The food is good, someone took a shot on the upper floor during our stay.... Oh god, why isn't anyone going round there.

Flies everywhere. Store is not cleaned properly. We couldn’t enjoy food due to flies everywhere. That’s really disgusting.

Brought my friend visiting from Ontario and she loved the service they gave from this store. Slightly different menu however drinks still gave the same taste and feeling as back home. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Last night we treated ourselves to some delicious donuts at Tim Hortons. The selection was big and the prices were absolutely fine. The Chocolate Brownie Donut in particular was fantastic, but the Apple Fritter and Canadian Maple Donut were also great. Bonus points for the long opening hours, because this store was the only one in the area where we could satisfy our cravings for some deep-fried sweet treats after 10 pm. Tim Hortons made our night!

We ate here for a quick breakfast. Many options….not just donuts! The ordering is done on a kiosk, the service is quick and there is a lot of seating. It’s not expensive and the food is tasty.

Not much air conditioning if any. The toilets are like a furnace! It's unfortunate that they feel very much like a macdonalds but with donuts instead of fries.

So it's a fast food place, with many similarities to other fast food places, but luckily I quite like them now and then. I was given to understand they mainly did breakfast stuff, which they do in a similar style to McDonalds i.e. muffins and pancakes along with lots of different coffee drinks, however they also do burgers, wraps and chicken. I had the crispy chicken wrap which was very nice as were the signature lattice fries and tropical cooler. Tim Horton's also do sweet treats like doughnuts which are easily as good as other high street franchises.

Tim Horton himself would've been proud of the breakfast I had today. Tim Horton made some pretty decent food for reasonable prices. Thank you Tim Horton for the £1 breakfast.

£3.99 for a "large lemon refresher", which turns out to be a small lemon cordial. It's getting hard to feel especially ripped off these days, but this did it. Will avoid in future.

First time visiting a Tim Hortons and I can honestly say it was really great. Large coffee ordered and with that I had the option of a £1 breakfast so I picked a sausage and egg bagel and a hash brown all for £1. My food was ready within 3 minutes which was extremely fast and also my food tasted really great, plus was a really hot coffee to which I liked because I knew it was fresh. I would definitely recommend trying this place for the coffee and breakfast alone but also for the pastry selection which is amazing.

The place was fairly quiet when we went which gave it a laid back, relaxing feel to it. Food was fine (similar to other fast food places) and inexpensive. It was our first visit and staff were friendly and helpful, especially Alex who was keeping the place really clean and tidy but took the time to talk to us, helping us and making us feel welcome - great customer service.

Reccomend the veg wrap! It tastes so good, got it together with the Vanilla iced coffee which is the best coffee I tasted during this trip. Next day I got donuts with the same vanilla coffee but warm ad I can say that iced is better. Also got the twisty donut and it totally tastes like italian frittelle that we make during carnival time. The maple donut was the best I tasted. I really liked the vibe of the place idk it felt cozy and familiar. Very affordable too for this quality and for a fastfood.

A bit like a McDonald's but a coffee shop with limited cake and donuts. Opens late which is good. Coffee is good but I hate parer cups.

I ordered a lots of food and drinks, the second I finished them, I was told to leave. I was studying, alone and quiet. Yet security told me as I had nothing in front of me, I had to go. I explained that I had just finished and might order something else in a while but he didn’t care. The place was empty and it wasn’t even like they needed more tables or anything. The service was terrible.

This place needs a shift manager. It was very chaotic at the time of the visit. Also, takeaway coffee is always given with a carton. The cup is simply too hot to touch. No carton this time.

Came for the first time with my disabled friend. Alex, working in customer service, was nothing but brilliant. Opened the door for us, helped us to a table but then swapped tables as it was too low. Alex then helped us with chairs so my friend could get comfortable in his wheelchair. Ordered food and sat down. Collected food but so hot and freshly cooked. Beautiful pancakes and breakfast wrap! Alex came regularly to clear the table and make sure we were okay. Spot on customer service and I can see he really loves his job! Thanks again Alex for your love to everyone coming into Tim Hortons Manchester!

Tim Hortons recently opened in Korea. For donuts, Boston Cream is the goat.

Food was good as usual. And the guy named Alex who works in customer service was very welcoming. Definitely will be visiting here often.

Went into the cafe the security guy was extremely rude and racist towards me and my friends, we didn’t even sat down n he walked upto us and told us we need to leave and can’t sit down if we not ordering, we were about to order anyways, found him extremely disrespectful and rude.

It has excellent service, the staff is always attentive to serve you, you can see the effort they put into making sure you have a good time. It has good promotions and the chairs are very comfortable.

Beef burger and coffee are nice, however the chicken burgers need some major improvement as they lack flavour and are nowhere near as filling as the beef. Shout out Tim Horton tho as prices are more than fair.
