El personal pakistaní grosero no dice gracias o pregunta lo que quieres en sus patatas fritas también fueron fritos , te mira en blanco cuando entras . . no puedo ayudarle no sonríe no acuse de recibo horrible... refrito pequeña porción cuestionable higiene

Worst experience I've ever had getting take-out food. Despite repeating my order for a donner wrap back to me twice, they put in some kind of disgusting slop. I'm still sick that I bit into it and may have swallowed some at my accommodation. When I unwrapped and looked there was nothing even slightly like donner meat. Once bitten, twice shy as they say, I will never trust this place again. They could hide any nastiness in a wrap and sell it to you. I wish someone had warned me! I strongly suggest that readers of this comment go elsewhere for actual food. I can only suppose that the good reviews for this place on this site are in relation to food sold by the previous owners.

Went with my partner were greeted straight away at the door could pick wherever we wanted to go sit lunch hour during weekend and we had the most amazing service everyone was over to us instantly checked on us regularly food came out straight after starter we had the most pleasant experience so much better than the union square Nando’s we felt like they properly wanted us to be here and treated us amazing will definitely be back food cooked perfectly!!

If I could leave a 0 out of 5 stars I would , Angus served us and he was the rudest individual towards us Irish girls who just wanted a bottle of Prosecco to start our girlie night out , we spilled a drink and politely asked for blue roll to dry off my table and he said no I then said I please could I have some it’s on my clothes and the blue roll was thrown to me . Absolutely disgusting if we hadn’t of already paid we would have left , so disappointed to see this in 2024 . Disgraceful

Couldn't fault our dinner with friends at Ducks. Friendly service, lovely atmosphere and incredible food. In particular I have to shout out the desert which featured a sea buckthorn sorbet - genius! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Todos estamos en nuestros 50 y esta fue nuestra primera experiencia de Nando. La comida era buena, todos disfrutamos de nuestras elecciones, pero el seguir tratando de ordenar era un dolor en el cuello. Eventualmente nos dijeron que podíamos subir a la caja y ordenar. No estoy convencido de que este proceso sea una mejora para alguien que viene a la mesa.

High Tea treat for my fabulous mom on Mothers day. We all had a fantastic time and the tea was delicious! Everything from a selection of sandwiches, scones jam and clotted cream through to dainty pastries, would deffinatly book again next year. We were also lucky that the hotel was promoting their wedding venues for the wedding and reception and it was breathtaking, a truly rememberal place for that special day. If you are contemplating a reception for the future then please consider the Bowfield Hotel, you will not be disappointed. Thank you once again to all the fantastic staff for making this day so special.

Obsesionados con ir a Nando’s, ¡se ha convertido en nuestro nuevo lugar habitual! Gracias a Donna por el servicio amable y acogedor, sin duda volveremos de nuevo!

Tempted by the cake and pastry selection in the window, we called in for breakfast. The beautifully prepared granola dish (£6) and bacon ciabatta roll (£4) were delicious. The servers were friendly, attentive and efficient. Given the time of day we passed on the wonderful looking cakes. The only complaint was the cold breeze emenating from the open window for take away customers.

On arrival we were informed they had NO chicken breasts. A Nando’s with no Chicken breasts that is really bad. So no chicken burgers. If you like chicken thighs you will be fine. Also, order on the app, no real table service. At least you don’t have to tip then. Staff spent more time cleaning than serving us.

Waren 2 x hier. Leckeres, einheimisches Bier. 🍕 und Lasagne war lecker, indisch + regional war auch lecker. Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Würden wieder hier einkehren.

Le dio a este Nando una segunda oportunidad. Comida lenta, patatas fritas, pollo mariposa era un trozo de pechuga de pollo muy seca. Habitación vacía sin atmósfera. Y para colmo todos los baños de hombres fuera de combate con cartel para usar discapacitados que resultó en una espera de 10 minutos. He estado todos los otros Nando’s en Edimburgo. No sé por qué este es tan diferente.

A spotless cafe with a good choice and bar. Nice outside seating area with great views to the North, but not today. Friendly staff and good value for money IMO

I had a wonderful, fun time at a rodeo themed Prosecco afternoon tea party with my friends in this beautiful hotel. It could not have been better. Very well thought out cowboy decor, so much fresh, tasty food, excellent DJ Paul T and the staff, as always, were amazing 🤩 10/10 team Seafield 🤠 👏🏻👏🏻
