From the human side the experience was fantastic. Donna was a great host and her colleagues were prompt. Technologically the WiFi in the place was not working with my phone and while we were promoted to order via one phone this did not work. The food was ok. The rainbow slaw I had felt a bit old and dry and my sons geht that parts of his chicken were a bit too burnt.

Not I was far from impressed with Nando’s in Livingston. At 18:45 we were shown to our table and immediately told how many options were off the menu. How can a massive chain run out of food so soon? We were then given tumblers for our bottomless drink. The area where the drinks were only about two lights worked so it was hard to read the varieties of drinks. Secondly you could barely read the sauce options. How can a massive chain not get an electrician to fix that problem? I was told later they haven’t been working for a while. The wait for food in a not so busy restaurant was well over half an hour. The rainbow slaw was fairly dry. Not a good experience. .

Tempted by the cake and pastry selection in the window, we called in for breakfast. The beautifully prepared granola dish (£6) and bacon ciabatta roll (£4) were delicious. The servers were friendly, attentive and efficient. Given the time of day we passed on the wonderful looking cakes. The only complaint was the cold breeze emenating from the open window for take away customers.

Feedback on Recent Dining Experience. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received during our recent visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below the standard we had anticipated. We placed an order for a family of four, but the visit was far from satisfactory. Initially, only one adult meal and a portion of chips for the children were served. The garlic bread, side orders, and the second adult meal were missing. By the time the rest of our order was still outstanding, my partner had nearly finished her meal, and the children had eaten all their chips, then had to order more so that they were not sitting with nothing. I approached the staff three times to inquire about the missing items. The response I received from the manager, Thanos, was highly unsatisfactory. He explained that other orders, including takeaways, were causing delays. I pointed out that prioritizing dine-in customers, especially when their orders were incomplete, should take precedence over takeaway orders. However, his response lacked urgency or concern, and he simply walked away after stating he would "watch for it." After waiting for an additional five minutes with no progress, I requested a refund for the items that had not been delivered, which was processed. I would like to acknowledge and thank two staff members, Lee and Daryl, who were empathetic and offered cake and complimentary ice cream for the children to help mitigate the situation. Their efforts were appreciated and made a poor experience slightly better. However, despite their kindness, the overall service was disappointing. We left the restaurant dissatisfied, and I regret to say that we will not be returning. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made, particularly in terms of managing and prioritizing orders and delivering a higher standard of customer service.

I stumbled across this restaurant walking back from Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and University of Glasgow. I had the £6.50 lunch special, choosing the Jacques Monsiour (Croque Monsiour). I was so impressed with the quality of this sandwich. It was delicious, fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed the side salad and coleslaw too! The service was lovely also and as I attended solo, the guy was lovely enough to seat me in my own area to the side which felt very private and relaxing after a long morning of sight seeing! Food, value for money and service were all amazing. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate going again!

Visited today while shopping. Service very good, met at door and shown to our table. The server explained how to order our food and was happy to explain different options. Food was tasty, well cooked and hot. Staff were all very pleasant checking we were happy with our order. Will visit again

I'm sorry. This place was fresh from an episode from Ramsay's kitchen night mares. My sis toom me for a lunch treat and we were going to go to Bond, Steakhouse next door. But thought the bistro would be more down to earth. The food was abyssal. Very editable and poor Prestation and taste :( I wouldn't recommend at all. Most people in the bar bistro were drinking, says it all. And quite rowdy clientele. Won't be back. Awful experience!!

I had a wonderful, fun time at a rodeo themed Prosecco afternoon tea party with my friends in this beautiful hotel. It could not have been better. Very well thought out cowboy decor, so much fresh, tasty food, excellent DJ Paul T and the staff, as always, were amazing 🤩 10/10 team Seafield 🤠 👏🏻👏🏻
