Got waffles here and they were absolutely amazing and the staff are so friendly we even got an extra Nutella and strawberries waffle as they were busy and there was a delay

Milkshake wasn’t even thick or nice, tasted like cream milk alongside the chocolate. Entered and was ignored for a complete good 10 minutes until a staff member asked for my order. No hello, hi or thank you.

Definitely a good place to get a quick mocktail if you need one. It was refreshing and affordable. Service was really quick. It is definitely made for take out only as there isn't much room in the store but this is fine for quick dessert stops on your way.

One waffle didn’t have the chocolate on, another waffle was put syrup and sprinkles on which wasn’t even on the order list. I never had a poor order from them till today

Vine esperando que tu desierto mohoso promedio y caro curara mi resaca. Poco sabía que era todo por eso. El personal era excepcional utilizando cada onza de allí habilidad para servirme. Lo siguiente fue el tiempo que tomó solo unos 5 minutos para que mi comida llegara. Llegó caliente y buscó morir. Mi explosión de hielo se congeló (como me gustó) y el miembro del personal me la pasó con pasión y una sonrisa extraordinaria. También costó £ 6 libras, que es muy bueno para Manchester, ya que esperaba que fuera más de 10. En general recomendaría este lugar en un 1000%. ¡Es el mejor lugar del desierto!

Always pass this place in my way home and finally decided to try it out. Great desserts with a lot of options. Enjoyed the Toblerone waffle with a mocha. Girl at the front was really friendly and helped me decide which one I should get. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for quick deserts on the go.

Excellent service and amazing desserts

Ordered using just eat. Have been waiting almost two hours for a drink and a cookie dough and some macarons. No update or anything delivery time keeps getting pushed further and further. Can’t contact them as they don’t have any means to contact them online and no phone number is available. Really disappointed with the lack of any customer service. Ordered this as a treat for myself as I can’t cook due to illness and am very let down.

The lady who served us was very polite and welcoming. Food was amazing and worth it. Must visit place near shudehill bus and tram station.

It is very nice and amazing but the wait time for more than one thing is a bit long. I understand because it’s a small shope but that’s my opinion. I definitely recommend! Thanks

Lovely milk shakes and not over priced

I received my order and it was all over the other drinks I ordered in the bag and the slush was almost empty

JUN 2024 I love how reasonably priced the ice cream is at Rocco’s, but this time around I went for a Peanut Butter Stack. Admittedly, I was less enthusiastic about this dessert. That won’t stop me returning for more 🍨 though! -- My friend and I were impressed by the prices here- I just got a couple of scoops of ice cream (only like £1.50 each) but we’ve both decided to go back for a bigger dessert!

Best Desserts at Roccos shudehill

The only adjective I would use to describe Roccos, is heavenly! Any one living or visiting Manchester, this is your one stop shop for deserts coffees and much much more…

Reps are extraordinary in delivering excellent customer service, decorating the desserts and making it more presentable and beautiful not only that but quality is really that I would love to compliment. Such delicious desserts are so flavourful and mouth watering. Really love and recommend this place to all my friends for sure.

Roccos is a tiny little dessert/ice cream place which is located near Shudehill tram stop and bus station. It's surrounded by a lot of eateries and yet serves the best ice creams and at a very affordable price. The quality of ice cream is amazing. I am an ice cream lover and have literally tried all brands, all varieties and this one is my favourite after Ben and Jerry's. We have tried the Sundaes so far. One was the Royal Nutella with Chocolate and the second was Banana with coconut and fresh cubes of mango and pineapple in it. The chocolate hazelnut would be 2 scoops each + vanilla soft serve + whipped cream (I asked not to add that )+ royal chocolate sauce and Ferrero rocher, the fruit one would have 2 scoops each of coconut and banana ice cream+ vanilla soft serve+ whipped cream and chunks of mango and pineapple. They are all priced differently but are huge and shouldn't be more than £5 for a sundae. Visited here twice. The first time there was a lady who was very Swift, happy to serve, very enthu. Second time there was a young girl with headphones plugged in, she kept taking them on and off if we had to tell her something, like not to add whipped cream, can I get some tissues, she was so hooked on her music that for once she was about to put one of the Earbuds in the sundae but stopped. I don't think this is the ideal thing to do while on shift. If you ignore that part, the desserts are amazing. Do give it a try.

