Nando's in Edinburgh, City of

Visited today while shopping. Service very good, met at door and shown to our table. The server explained how to order our food and was happy to explain different options. Food was tasty, well cooked and hot. Staff were all very pleasant checking we were happy with our order. Will visit again

We stopped going here as the chicken was dry and service poor but whoever is running it now has turned it around again. The Meet&Greet was pleasant and professional, the table was clean and we felt comfortable straight away. The chicken was succulent and everything else well cooked too. The staff chatted to us and were looking to be of service.

Loved this place! Great atmosphere friendly staff. Just what I would expect from a Nando’s. Food was quick to arrive. I had the rainbow bowl - if you haven’t tried it is lush especially with halloumi and chicken!

Would have left 0 stars but that’s not an option. I ordered food at 8pm. It’s not 8:45pm the restaurant is quiet and not busy. When I came in no staff came to table to take my order so I had to order at till. The staff member that served me on till “M. Shafqat” was very rude and couldn’t understand English and even got my food order wrong. Would not recommend. 0 STARS 😡😡 Would have thought I’d get better customer service since it’s expensive!!!

This was a unique restaurant. Place your order at the counter, take a seat and they will deliver to your table. The meals were good.

The food was typical of any other Nando’s. Unfortunately I found not one but two hairs in my chicken wrap which was rather off putting.

Going downhill. Waiters not clean dressed. Food mostly cold. Seating not clean. Menu cards dirty. Toilets unserviced. And thats only what you see.

My daughter has recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease and the manger I think she was called Kelly was wonderful at looking after us, and was very helpful with acommadating my daughter with her choices and taking her needs very seriously. We had recently been to Nando’s in the Omi centre and she was there also. Great service thank you Alison

A rather disappointing visit to a family favourite place. Leaving the long but worthwhile ‘Avatar’ sequel next door, we popped in to Nando’s for a well needed feed. We waited around 30 minutes - not too bad considering how busy it was. We did feel we were forgotten about however, given that customers entering after us were being seated in plain sight before us. My wife received a text to say we were going to lose our table in five minutes - we never left the premises at any point. Unfortunately the lead up to the meal was frustrating. Ordering at the same time as both my Brother-In-Laws, my wife and I watched as they finished their entire meal, only to be told 30 minutes after ordering that our table number was mistyped. We then received our meal - firstly, my ‘Half-Chicken’ was in fact a ‘Chicken Wrap’ (sent it back) then my wife’s ‘Vegetarian Pitta’ arrived as a ‘Vegetarian Wrap’ (sent it back as well). Thankfully, the food was delicious, hence why I gave a 2/5. Although we received an initial apology for the delay, we felt there was a lack of communication with the latter errors. Very much stung by paying before eating, as in other restaurants we would have probably received a discount. A sad day to be honest and a first for us. Let down by the hospitality but saved in some respect by the quality of the food. Hoping that this was a one-off.

Been many times used to be good given up now Starters cold and warm .not to busy either .ordered starters first as never get starters when you ask before ordering mains . The mains the 2 chichen wraps 1 lemon and 1 hot Had flag in them confirming this on arrival The 2 of them where exta hot yes the 2 of them even hotter .this is the last chance nearly every time we go here theres an issiue wecwill never ever go back to nandos at fort kinnaird again .will try stration if any issiues there bye bye nandos for good

Who ever of your staff that made 7209 order yesterday 8th October should be resign or go back for more training. Meal was horrible, chicken was burnt to bitter taste, we hardly get any flesh, wrap was missing the cheese order, th e taste was not great all, tasted sour. Missed butter for cob, missed cream for potatoes, and so on. I had to order pizza for the kids for dinner. All nando went to the bin. I called the manger and nothing was done. Disappointed 😔

Went here today at lunchtime. Gave us a piece of paper for the menu that was virtually unreadable. Had to go back to car to get phone to download the app and order from there. No service. My meal arrived and it was cold. Was then told by waitress because I had tasted it, it could not be returned. She finally got that I couldn’t,have known it was cold until I had tasted it. It was then replaced with another cold offering. Worst restaurant I have been in for a long time.

