My favourite pizza place in town! And at a bargain as well I must order from this place a good few times a week yes I no it's slowly killing me but hey if it tastes good on the lips its definitely sitting on the hips and I happen to love my hips 🤣

Long wait time, barely any salad on the kebab and food was a little cold

Food was lovely , but so so later , we actually thought it wouldn’t turn up, I rang the shop and they said it had just left, 25mins later it turned up

Food was delicious. Only problem was that one of our pizzas was missing. Phoned the restaurant and they sorted this straight away but that took 30 minutes. Missing item was piping hot when it arrived so would still recommend!

We ordered our food at 20.26 and it was finally delivered at 22.15 nearly 2 hours after we ordered it.

Adjusting my review after a recent visit, I was a tiny bit short in cash and the owner still made my order, and was super friendly. Definite improvement.

The chips were soggy but everything else was good

Absolutely the worse Kofte Kebab I have ever seen and had delivered. The Kofta meat was undercooked, sloppy and unappealing to look at. It looked like mince meat sloped on top of a pitta bread. I asked for the pitta separately as it goes soggy, but they obviously never read the comments. I'd never order from this takeaway again. A complaint was raised to Just eat, and the item was refunded. A very, very poor takeaway and I'd think twice about using it.

Main thing i dislike about this place is no matter what you order your never actually gaurentted you'll receive it, despite leaving messages

food was hot!, delivery was fast and the chicken strips....amazing couldn't have asked for more 5 stars

Food was cold took nearly 2 hours to get 10 mins down the road then driver took my change as if it were a tip

pretty standard taste, nothing special at all, cake was just cheap frozen gateau, milkshake was tasteless

Wrong order sent- no pepperoni or tomato on garlic bread

Fantastic service , staff so helpful and friendly order delivered to Bole,( hard to get anything delivered here) the food was excellent, still hot ,and delivered on time by very polite driver. Will always use these guys .

Ordered donor meat chips and cheese when it arrive it was missing the cheese normally the owner ramazan would of changed it and corrected the order but who ever was working when I ordered basically refused saying we will bring u some cheese out my son is autistic and can't eat cheese that has been put in then microwaved for it to melt which is what I would of had to done if I accepted the cheese pot so had to order again from some where else really not happy

New to area, very nice, chips and onion rings best I've had from takeaway for a long time. coleslaw wasn't great but everything else was lovely.

Have ordered from here on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. Delivery takes a little longer as we are all the way out in Leverton, but we don’t mind waiting and the food always arrives nice and hot. Fantastic value which is hard to come by these days. Pizza’s really tasty and very generous portions, we always have some left over for the next day. Also the kebabs are very tasty and moist, the salad is always nice and fresh. Gainsborough Grill is always our first choice

Took over 2 hours for two pizzas to arrive! Absolutely unacceptable.. I called and was told to ignore the app telling me the delivery was on its way as he had just sent the driver now. Fed up at this point but thought it was imminent, only to then wait a further 45 minutes for the driver to do a 13 minute drive. Food was great and hot when it did get here and the delivery driver was polite but waiting from 5:37 until 8pm and being lied to is absolutely a joke for two pizzas! Lost a customer here

The food was really nice, but the service from the young lady on the front desk was appalling, told me driver on his way 3 times, forgot to ring me back and had attitude stating “ all I can tell you is he’s on his way”

Food was good quality. However the chip portions were small and so we're the kebabs.

Wow ordered 2x burger and chips at 4.42pm it’s 6.30 now I’m still waiting!! Called the restaurant at 6pm to be told it was on its way 30 mins later it still hasn’t arrived!! Very poor service and was clearly lied to and fobbed off on the phone

Ordered kebab and bottle of pop £13 and I kept been told , 10-15 mins every time I called , and by 11 pm the driver didn't show up very disappointed

Another great meal from Gainsborough grill, thanks guys. We ordered a takeaway for NYE and I have to say as usual it was delicious, piping hot and on time. The pizzas are amazing, we ordered a 16” pizza which was huge and had lots of topping on for only £10:99 half the cost of Pizza Hut. We also had doner kebabs which I have to say it was the best kebab I have had in years lots of salad and doner meat really tasty. Highly recommend.

