No idea no clue. Pizza no dips all pizza do 1 free. Chips bland and not asked for salt and vinegar … miles from were they need to be

Ordered online at around 6:30pm on the app as out of the house and wanting the order for when we arrived home. Selected time on the app for our preferred time of 7:30pm. Received a phone call at 7:00 to say our food had arrived, delivery driver was very abrupt in saying I would have to reject the order and need to phone the takeaway to sort the order, despite us ordering for 7:30pm. Three phone calls later, I was told this wasn’t the takeaways fault as the order hadn’t come through with a preferred time (despite my email confirmation), and due to the “busy” nature of the restaurant most orders were coming through at 7:30pm. Told by the girl on the phone, the pizza would be re-delivered in 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately an hour later had still not received our order (despite placing this at 06:32pm). Then told by the “manager” that he would release the order in 15 minutes if I wanted, and provide a credit for the next order or a full refund. So basically, don’t order on the app (or the restaurant if I’m being petty) as won’t be delivered at your preferred time despite pre-paying and order confirmation Pps. Got a dominos (they delivered in 15-20 mins - thanks Lewis)

Finally found a great garlic margherita Sorry to say but life has got bad when pizza shops close at 1030. 90s life was the best. Pizza till midnight

Food was poor, had it a few years ago and was lovely, returned for the pizzas and was grim, not even takeaway standard. Ordered ribs too, only got 4 bits of it! Waste of £30, I feel robbed. Don't bother.

We ordered from the crossgates branch however couldn’t find them on trip advisor. Normally Kavarnis is my favourite place to order from by far however tonight we ordered a mixed gyros which used to be chicken and I think pork meat, now it’s filled with awful processed donner meat. Couldn’t taste anything else but the donner even though my partner pulled it all out for me, really disappointed. The peri burger was great though, and I love their pizzas. Unfortunately the ‘gyros’ let it down.

Good quality food as always, pizzas was really good and my kids said the lasagne and spaghetti was very good too. Great service as always.

Ordered food delivery at 4.45 came at 5.45 incorrect and cold. Rang requested replacement. Waited an hour to be told had been delivered but to an address which wasn’t mine. Won’t give a refund and after ringing numerous times told me nothing they could do and now hang up if if ring them. Terrible service . Is it my fault they sent out incorrect order then deliver replacement to wrong address. Apparently so.

I order a pizza only occasionally as I would class them as fair at best. Now and again they are not as good as fair. This place has been open since 1996 and it is probably time to look to upgrade at least the pizza side of things. They need to go to Vesuvius at Garforth and take a large notebook, that is how we want our pizza in 2024. Could do better!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely rubbish, frozen chips and onion rings from a bag, might as well have paid a quid for the pizza as well from aldi or whatever other supermarket.

Order wrong still waiting for part of the order also I got spare ribs they came on the second delivery and I only got 4 ribs which works out to £1.50 a rib and all the food was cold pretty disappointed

What an absolute waste of money. The girl that answered left me questioning my order, all got was uhh, uhh. When arrived 1 hour later, food was cold had to microwave, that's not the point of treating yourself to a takeaway. Not the first time had rubbish from this place. Will never use this place ever again. WHY COLD FOOD WHEN 5 MINS DOWN THE ROAD!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!!!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS POORLY RUN PLACE!!!!!!

Terrible service, they always appear to be teaching young Italians (refugees maybe?) English from the menu. I've seen me wait 10 minutes whilst one guy is teaching the young trainee how to take an order using the phone. I've walked out 3 times already and now go elsewhere. Do they want to make a living or open an english teaching course. Its a pathetic question much as their service is abysmal.

Excelled food, even better service, highly recommend, 10/10. The bbq chicken pizzas are my favourite!

Ordered a bunch of times - always order the vegan option, more times than not it's come with dairy cheese. Don't usually like to leave bad reviews but this was 20 mins late (again) and once again with dairy cheese. Sent the food back with delivery driver.

Everytime I order I’m waiting like 2 hours after been told shorter waiting time.

Very disappointed. We have ordered several times from here and had great food each time. Our order tonight was later than expected but only 15 mins so not a massive issue. What i didn't expect was being told by the driver that i needed to pay another £3 on top of the £3 delivery and service charge I had already paid on the website. I refused and was told to call the store. The store told me this was because of the long distance delivery ( 8 miles ~15 mins drive). The waived it but told me 'next time they wouldnt'. I suggest you fix your website. Either don't accept orders over a certain distance, apply an accurate delivery charge or contact the customer and give them the option to cancel. Don't just send a message with the driver asking for more money. Its a shame because the food was actually good but there probably wont be a next time....

