I love that they will give u free donuts if you do the review and that the brakefast is cheaper when you do the meal deal It is wonderful

Drive through, order 1 breakfast meal and 1 baconroll with 2 hash brown. Person at the window said he can not give blue light discount because breakfast is only £1 . What about the rest of order which cost me £7 plus in total. Not happy

Below average bland food, soggy fries, small portions, horrible lemonade, nothing good to say about it unfortunately

Ordered a cream caramel frappe for myself and a mint chocolate frappe for my husband only to try it and for the caramel frappe to be tasteless! There was no taste at all and my husbands mint chocolate frappe tasted of mint only, where was the chocolate? Absolute waste of money and will not be going back there again! Sort your staff out and make the drinks properly

Waiting half an hour for an order. Nobody is moving in the kitchen, line of 20 people waiting for orders and they barely move

If you haven't been here before, relax, you're not missing anything. At £8.99 I expected a gourmet burger, but just because it's wrapped in foil rather than grease-proof paper doesn't make it gourmet. Quite honestly, I've had more enjoyable burgers at a roadside burger van. The beef patties were grey, not a bright seared golden brown; the two stingy pieces of bacon I received (although flavourful) were so small, I actually thought they'd forgot to add them to the burger. The only good thing were the lattice fries. Despite having many vegetarian options on the menu, they had run out of EVERYTHING. This was our first visit to a Tim Hortons, and will be our last. A poor experience.

The food here is excellent. I ordered a stacked chicken burger and it was astonishing tasty. It’s authentic chicken and way better then other places. The chicken was a generously large fillet with a taste to die for. The multitude of flavours just pop out. I liked their twist on their grid like fries too and found them to be nice and crunchy. The ice drinks are worth a particular mention and have a unique signature flavour unlike anywhere else in the UK. They’re so good, I came back for more. I found the staff to be quite friendly and good listeners. There’s no compromise of quality or delivery. I really like their cheerful smiles. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with a nice spacious design and modern simplicity etched with a minimalist square theme that is quite relaxing. The unisex toilet cubicles are a nice size too. I found the whole venue to be comfortable and homely. I wish they had a few more artistic pictures on the wall to give a better coffee shop vibe. The staff also need to clear the tables more frequently and there needs to be another set of bins too. Other than that, it’s pretty good. I like the fact that they have electric chargers in their sizeable car park. This is future thinking and deserves a thumbs up for effort.