This is our favourite takeaway, the food is addictive, especially the BBQ pizza. However, their delivery is terrible. Delivery usually takes at least half an hour to an hour and half later than the estimated delivery time. This time we ordered in advance estimating a delay again but delivery appears to be getting longer every time and we waited over 2 hours. Really love the food, but the delivery definitely puts us off ordering often.

Food was absolutely amazing! Arrived hot and we live in Kexby just outside Gainsbourgh. Delivery driver was very polite a bit shocked I gave him a £3 tip as we paid online! It’s Christmas 🎄 be kind !! Ordered donner kebab, chips & cheese and large pizza yumm!! Went down a treat with us all! Definitely recommend 5****

Very late, would accept lateness on a weekend but not midweek

When we ordered, delivery time said 35 mins, which soon changed to an hour (fairly normal) but it came significantly later. Chips were cold, soggy -and the kebab was not the best. Would not come back

I ordered at 5:40 it’s 8 and I’ve still not got my food this is a disgrace and simply I’m fuming I was looking forward to a pizza but no this company has failed to get my food here on time

Ordered large. Pathetic portion size, id have expected more in a medium. Food was very greasy. Disgusting given the cost. Won’t be coming back

Ordered the food for 4.30 and it arrived at 3.15. Far too early and only accepted as the weather was bad and area difficult to get to for the driver. But really not happy with delivery time.

Only the onion rings were a bit soggy but the rest of the food was very good, Delivery driver was very nice and got my food to me on time even though I'm very out of the way, Good service and good delivery

Took 90mins to arrive I live five mins away!!! Wasn't a big order either, 1 kebab and 3 milkshakes won't be ordering from here again!!

The food was cold on arrival, and took 2.5 hours to arrive despite a 35-55minute estimate. I called a few times for an update and was told every time the food was on its way. Such a shame as the food here is lovely if it arrives quickly and freshly. Charlotte.

Whoever was answering the phone needs to learn how to speak to people properly. Only ordered a 12 inch margarita pizza and waited 2 hours for it, drove down to the shop and the guy was as rude in person as he was over the phone. No apology, nothing, kept telling me before I’d drove down that ‘it’ll just be another 15 minutes’, and whilst I was at the shop he was feeding the same lies to other people and just claiming that they were busy. Get that they might’ve been busy but could at least be honest with people rather than telling them that their food is coming in a few minutes still 2 hours after they placed their order. Think google would remove my review if I used honest words to describe the meatball who runs the place

Normally no issues! Today there were issues and the gentlemen (not as though he acted as though) spoke in the most disgusting manner and should be ashamed of himself! Will never go there again!

Best I’ve ever had!!! Absolutely gorgeous!! Garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms and a donner kebab. 👌 Shame I don’t live round here I’m only visiting.

When the food arrived it was cold and had to be reheated which was then not enjoyable so was a waste of money.

Tried for the first time , couple of chicken shish and chips. Chicken nicely cooked and good chips,chilli sauce with a kick😋😋 but the salad or lack of it was a disappointment

It won’t let me put any more than 5 minutes on just eat, but I ordered the food at 8:40pm, it was scheduled to come at 9:30pm, it actually came at 10:20pm. I tried to ask for my money back, and they said no because they gave me a free item to make up for it, they did not give me a free item. The food got here and it was lukewarm, I didn’t even end up eating the chips as they tasted like cardboard.

Great delivery time but food was terrible, first off all meat was undercooked and cold, second off all was missing the salad that i ordered, terrible. For paying nearly £16 absolute disgrace

spider in my orinon rings so never order from here again cos it is very poor hygiene that it has put me of my whole order

Absolutely shocking... advertise buy one get one free pizza and just get one!!!.... so almost £30 for poxy pizza and side salad!!!!!!!!!! Fuming!! .. and to speak to them and have no apology... just feel for driver delivering inadequate orders!!!!!!!!!

Normally a good kebab but this time they got my order wrong and instead of chicken shish and lamb doner got a chicken and lamb shish. I would normally be ok with this mistake but the chunks of lamb were disgusting and inedible. As a result will never go back which is a shame

I received notification that it was out for delivery at 20:10...after 4 phone calls to the restaurant I finally received my order nearly and hour and a half later from leaving the restaurant at which time the food was luke warm at best

I ordered food and paid for it them the driver got told to take the food back, they robbed me of food over £40 and apparently didn't take payment but came our my bank. Its the first time ordering from them. Would not recommend at all.