Nandos always produces the best succulent chicken. This place is always busy. When you look around at the competitors in the street you see empty spaces. Enough said. Nandos is great value and I find the kids are more accepting of more healthy food. They love the spicy rice for instance. Staff always welcoming and efficient. Would always recommend.

I loved nandoo so came with family. Nice and tasty chicken wings and rainbow salad was great. My daughter always likes sunset burger.

Very slow service! Grandson ordered a chicken burger! It was stone cold! Like it had just come out of a fridge. They took it away 10 mins later it arrive slightly warmer than before. Rest of the order was ok. But nothing special. Sub standard ! We will not be using any of the Nando’s ever again.

What can I say, aside from the above? Food and staffs were amazing! The most amazing member of staff, was holly First and last person you saw on arrival and departure Staffs in between, amazing as they are, should aspire to be as friendly, outgoing, professional, courteous She honestly went above and beyond the port of call Thank you Andrew and Claire

they actually gave me chicken with blood on it from the kitchen and it was raw. don't recommend coming here if you don't want to die of food poisoning.

No es el mejor Nando y los métodos para pedir un confuso en el mejor de los casos. Empieza a hacerlo en línea, luego descubre que no puede usar los cupones (lo cual no le dijeron) y luego, cuando finalmente llegó la comida, no tenía cubiertos ni bebida a pesar de preguntar cuándo llegó la comida. Me gustó el pedido desde la aplicación de mesa. Es mucho más sociable. La comida era buena para las nandos, parecía más fresca que algunas. Aunque el personal con el que nos encontramos fue amable, estaban mucho más interesados en hablar entre ellos (tanto los que estaban en turno como los que no estaban en turno) y no pudimos llevar a nadie para que volviera a llenarnos de bebida. No había muchas mesas para que estuvieran demasiado ocupados. También notamos que lo que parecían miembros del personal que no estaban de guardia vinieron a visitar al personal de guardia, estas dos chicas no usaban máscaras para caminar hasta su mesa y llevaban comida y bebida de otros vendedores en el fuerte. Poco profesional y distrae al personal que trabaja. Tuvimos que pedir salsa, etc. cuando esperábamos que el personal que servía la comida nos preguntara.

Been coming here for food with my girlfriend for the last 2 years! Always have the most amazing food and the most amazing service especially from my main man Rui!! Amazing atmosphere and really friendly staff! Definitely recommend!!!

No soy un gran fanático de los nandos, pero no me quejo cuando vamos, para ser sincero, la comida suele ser buena. Me di cuenta últimamente cuando vamos que se quedaron sin comida mucho y lleva un tiempo ordenar. Esto se debe a que usted hace su pedido y 5 minutos después alguien vendrá y le dirá que no lo tiene. lo vuelves a hacer y vuelve a pasar lo suficientemente justo, generalmente después de las 8 vamos allí, pero esto nunca solía pasar tanto. Estoy seguro de que alguien toma el control de las existencias, así que creo que debe examinarse. Nunca tengo tanto de esto en ningún otro lugar, espero que puedan resolver esto y podamos disfrutar un poco más de la experiencia.

Restaurant is good, service is so so, chicken was a little dry, chips were probably the best part of the meal.

The staff were really welcoming and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. However the food seems very expensive for the portion size. A wrap meal seems to have nothing in it! The portions are tiny for how much you pay. You can go to an competitor and get a massive meal for the same price! I think this is something Nando’s needs to look in to.

Great food and service was quick, just what you need when you are shopping. Restaurant was clean staff attentive.

Friday Lunch went with my family it was Lovely food, Nando is my favorite place to eat.Had super grain salad and whole chicken which was amazing thanks Nando to make my day. Will definitely come back.

