The best restaurants serving Other international-cuisines food in England

I've no desire to hammer a restaurant for a single bad experience but from other recent reviews it seems we are not the only ones to suffer. I only wished I'd seen these reviews; I'd looked on Google where they are much more favourable (though, with hindsight, a recent 5-star review there now reads suspiciously). We booked for 8 people at 5.30pm, allowing plenty of time to relax before an 8pm show at the O2. I received an online confirmation, from Rico Sabor/Maracuya. When we arrived, the restaurant had no record of our booking. The explanation was something about 'two websites', which we didn't understand. No matter - the place wasn't busy. Our drinks order came relatively quickly, though one drink was incorrect. Again, no matter. We had booked expecting a Spanish restaurant, and we wanted to avoid the generic chains inside the O2. The menus offered were Spanish, Latino and... Ukrainian. Not what we'd anticipated. Again, no matter. We ordered 8 mains and a couple of side dishes from the Spanish/Latino selection. By 7pm no food had emerged. A couple of other tables arriving after us appeared to have received part of their orders. At 7.10pm, our first dish arrived - and it was wrong. A very harassed staff member promised 'five minutes'. By 7.20pm, two other main dishes and one side had emerged, of which another one was wrong. There was no sign at all of the other six main dishes. At 7.30pm, we abandoned, to join the queue at the O2 and grab something to eat inside. The staff member who spoke to us had passable English. None of the others appeared to speak more than basic English. Again, that's no problem providing they can take and execute a food order. One insisted they were 'very busy' - which was simply untrue. Another table abandoned as we had. Speaking to them outside, their experience was identical to ours. We suspect there is some sort of change of ownership going on here and a repositioning, perhaps to a fully Ukrainian restaurant. However, the Rico Sabor site is still taking bookings (is this the 'two websites' business?). This is a prime location and rent can't be cheap. If our experience is anything to go by, they simply won't survive. But unless they seriously up their game, they don't really deserve to.

Lovely burgers and great customer service. Replaced a spilled drink without requesting. Polite staff clean calm environment. Lovely apple caramel fritter and hot chocolate

Really would recommend! Lovely staff, lovely place proper carribain vibe. Reviews are full of rubbish. Food was 10/10.

Definitely not fresh food! Sent the wrong order and tbh rice is dry like it’s been warmed so many times today. Definitely throwing that away!

I love that they will give u free donuts if you do the review and that the brakefast is cheaper when you do the meal deal It is wonderful

I don't know how this concession dare use the Yo Sushi name. The rice is often undercooked. Today was the last chance I gave it. I spent over £20 today and the rice on everything is rock hard. The salmon nigiri uses the tiniest slivers of salmon you've ever seen, an absolute disgrace at almost £7 for 6 pieces. They deliberately move the sushi going out of date today to the front so less suspecting shoppers will pick out raw salmon that isn't even fresh! (standard Yo Sushi restaurants have time stamps on any raw food to be used within a certain few HOURS of when it's prepared, yet I saw food on this stand packaged with a use by date of three days from today!!). There's never any staff around, and the prices are extortionate.

Went to see the Satin Dollz. Brilliant vocal entertainment, tight harmonies, all with a tiki theme. Cocktails were excellent, a wonderful mai tai. Recommend the entertainment (the Dollz are there every Friday until 9th July and we’ll go back at least once) and the drinks. Really good staff too.

Nice place to have food while in London, it offers a good variety of dishes and also beberage at bar

The waffle was amazing and was a bloody good size. But the amount of ice cream the my supplies was almost criminal. They must have used a tea spoon to scoop the one scoop

¡Horroroso! Pedimos 3 pasteles, 1 botella de limonada rosa y 1 café, y después de esperar 30 minutos nos dieron una botella de agua de cortesía. Esperamos otros 5 minutos para que nos dijeran que nuestro pedido estaba siendo procesado, y para ser justos la camarera estaba haciendo lo mejor que pudo. Otros 10 minutos y nos fuimos, quiero decir en serio los pasteles ya estaban hechos y sentados en una bandeja en el mostrador, la limonada solo necesitaba sacarse de la nevera, así que todo lo que quedaba por hacer desde cero era 1 café!

Estoy sorprendido de los comentarios negativos a continuación. . . Deben haber cambiado de cocinero y personal porque encontré excelente comida y un excelente lugar para relajarme mientras esperaba su tren lejos del ruido y las multitudes de la estación. Y el precio era perfectamente razonable aunque fui a desayunar y no tomar bebidas alcohólicas. El lugar estaba limpio y la comida llegó no demasiado pronto ni tarde. El baño ahora está bloqueado por código, no estoy seguro antes, pero supongo que ayuda a mantenerlo más limpio. Definitivamente voy a volver :)

Disgusting ordered delivery driver lied and said he waited 8mins and rang but he never came and rang charged us and I couldn’t reply or ring as they wouldn’t answer disgusting service and lies from delivery guy

Really loved the food. Ambiance was top-notch. A 10 outta 10 experience. The mint drink wasn't my favorite, though. Wish i tried the nachos. The food portion was also very satisfactory. Very thing was superb
