He just went and microwaved our order of rib's like some pieces were cold nope not coming back.

Worst chicken shop in Worthing changed the name same owner who can't cook, chips cold but waiting for chicken? , smoked out the shop every time terrible service to 1 member of staff running around.

No food after 2 hours. Rude staff when we rang up.

Order placed 17:20 tonight with a delivery time of 55 min. First call made at 18:25 was told food cooked awaiting driver, second phone call 18:50 and from what I could work out I was told to collect, that won't happen. If you can't fulfill the delivery don't accept the order!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DELIVERY SERVICE TO ANYONE. UPDATE: Food eventually arrived at 19:45, an hour and a half late and to top it all it was just lukewarm.

Ordered and never delivered order but told it was delivered so have a screaming toddler and hungry mumma. Called and got told they aren't delivering but still took my money, no help at all from them

Do not order from here they are a scam. I ordered through just eat and it said delivered even though I hadn't received my order. So rang the shop who where very difficult to understand to then be given a number that isn't even in this country. Meanwhile I've got very hungry people at home. I would avoid at all cost

I ordered through Deliveroo, was missing a drink and a dip. And my nut allergy boyfriend was given a Ferrero Rocher milkshake instead of the galaxy milkshake we ordered. Luckily it isn’t a serious situation but this silly mistake could potentially end someone’s life one day. Despite all the mistakes the food was really nice, such a shame it was ruined by the stupid mistakes

Well, we tried to order with all 3 phone numbers. 1 went straight to answer phone, the next rang through but they then hung up on you and the last one was not recognised. Make of that what you will

If you collect it the service and the food are amazing. The kebab was really tasty and cheap so was the milkshake (made of real bounty dessert pieces). It did take a bit longer but I knew that way the food is fresh. Will come again for sure.

Lovely food ordered a big bunch for 4 people chips are delicious and chicken and bacon burger was fab delivery driver was fast didn't know what house I was so he rang my number to let me know he was their milk shakes were brilliant and chicken wasn't dry ! Only down side was I got a can of drink which arrived half full and spit out everywhere in the bag but isn't the end of the world and ordered four slice of cheese cake but got one slice of chocolate cake over all very happy with the experience and the wrapmeal and box meal were superb thanks gnt roosters look forward to ordering again

Now downgrading to 1 star , not interested staff , slow service , food bland , really don’t bother and it’s a shame as it used to be a 5 star

I should of read the reviews, where do I begin, chips no seasoning and dry, chicken strips no seasoning again so bland and dry and tastless, chicken burger is just the chicken fillets in the burger, popcorn chicken was slimy coating and grim inside, and I bought a milkshake large may I add that was half full, 11pounds on my order and the only good thing was the Pepsi can... DONT RECCOMEND

ZERO STARS Placed an order through ubereats with this restaurant, about 45 mins after placing the restaurant said we can't deliver for over an hour, we umm'd and rrr'd and said that's fine as long as the food is hot, restaurant instantly changed to we cannot deliver at all, please cancel with Uber. That in itself was a pain, had to call the riders help desk in the end. Won't be using these guys every again that's for sure! TL;DR Restaurant will treat you like mugs and make you wait for hours if they even deliver at all

Waited 2 hours and they finally turned up after 3 phone calls. They might as well not bothered food was dry and made me and the kids sick.

Absolutely disgusting; food tasted like it had been reheated, bland and dry. There was also a hair inside my chicken burger which put me off the whole meal. Will not be ordering again.

Disgusting premises Ordered waffles one Oreo and another chocolate m&m arrived with hair in the chocolate and was not stated that m&ms was peanuts .complained at shop money returned staff was working there touching cooked chicken and raw chicken and dough mix and frozen chips without washing hand or wearing gloves *******DONT ORDER THERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING ******

Almost 2 hours for an order to begin it's journey to me. At this point I phoned and said forget it and just give me a refund. He contacted the driver to say I didn't want it who still turned up. I really hope that the refund makes its way to my account very soon as I'm now sat here at 10 o clock at night with nothing to eat.

Had a chicken burger was pink inside they made me another one and it was Rock hard couldn’t even bite into it

Disgusting. Honestly, absolutely disgusting service. Delivery due 17.30, food left the restaurant at 17.20. I called at 17.45 to check and was told 5 minutes. I phoned again at 18.00 and was told "it should be there". Then the staff hung up on me. I called back at 18.05 and requested a refund, I was told I had to wait for the food and refuse it. No apology, he hung up again. I phoned again and the staff hung up on me another 3 times, before finally deigning to speak with me. Again, no apology...he just told me to listen to him and not talk...really rude frankly. Then told me I'd get a refund and hung up on me. No cancellation or refund, so i called back and was told he couldn't process a refund as I ordered via Deliveroo. He told me to speak with Deliveroo (who I had already told him had told me to speak with him). Utterly appalling service, really rude staff and they expect you to be grateful they actually answer the phone. Honestly avoid it...an hour and a half and we had no dinner and I had to spend more time complaining with deliveroo...who agreed it was shocking behaviour from gnt. Moving house tomorrow and just wanted a quick and easy dinner...fuming.