Visited this restaurant on a busy but not full Monday evening. I had an "orange” reward to use which the cashier (Maya) told me would be a half chicken, burger or pita. I ordered a half chicken (priced at £7.45 without sides) and a chicken pitta (£6.45 without sides) however only £5.95 was deducted from my bill. When I queried this, twice, I did not receive a positive, or helpful response. The same staff member served the food to our table and never asked if she could get us anything else, as all other staff members at any Nandos have, so we had to approach someone else to ask for mayonnaise. I also ordered a bottomless drink as I saw they did Sprite Zero (or maybe 7up, cant remember which). I don't drink Cola or full fat juice so I was happy to see a lemonade alternative in diet form. Unfortunately the syrup must have been empty as it was just carbonated water I got. I let a member of staff know who gave me a positive response and told me she would let me know when it was changed, but she never came back. When we asked another staff member, he also never came back to give us an update. Perhaps the syrup was out of stock in the branch, which would have been no problem if I was told. However I paid £2.70 for a bottomless drink of carbonated water. The reason I gave this two stars and not one is that the food was unfaultable. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Its a shame the floor staff did not care for their customers as much. Furthermore, I wrote on the Nandos website feedback about my dissatisfaction with this visit, to allow them to rectify this, however I received no response from the restaurant therefore I am now sharing on here. We live close by and I would rather go to another branch of Nandos (perhaps Straiton) given this bad customer service experience at Fort Kinnaird.

Come here every week, loyal customer. Every time I ask for my starter they bring it out with my main???? Specifically said tonight “wings as a starter” and they still brought it out with my main??? Unreal

First time in Nando’s and it was fantastic! Lovely restaurant and lovely staff. Menu looked great. Our meal was fantastic and very well priced. Didn’t wait long at all for our meal. Lovely atmosphere!

I’m extremely happy with the customer service at Fort Kinnaird. We went there yesterday late, booked a table for 8. It was our friend’s birthday, they have helped us to surprise her with a cake. The food was just delicious. Definitely will be back ;)

Came here for a late lunch after going to the cinema next door. Good Nando's - nice décor, usual decent food, friendly and prompt service. What more do you want?

Excellent food, and good value for money loved the hot sauces. Chicken wraps and sweet potatoes. cold cider was a must.

My husband and I visited on Saturday 19th May at 2.45. Was shown to a table by one of three young girls who were serving. Given menu’s and then ignored for 20 mins, about 14 other people in the whole restaurant, so not busy. Two young girls behind the till talking for the 20 mins. We left and went to TGI Friday s.

Mandi’s was a great spot in the mall to eat. Grilled wings were great and the Mediterranean salad was tops. Plenty of ice in the beverage.

Went the for late dinner and we did not expect to be full that much. It was time that they were closing soon but still clean and so taste chicken 👍🏻

So we had to chose a place to eat and we'd thot to give nandos a try.

On arrival were asked to wait 20 minutes for a table for two. The restaurant was not full and there were a number of tables for 4 available. On suggesting we sit at one of these tables we were told it was a Friday night!!! and other local restaurants were advised. Two other people then arrived and were given the same treatment, needless to say we all left. We went to pizza hut, which was busy, but we were taken to table for 4 without any delay.

Normally good. Sometimes great. That super hot chicken. Moist. Hot. Lovely. Macho peas and super grains. All good. Homely almost. Feast for the eyes and tastes so good. I had unlimited soda so whole lunch very reasonable. So good I’ll return again and again. Menu a little predictable but never bad.

Mi esposa y yo decidimos ir a almorzar después de una película en el cine cerca, y mi esposa me llevada en una silla de ruedas. Nos pareció extremadamente difícil para entrar y salir de la puerta. Siendo bastante nuevos locales me sentí que debería haber un botón para activar estas pesadas puertas. Yo señalamos a la camarera que demostró poco interés. Es difícil comprender que con el envejecimiento de la población y después de la amplia publicidad de Londres tenía poco, rozando ha hecho para aquellos como yo para entrar en los restaurantes. Lo peor fue la misma mujer vio luchando para salir, después de poner una propina, pero ella no hizo mover a ayudar. El personal del restaurante debería ser dado en tratar con los clientes asesoramiento por parte de la dirección de movilidad reducida. La comida estaba bien.

Estado aquí unas cuantas veces y nunca me ha decepcionado, el personal es amable y acogedor, el restaurante está limpio junto con los inodoros, y la comida se sirve rápidamente. El pollo es lo que esperaría de Nando's así que realmente no puedo decir mucho sobre ello, siempre me encanta la mazorcas de maíz y patatas fritas peri.