1 hour 45mins still no order. Rang them they said already out for delivery. 25mins later it came stone cold. Absolutley fuming. They clearly lied as when i rang they didnt even have my address.

Quattro formaggi is just a margarita. Both pizzas were burnt black with no cheese on. Contacted direct and don't get a response. Terrible company and will not use again.

Used to love kavarnies used to order all the time past two times I’ve order food coming freezing and chips wasn’t cooked properly and bread for the burger was hard.

It's a standard take away pizza place. Some varying specials from time to time otherwise its the usual fayre. Well cooked with plenty of extras available.

Deleted earlier post as I was at the wrong shop. After my earlier experience in kavanis, I ended up at simply bar and grill my and had a belting pork gyros, honestly priced at £8.49 and worth it. Apologies for my earlier post, which of course I have now deleted.

Hands down the best pizzas & burgers anywhere in the area! The pizzas are always so fresh and quality toppings. The burgers are absolutely delicious and the staff are always friendly and professional. Yes as some other people have mentioned delivery can sometimes take a while but we always bear that in mind and order in plenty of time…we are always made aware of delivery times and if we don’t want to wait that long we just collect….wouldn’t order from anywhere else!!

After been a long standing customer with yourselves for more than 15 years - I'll no longer be using you which is a shame as the food is lovely. The delivery time was a joke, ordered my food via your website (which I've used plenty of times) at 18:20 & it arrived at 20:30. It took 3 phone calls, the first 2 telling me the food was out for delivery & then the 3rd to inform me it hadn't been started

Delivery time was to be expected for a Saturday night. However the pizza was awful, red Leicester used as cheese topping ?!! Awful. The crust tasted stale and the toppings bland and greasy. I'd drove past earlier in the week and thought it looked like a decent place, I was wrong

Wont be ordering from here again. Food arrived 1hr 20 minutes later . It was cold . It was badly prepared and had key ingredients missing. Most of it ended up in the bin.

Prices are a little strong but the toppings are to a high standard and the service is decent. Distinctive flavours which are often lost on takeaway pizza. Keep it simple and enjoy

Haven’t ordered for a while due to poor delivery service but thought we would try again. This time we waited over 2 hours with numerous calls being made. Staff were polite and after asking I was given 20% discount and was assured the pizzas would be hot and fresh. They did eventually arrive and when I informed the driver of the delay which wasn’t his fault he was amazed. We open our pizzas to find them over cooked and cold which completely ruined our night. Need to get you act together guys, it will be a while before we trust you again.

I always just used to have the pizzas but now I only order their chicken fillet supreme burger or bacon beef burger. Soooo good!! Usually a lot quicker if collecting.

It would of been a nice pizza if it wasnt cold when it got delivered I usually pick it up but I thought I would get it delivered to day as I was watching leeds but how long had it been out on delivery to make it just have a bit of heat

Order at 6.45 said delivery was going to be 7.45 8.30pm still no food. I’ve had to Make my kids something to eat due to this. When I rang up to ask where it was a ride you g lady answered. Basically saying it will be with me when it arrives. I think this is unacceptable and the price isn’t cheap either.

Been a regular customer here for some years, foods ok, price ok but being a Pizza fan I usually get the 12" size. My wife gets has 9" pizza, the last three times we have had their pizza's I've measured them, the 9" are what they say but on each occasion the 12" actually measures between 10.5" and 11"" (no wonder it leaves me still hungry), perhaps they've gone metric?

Ordered at 6pm to be delivered 7pm.. Its now 8:25 and no food. This isn't an unusual story, it's happened 5/6 times. More fool me.. Burgers are good, would suggest pick up, or head to simply kebab for a beer / better food. Pizzas poor, overloaded and soggy from experience. Maybe invest in an app / website that tells you any delays and a phone operator that knows about customer service(not her fault). Frustrating, as the burgers are worthy of a 5 star, but the shambolic delivery service and poor customer service means we will not be ordering again Updated: 2040 it turned up effing cold

Best takeaway i've had for years. Proper homemade pizzas, incredible kebabs and even a lovely fresh Greek salad. Highly recommend. Order extra chili sauce even that's home made and is incredible.

This place is amazing, I've been eating here for years, great food and well priced! Would recomend!