Ordered though just eat at 7.37pm they accepted my order (they can refuse them) with delivery expected between 8.10-8.30pm 8.36pm I receive a phone call to say a piece of equipment was broken and they couldn’t fulfil my order, fair enough but why wait until after the food should of been delivered? Why accept the order? When I voiced my concern that they hadn’t got in touch earlier they offered me a refund which I would of expected anyway? Then kept saying goodbye trying to hang up. Still waiting for my FULL refund…

I ordered from here previously and paid for ice cream which I did not receive, I then placed an order this evening which came late and wasn’t even my order, I have tried to call and have had no luck with an answer. I will not be ordering from you again! These were the chips I received

Ordered two box meals and a platter, one box meal turned up with both drinks but no platter and the other box meal. Phoned up and they just accused us of lying and ending up sending the food out. When they turned up, two men were at door saying we lied and about not receiving the food and got aggressive towards us. Very unprofessional and will not be ordering again!.

Avoid! Don't even think this might of been a one off, look at the other reviews unfortunately I didn't! Placed an order for pre delivery, gave them 3 hours notice and order was still 30 mins late. If that was the only problem then it wouldn't of been so bad, lettuce was past its best and a bit brown, chicken burger dry and the chicken thigh pieces were so undercooked that a good vet could of revived the bird! The ribs were cooked but very tough if you wanted to try and eat them as the barbecue sauce was so over powering and acidic tasting that they definitely didn't need to be swimming in the sauce. the chips were edible but luke warm. they did get the drinks right and they were nice oh hang on they didn't make those!

Delicious and succulent chicken, with absolutely superb waffles (in every flavour combination you can think of). However, their calamari is overpriced and tastes like sawdust, which was a huge disappointment.

£25 for chicken and chips that I could honestly make better at home using frozen food from the supermarket. Our order was an hour and 10 minutes late, it took 3 phone calls before our food arrived and they have the gall to charge a £1.99 delivery fee. The second time I rang, the cretin who answered was incredibly rude. Avoid like the plague and use them at your peril. I'd rather have a cup a soup sachet for dinner then use GNT Roosters again.

Don't. The two stars are because it was hot, on time, and complete. But my god, it was like the chicken had been fished out of a bin and microwaved.

Never ordering from here again. Always ordered from them all the time and tonight I was missing stuff from my order and when I contacted the restaurant about this they were telling me that I was wrong and I wasn’t missing anything and they didn’t want to refund me or deliver the food I was missing and was really rude down the phone. Very unprofessional. The food is good the service is disgraceful order takes longer than what they say it will as well which isn’t an issue the way I was spoken to was the issue. If you can help it avoid this place at all costs. I’ve learnt from my experience I’ll let everyone learn from there’s or really hope this helps someone!

They add random charges onto food £2.80 “takeaway” charge? But when you quiz them on it they will take the charge away. Food often takes two hours to deliver, wont be going here again. The boss is a very tight and nasty guy (from the way he treats his staff!).

Ordered 2 milkshakes almost 2 hours ago via deliveroo and no sign of them, can't get through to these people to speak to someone. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews before we ordered - avoid at all costs if you actually want to receive your food/drinks

I tried them for the first time last month, listened to the bad reviews about delivery and collected and my god I was not disappointed. Best chips of any takeaway I've had! Milkshake was great, there's loads of choices. I got some chicken which was pretty good, tasty but a little too squishy in some places on the skin, and some wings which were good too. Went again a week or so later and ordered way too many of their sides as there's so much to choose from! My girlfriend is Veggie and enjoyed her wrap and the sides, she could have done with a few more choices in terms of mains (but it's a chicken place so we can't complain 😂) Will definitely be back, my one small thing is that cheesy chips aren't an option with the meals, but they get a bit funny with you if you ask for it in the notes or at the counter (I am happy to pay more, just can't select it online and he said he couldn't do it when I ordered at the counter), the guy I collected from when ordering through just eat did it for me but yeah, I suggest you guys add it on as an extra for the meals :)

Food is what it is, it’s not gourmet but it’s nice. The delivery time however is an embarrassment. Delivery will often say 45-60 minutes but never arrive before 90 minutes. Restaurant don’t answer the phones whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend due to this👎🏼

Do not order from here waited over 2 hours for our food when it finally arrived it was cold and not what we ordered tried ringing the restaurant 74 times over an hour never got though AVOID THIS RESTAURANT

Order never showed up despite being told it was onit's way the 4 times I called over 2 hours. Eventually they closed and we got nothing. So annoyed.

Where do I even start!? Ordered at 6:20 and food didn’t arrive until 8:10! I called the restaurant many times and didn’t get an answer for about 10 minutes, and when I did the man was extremely rude and was shouting at me telling me it had left and I should stop calling, but an hour later it still wasn’t here. When it finally arrived I was given the wrong drinks that were extremely warm, and when I called to ask why there was a mix up he got very rude again and told me that they didn’t have the correct drinks available so he had just given us any drinks he could find (without telling us first!). The chicken was still clucking in the bag from how poorly cooked it was and was covered in black skin🤢 the chips also had a vile aftertaste, and the burgers had the wrong sauces and we weren’t given any salad in them except for some scrawny brown lettuce that was thrown on top. Would never recommend to anyone, so rude!!

AVOID This has got to be one of the worst take aways I have ever ordered from. Ordered at 5.38 and told would be 1hr 10mins and was fine this. After 1hr20mins called up to ask were it was and they had not Evan started to and said would be another 20mims. After 25mins called up and they still had not started making the food. Do not order from this place now have to try a get a refund.

Love the chicken cooked nicely not to dry with nice flavour and the chips are amazing Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the different milkshakes are great I always get one. I would definitely recommend to others

First takeaway since being back in the UK after a long time! Food was superb, chicken was cooked well and not gammy, dessert was brilliant and the service was fantastic, can't recommend enough!