Na een enerverend bezoek aan Edinburgh hebben we als afsluiting een kop koffie gedronken in deze zaak. Koffie was uitstekend. Ook de inrichting van de zaak was zeer netjes en had een leuke uitstraling. Er was meer mogelijk qua eten, maar daar hadden we niet voor gekozen.

We visited tonight for dinner and thankfully the service was MUCH quicker than our last visit.

La comida era muy fresca - patatas fritas como que ellos lo ven la freidora

Je kunt hier kiezen hoe scherp je je piri piri kip wilt hebben. Hot was ook lekker pittig. Ik had een halve kip, heerlijk knapperig. Neem ook de peri-spiced friet en mayo. Is echt lekker. Frisdrank is all you can drink.

Nando's is just what it is - spicy chicken with other stuff, no mystery. Didn't want to eat here (prefer 5 Guys) but had my arm twisted by my daughter and popped in for a quick lunch. Forgotten how well the formula works, not too long a queue for ordering, all staff friendly and the chargrilled chicken was better than remembered, and really nice and spicy. Very thirsty so bottomless drinks worked well. Not cheap (£42 for lunch for 3) but really tasty. Wish I'd eaten slightly more but that's just me being greedy. (Tempted to have chips but went for spicy rice and macho peas - both good.)

Unfortunately this store is not the best example for nando's. We've been here several times, and each time has been similar, with the chicken being dry and overcooked, and staff at the tills frosty. We've started eating elsewhere instead, and would suggest you do the same.

Visited with two friends and a 4 year old. I asked if it was ok for my son to eat something at the table with us I had bought for him as he hadn't been well and didn't fancy anything from nandos. I was told this was not possible. I mean he is 4 years old how much business are they going to miss allowing a four year old to eat something not made on the premises. Anyway we decided just to order takeaway nandos and him a takeaway pizza. Waiting at the takeaway till while people queued at the normal tills after us and were served before us. I had to interrupt one of the girls on the till and ask which queue we should wait in before we got served. Now this is the funny part. My son ate all of his pizza in nandos while we waited for our takeaway so this policy they have is clearly nonsense. I like nandos but honestly this will make me think twice about coming back. I have eaten in restaurants in many different countries and often have a different meal for my son, never have I come across any objections. The fact they had a problem with this just lost them three local customers and orders of starters, drinks and desserts on this particular evening.The food was nice as it usually is and I discovered certain dishes you actually get more if you order as take out rather than eat in, but the service and their silly policy has really put a bad taste in my mouth.

We popped in for dinner and it was about half full.I ordered our food and was disappointed it took over half an hour to come! Staff just seemed to be wandering about and tables were dirty with dishes left on them. It was a really disappointing Nando's visit and I wouldn't recommend this one.

Stopped here for lunch while on a shopping trip. Food was average as expected but girl who greeted & seated us was sooo frosty. No eye contact and surly manner.

I am a massive fan of Nando's, but this was my first and last visit to Nando's Fort Kinnard.Met by one very unhappy waitress requested a booth grunted yes at us walked over to table threw menus down and walked away! No here is your table, have you been here before, Nothing! Threw menus down and walked away never to be seen again.Food as usual was great, but the customer service was appalling!

I have just been to Nando's at Fort Kinnaird. They had us seated in no time at all. The restaurant is clean, bright and comfortable. Once we had ordered, our food came up in a very reasonable time.Everything was correct, the food was fresh and so so tasty.The staff are bright and friendly and the plates were cleared in a good time.Really lovely family meal. I look forward to going back......soon!!

I went to Nandi's for my friends birthday meal and it was my first time and not the last. I ordered pere-peri chips and a peri-peri chicken wrap and it was so nice. The service was extremely quick because you would go up and order it yourself.