I placed an online order which was quickly confirmed by email with an expected delivery time of 30 minutes later. Unfortunately this had not turned up after an hour and we telephoned to be told the online order system had been giving out false delivery times but they thought they had contacted everyone who had ordered online via telephone (I had not received such call). I was also told that the order was "on it's way out of the shop" - it then took another 23 minutes to arrive (we live a 5 minute drive away) and in total 54 minutes later than our expected delivery time and almost an hour and a half after our order was placed. There was also a slight discrepancy with one meal from our order. When the food eventually arrived it was enjoyed by our household but we have been put off by the delay in delivery and lack of transparency regarding this when queried.

Great pizza, little on the expensive side but the garlic bread is well worth it!

Fantastic staff, best vegan burger & pizza for miles

I recently placed an order online for a pizza as it was our wedding anniversary. The information on the website was unclear on ordering certain toppings, so I just did the best I could. I ordered it to be collected for 6pm as I work 2 minutes away and finish at 6 so would be perfect to collect after finishing. I received a call at 5.45 regarding a query of my order to which I mentioned the internet ordering was unclear, but thought “oh well it my anniversary so we will enjoy it anyway” I arrived to collect at just before 6.05 and took the pizza home, which is less than 2 minutes away. The pizza was barely warm and the toppings hard which was a total let down, which made me think it had been standing for quite a while, and made us upset as we had paid nearly £18 for it. Needless to say we will not be using karvanis in the future.

We order from Karvanis all the time and every time is great! We are so pleased they offer vegan options as this is so hard to find anywhere else!

My order took 2 hours for delivery which was explained but on delivery they missed off half order. The driver said she would bring the rest shortly, after an hour passed I rang the shop to be told it wouldn’t be coming and they would had it to my next order for free. I explained I have all ready paid for it how was it free? And to add to this they could not refund me. Really poor will be complaining and not ordering again 👎

food was ok, but really not worth the prices they charge. avoid the chips, at that price you expect a decent portion, not half the chips you will get in a McDs happy meal.

Me and partner used to order here regularly since they opened. Been a busy few months moving home so thought we would treat ourselves. And to my shock was very sad and disappointed to see how much standards have dropped. Spent 17pounds on a kebab calzone and a chicken kebab. Says kebab served with onions and peppers. One piece of onion and 4 tiny pieces of pepper and about 6 pieces of chicken. I agree with quality over quantity normally but this was neither for 7.49!. The calzone aswell. Very small and flat. My partner cut into it and there was barely any amount of kebab meat in it what so ever. Seemed asif my onion missing from my kebab must have gone into that instead. Very disappointed and night spoiled.

My post is for the simply grilled part of Karvani's, recommended by work colleagues. This place had a redecoration about 12 months ago and is really modern with seating inside to dine so not just a takeaway, they have Mahou Brooklyn lager on tap as well as A Few Gin tipples 🍺.I opted for the chicken gyros and was a fab choice, the chips on top a nice touch, look forward to going back to try the other delicacies 🍺

Luke warm pizza. Went to collect gave name but pizza remained sat on the worktop for ten mins while I waited obliviously. It was discovered and handed over. Staff need to call names out if some are just sat there. Went in microwave at home.

If you want a nice comfort food style take away pizza then this is the place for you. I ordered the Chicago Bear with a side of fries and loved it. Packed with meat, extremely tasty and the fries were hot and crisp. The crust was a little thick for me which is the only reason I didn't score it 5 stars.

Nice and friendly staff, food was fresh, very hot, and very tasty. Quite a quick service, leather seating while you wait, I don't think I've ever had a bad meal or wrong order from them. Cash or debit card are accepted. There is parking on the street in front or the side street next to it.

I had a large Margherita to take away, It was really good, so as Italian customer I would recommend it. Also nice staff and service. Bravo!!

Well, it seems as though Karvani's has been around forever and with good reason. The pizza and staff are lovely. I spent nearly £20 on a single pizza and it was nearly faultless. However, I was told it would take 15-20 minutes to make and I left another 10 minutes after that and no delivery. I phoned to be reassured it would be with me in another 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I phoned again to say I wasn't happy with an empty belly. From there the telephone girl insisted I was going to go through whatever complaints procedure with the boss when I decided I'd had enough. The pizza came 75 minutes after ordering and it was 20c so it needed zapping in the microwave. So good staff, and great pizza, lousy delivery. Collection highly recommended.

Absolutely love the food from here, me and my wife normally get a pizza which are gorgeous and we get chicken goujons and fries for my daughter and she loves them. We have never had anything from here that we didn't enjoy, can't recommend enough 👍👍👍
