Subway in Worthing

delivery time was ok but the delivery person was so rude the way he kept repeatedly ringing the doorbell. paid no attention whatsoever to the delivery notes not happy.

There was no cutlery to eat the salad.

I ordered at 6:15 and they couldnt find me a driver until 8:20

Never received chocolate chip cookie but ok service

We been there Ask for order but they give different order as well Very rude staff they make fun of us I don’t like staff behaviour The girl and boy with long beard have zero customer service skill

Food quality absolutely terrible , drink was warm, was meant to be toasted, and couldn’t even be bothered to cut my foot long in half.

I ordered 2 sub with cheese and to be both toasted, and I got no cheese in and are not been toasted. Will be nice to have a name on top, so we don’t need to open the sandwich to find out for who is it. Waffle fries uncooked and cold.

Everyone working there including the guard is super, unpleasantly weird.

delivery time was 20-30 minutes so I ordered 30 minutes before my hour lunch. when it arrived, I had 20 minutes left. order time was 5 minutes for a half hour. food is soggy and cold

it was late due to a courier mistake but the restaurant were brilliant. The sent a little sorry note and phoned more than once to update me. Brilliant service

Missing items, was told I won’t get a refund due to the code being given at delivery. With closed bags how do you check all items are present before giving the code. Won’t be ordering again.

They did charce me for doritos but they forgot to send it to me, and they did not put a cheese in my sub.

Delivered an Hour and 15 after ordering a single sandwich from a 15 minute drive away. Watched the driver on the map pick and deliver another 2 orders before finally delivering mine.

Fair price for a roll with bland vegetarian options, but stupid price for a drink and a tiny cookie. Good service by friendly and polite staff.

the driver never turned up with my food I had to go and get it myself, I want the delivery charge refunded and the driver should be penalised for lying saying he was at the restaurant when he clearly wasn't

wrong order delivered subway not answering telephone. Just eat sent email asking for photos but reply after sending was email unmanaged.

ordered the waffle fires, chicken nachos and chimichurri steak sub. the waffle fries and chicken nachos were not crispy but that is to be expected as it is delivered food and sweats a bit in the box and will not lower the rating for these reasons. The sub on the other hand was full and well constructed. ingredients were fresh and had the right amount of sauce. Very good sub indeed!

Cookies were stale, the cokes were warm and my footlong was very cold. Not enjoyable.

missing half my order and don't pick there phone up

wait times are way too long waited about 45 mins to get served on a weekday. idk what is happening here but seems like they're understaffed here or either that the owner is trying to save money. won't be coming back here until the manager sorts the situation out happens all the time

Waffle fries were drenched in sauce. On the menu picture it shows the sauce on the side My toddlers couldn't eat them

Food was cold on delivery, saw it as assigned to driver for ages and delivery time kept going up and up. Longer than the expected delivery time when ordering.

Short of staff. Have to wait too long to get food regular busy time.

Food was barely warm, terrible quality and small portions especially for the price. Tried lots of new menu items, and they were pretty much all just plain nasty tbh. Should have stuck to subs. It will be a long time before I try Subway again! 2/10 :(

Even tho the durrington subway is nearer, I will only order from Worthing as the amount of salad u get is the best. Where I haven’t got any complaints about the food, the box my salad came in today, the bottom collapsed n all my food ended up on the floor! Plz don’t use the collapsible box I had today. The norm box is a solid base so don’t have that problem

I've ordered subway from other locations and it was not the best. this location is lovely and well done. sandwich isn't to overly toasted and exactly what I ordered.

i ordered from just eat thought it was being delivered not collection at 1pm you close at 12 so didnt get my order

Absolutely shocking the quality of the food we have received. I ordered gluten free bread which wasn’t labelled. Over £6 for a 6” and you barely get any ingredients inside. Poor poor poor!!!

Never received my order driver pulled up marked it as delivered and then before I could step outside put it back into her bag and left absolutely terrible!!

food arrived after 2.5 hours. order made at 17.10. stated it would be delivered by 18. I phoned Subway at 19, stated food was given to driver at 17.45. states changed to delivering at 19.17, but delivery time kept changing food eventually arrived at 19.45, cold and unedible. 2 drinks also incorrect and 1 crisps incorrect.

2nd time using this store and this is the 2nd time that the order has been wrong 😑 its not rocket science its a sandwich.. sort it out

Freezing cold, congealed food. Grim.

This is second time I order from subway Worthing. Despite I order toasted foot long steak it always comes cold and not toasted . I can’t really understand why. Not tasty at all and it ends in the bin

the food wasn’t even toasted it was hot but not toasty like and nearer the end of it, the bread was stale, the cheese bites wasn’t worth the price. the only good thing was the sauce

This subway is far worse than the other one, which closed down. When we got there the tables were dirty and it was cramped. A queue of 5 people took around 20 minutes, and then I proceeded to ask for no cheese, and infact got cheese. I also asked for onion and got no onion. He was in the back of the store for a while, seemed like it was only him working. When we sat down, we realised I had been charged more than my friend, even though we got the exact same order. It was only a few pence so I just accepted it. I had to take the cheese out of the sub and then I could eat it. It was bland but the food was honestly the best part. The service and atmosphere was abysmal.

Delivery took way too long considering the shop is a 9 minute walk away. After collecting the food, it took over 35 minutes for the rider to arrive, when they eventually did, the food was ice cold

Won't use just eat again ,how do I communicate that my order has said delivered but not to me .

Substack was actually undercooked potato wedges, not hash browns, wrong bread, wrong sauce. Driver was really nice, but delivery took ages.

Placed a deliveroo order at 1030 it was accepted its now 12,27 shop is closed no food no call to say your not getting it and the delivery time just keeps getting later and later takes the piss god help their ears in the morning

Was nice however wasn’t very warm and was given the wrong bread.

We went in and was told to wait 5 minutes because he was eating, then proceeded to be rude to us and blunt. He really didn’t care and the service was just awful, we grabbed a coffee for us both and a snack, it took over 20 minutes. The cheesy bites weren’t even cooked they were cold. Really awful experience sort out the service.
