The waffle was amazing and was a bloody good size. But the amount of ice cream the my supplies was almost criminal. They must have used a tea spoon to scoop the one scoop

The manager and staff are fantastic! They were all incredibly accommodating with our group with physical disabilities and special needs. The restaurant/diner is beautiful: lovely decor & ambiance, lots of space, very clean toilets and the deserts are absolutely amazing and very good value for money! I highly recommend this restaurant, we've already been back a second time and will definitely return in the future.

Terrible service, i ordered a oreo crunch crepe however i received a waffle. i was apologetic towards them as they had got it wrong, which they then made the correct order for me. One women who i assume is the manager, i heard talking about me to other staff saying it was my mistake and that i had ordered a waffle. she then proceeded to make my crepe and bring it over, in which she just effortlessly put it on the table. She then proceeded to talk behind my back, in which she said “well i hope she’s happy now she has her crepe”. Safe to say i will not be coming back to this kaspas

Another lovely experience dining at this location. The friendly staff and speedy service made it worth digging into the wallet and enjoying another cheeky meal out

Order delivered incomplete (like several paid for ingredients missing). Called and was hard to understand. Was told to call again. Have been calling back a few times for 30 mins & no pickup anymore.

Ordered two creps and two milkshakes took ages to make them people who walked in after us walked out with their food and drinks before us when our food did arrive it wasn’t wrapped up properly and everything was covered in caramel sauce and was so sticky it got all over my hands and clothes, feel mugged off the fact I spent money on such rubbish

I found a knife in my food no m&ms no bubblegum Ice cream we payed £35 I'm very dissatisfied and we didn't get cookie dough ice cream or white chocolate ice cream it took an hour to arrive

Staff were really friendly and efficient. Food was lovely. Proper mug of tea too. Only minor issue, was the restaurant was a bit cold.

Absolutely rubbish service, no communication between staff or staff with the customers, forgot our ice cream, told me to “wait” with a lot of attitude then never came back, no smiles or apologies, waited in there for 40 minutes before I got my food and it was only a collection !!! Food is absolutely great but the service really does let the place down, everyone miserable. If you’re gonna go, expect to wait for ages.

The family went to celebrate my grandson’s fifth birthday. After an hour and a half there was no sign of our order. My daughter suggested that they refunded our money and they started making it. I went to the counter after 10 minutes and it was on the side. I asked if that was our order and they said yes. I stood there while the staff photographed their creation and until they actually picked it up. When they started to carry it to the table the happy birthday song began but it lost its impact because the staff took so many selfies with it. It arrived eventually with candles unlit and the waitress gave us a lighter so we could light our own candles. What?? Never again. First and last visit. Nil points. Soggy waffles expensive for what we had

Ordered a home delivery, and it was excellent! Pancakes were warm and delicious, the ice cream was so light and was the perfect side to the main dessert. Fast delivery with no corners cut on standards.

Took my teenager and younger brother to celebrate good exam marks. We were ignored when arrived at 6.20pm. Sat ourselves at a table, after walking past 6 empty ones with lots of dirty plates. After waiting for someone to acknowledge us I went to the cunter where 4 staff were preparing order for 4 delivery drivers. I asked for a menu but was told to go and be seated and someone would come to me. Had been in for 10 minutes before someone came, with the menus I'd asked for whilst at the bar. By then had researched me us online so we new what we wanted. Had considered using Deliveroo to get our order to the table. Food was good when it came.

Went to Kaspers in Dover, advised staff I have a nut allergy, was shocked to find out they use the same scoop for all the ice-creams, they don't use separate scoops. Most large chains have a designated area for allergy sufferers, not impressed as I could off got seriously ill or even died.

Omg I love this place this is my 2nd time here 7 of us went here today for our pudding staff friendly and helpful and food was so yummy I will be back

Usually I would never write a bad review, but this time, it got me on my nerves. Placed order online, not only they forgot two items, waffles were smush, I think driver was in hurry, but they didn't replied my email or answered my phone calls regards two missing items...