Was looking forward to eating a nice waffle with strawberry and banana but I got alittle extra human hair so think it was not from the top of there head absolutely discuses would not eat any of it Weaste of money be carefully when ordering

Very fast delivery but annoyed as ordered twice now past 2 nights and “thick shakes” is not what we received they are like milk!

-Custard was packed with icecreams, which is not great! -Also our cornflake tart was burnt. -whipped cream was not sent with our cakes. Not happy at all.

Missing items upon delivery, took over an hour to arrive, portion sizes were ridiculously small. If you're going to charge £5 for a piece of cake, and a small one at that, at least make it in house and give a decent bloody slice. Just another shameless cash grab takeaway. Said cake came in a grubby plastic box too, wouldn't be surprised if their hygiene was an issue. Had to throw it away.

Ordered Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake! The worst cheesecake I’ve ever had! They did not even bother to unwrap the ferrero chocolate!

Portion size of the crumble was disappointing. The crumble was rock hard and was definitely not freshly made. Cookie dough was of better quality and came with a pot of vanilla ice cream. Wouldn't order from here again.

Driver could not understand English. Doesn’t read postcode in the order. Argues with the customers that theirs in no location pin when clearly there is. Also do not order from this restaurant unless you have your own straws. Impossible to have a milkshake with no straws!! -10 for effort.

The staff are great & the dirty bit is a generational milkshake. That's it that's the review. I recommend it, it's great stuff.

Disappointed to be honest feel like I wasted money . Thought i would try roccos again to give it a chance as the first time I went in to their store the Frappuccino I bought was just vanilla ice cream no flavour and shouldn’t of been ice cream based it’s supposed to be coffee . Ordered 2 milkshakes and a waffle . The waffle was ok ish and the milkshakes were just plain ice cream they must of only put half a chocolate bar maybe less in them . No flavour at all. £20 wasted. Won’t bother again

They don’t serve what’s written in the menu. We ordered tropical splash which was supposed to have ice cream with fruit pieces. The girl who served us just gave some ice cream scoops and refused to put any fruit saying that this is what they serve. When we showed the menu she said this is just written there and we don’t serve it like that. Total rip off.

We saw the reviews on google and hoped for some super-delicious desserts. We decided on two different types of cheesecake with ice cream. Unfortunately the cheesecake tasted almost like old. Not god at all. And also the ice cream didn’t taste like it was made out of cream but instead it was more iced than creamy. Not to my taste.

Spent half an hour in here. Terrible service, zero understanding of dietary requirements (smoothies contain milk which menu doesn’t mention - was told that “all smoothies have milk”). Smoothies were okay, my chocolate milkshake was 99% soft serve vanilla ice cream and didn’t taste like chocolate at all.

Really impressed with how order was packaged and presented. Delivery time very good. Milkshakes were amazing! Will 100% order from here again.

Delicious. Just what the doctor ordered. Shake was nice and thick. Banana flavour wasn't over powering. Waffle was perfect. Sweet and fluffy. Ice cream was top notch aswell.

Came in to get an ice cream but changed my mind when I saw the milkshakes. Decided to get the Million Dollar Milkshake which was the single best milkshake I've ever had. Thick, creamy, delicious. Definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll come back next time I'm in Manchester.

I came in with my girlfriend and we were served by Maliha and her customer service was fantastic from the moment we came in very welcoming and was very helpful she did an amazing job she did roccos proud will definitely be coming back again 💯
