordering from them again

I had a very bad experience in the restaurant today. I went in there with my family. We were given a table in the corner next to the working station which was quite noisy. We were served by a small man who was quite rude. We order 1 pizza, 1 calamari and 1 garlic bread with mozzarella when we finish ordering he said "is that it ?". With a frown on his face. After we finish we asked for the bill he did bring the bill but he left it on the table and didnt come back. We had to call another girl to make the payment. I will never go there again. I saw other reviews from the past saying the same thing about this man and with every review the manager has replied saying they were sorry and will investigate. But seems like nothing has been done about this issue. 0 stars from us.

Ordered food from here and after 2 hours it still hadn’t arrived, then it said it was delivered but it wasn’t. I never received my food. So now I’m hungry and angry and it’s gone 9pm and I’ve still not had dinner. Very very disappointed.

Busy, congested, noisy....and all that's fine if the staff is warm. But they come across as overwhelmed. May be just my experience but Ask Italian is way good in service.

Cold food that tasted like cardboard

I ordered pizza online for delivery but they couldn’t find any driver to send my order, even after for 90 minutes!!!! Then, I called them and asked to cancel and refund my money. They refused and I’ve been told the PIZZA EXPRESS WEBSITE IS DIFFERENT COMPANY 😂😂😂 so do not trust Epsom pizza express as they are REALLY just utterly useless

Only came here when we discovered "Bill's" had closed but were pleased it had. I'm not overly keen on Pizza but the one I had was delicious and the "sweet pizza" dessert was lovely too. Service was friendly and prompt despite it being very busy. Would definitely eat here again.

I ordered 3 pizzas last night and was extremely disappointed. I paid £24 per customized pizza that had no taste to it , such a rip off.. needless to say that toppings were missing, and the list can go on. I will never order again neither dine in

Placed an order at 6:45pm on deliveroo and it’s now 9pm and my pizza hasn’t arrived. If the restaurant is closed then they should notify deliveroo so that people can order elsewhere. Pizza express accepted the order and we’ve been waiting 2 hour +. Hungry and now nowhere is open

My friends and I arrived and we were sat down at our table it took 45mins for any waitress to acknowledge we were there and ask us what we wanted. We finally were serviced and our starters arrived shortly after. We had to ask for our drinks because they clearly had forgotten about them. Our food came about 20 mins later. Overall was a awful experience and won’t be returning

Visited pizza Express yesterday with my daughter her husband and 3 children, we were seated on the round table by the window, seats looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down in a long time, didn’t even want to sit down to be honest, we ordered some drinks, the first waitress was a lady with glasses, very professional and polite, but not much of a welcoming, we was then served by a little guy, very grumpy, Rude, no time for us at all, looked like he didn’t even want to be there, everything seemed to be a effort for him, my grandson ( aged 6 ) asked a him a question and he walked off before my grandson could even finish the question, ( so so rude ) and the service from him didn’t get no better from there on, my daughter and her husband were amazed by this, to be honest was one of the worst places I’ve ever taken my family to eat, even after paying the bill, no thank you or bye, no thanks for coming, he just walks off, Absolutely Terrible. Worst £100.00 I’ve ever spent. 0 ⭐️ I never like to leave negative feedback, I always like to praise and promote a business,( sorry guys ) not this time

An hour late than marked as delivered. Never delivered the order and don't answer the phone. Requesting refund from just eat do not order from Epsom branch.

Staff were friendly and food came as fast as can be expected with how busy it was for a Friday lunch. Adina was helpful and accommodated all our requests.