Not great experience, my brother and myself wanted a quick bite to eat, ended up waiting just over 40 mins for a burger and wrap. Asked girl how long our food was going to be she disappeared and never returned. Eventually we got fed up and stopped another member of staff who I am assuming who was the manager and she got it out to us shortly after. Food wasn't the best, we ate as we were hungry but probably won't return. What really annoyed us was people who came in and ordered well after us got their food first. Really not value for money we would have been better going elsewhere. Staff looked clueless.

Over all not a bad experience. Visited Nandos after a shopping trip to Fork Kinnaird. Seated pretty quickly however it did take a while for our food to be served. The Quinoa salad is a big portion with chicken, I enjoyed it. My partner ordered half chicken and side. With drinks was just under £30. Pretty average price and experience.

First time dining here after my friends really recommended coming here. Never coming back. Nice interior and friendly but very crowded and overpriced. I waited half an hour just for a £7.95 chicken burger with a side dish of chips, ridiculous. I don't see the fascination in Nando's and I don't see how it's so amazing. Filled with young shouty people. Please do not go here, it's a waste of money.

Bei Nando's kann man schon einmal essen gehen und es schmeckt auch, jedoch rechtfertigt diese Schnellimbiss Küche nicht die überhöhten Preise, denn es handelt sich es um keine Bio Hähnchen die den Preis rechtfertigen würden. Leider gibt es auch zu viele Fertigprodukte (Humus/Pita etc.) im Angebot. Der Service war bei meinem Besuch im Nando's vollkommen in Ordnung und das Personal stets freundlich.

Arrived at 6.05pm ordered food at 6.15 and waited around 40 minutes for meal to arrive. First time visiting so dont know if this is the norm, if I was elsewhere i woukd have walked out. Saying that when the food areived it was fab. Waiters and waitress were great too. Will be back although hope the food is a bit quicker.

Always love a "cheeky" wee nandos, great value for what you great. Food id always ready quickly and is always great to go here. Would deff go back.

I like that there is a choice of how hot you want your chicken and also the range of sauces (the new pomegranate one is lovely). I am also loving the spicy rice and the coleslaw is nice too. It can be busy and noisy but we try to avoid the worst times so its been ok so far. Am a fan of the frozen yogurt too.

This is now my 3 visit and the 3rd time I've experience extremely poor customer service.I work in hospitality so have more of an eye for detail and service however i will now never return!Getting seated quickly -good polite staff but un interestedorder placed Seated beside a large table of staff members all eating a large meal laughing/joking and taking selfies walking backward and forward to another table - appeared as if it was the manager having his dinner. Extremely annoyingNo check back was done to see how our meal was.This is the 3rd time I've been sat besides a staff tableSeriously Nandos - change your policy regarding staff meals its annoying and Unprofessional having to put up with this.There were 2 members of waiting staff actually working in between checking on their fellow staff members.Clearly you're over staffed or there is no senior management on duty to control the staff.

Yes we know it's chicken based but the dishes are very basic. They sound a lot nicer than they look. Very expensive for what it is. Nandos need to try a little harder than just throw on a few overpowering sauces to pep up a piece of chicken and charge the earth.

I've been here 3 times now and have really liked everything I have tried. I like that I can be quite healthy with the salad and rice, etc or a bit naughty and have fries like my partner does and there is of course a vast choice of how you want your chicken. Am relieved to find that the frozen yoghurt is actually low in calories as I can't resist it. Not so keen on having to order at the till but this is a trend in a few places (when I eat out I like to be served as well as not cooking). We'll be back many times I expect. Am also eyeing up the take out option for the odd lazy night in.

This was not a planned visit but it turned into a very good night. The beanie wraps and beanie burgers were spot on and delicious as was the range of sides. One of our group had the quinoa salad which went down really well. The free refill soft drinks are a definite plus. The staff were attentive and efficient and showed good team working on a busy night to keep order going, tables cleared and cleaned and new customers seated promptly. I was very impressed by the staff on this visit.

This is a really good nandos to go to, place is always clean, food is always nice and staff are friendly. I usually have the wrap but had the pitta this time which was good too. All soft drinks are refillable and parking at the fort is free too. I've never had to book with this restraunt but if you're going on a Friday or Saturday I'd probably reccomend it as I've seen the fort get especially busy then.

23 of us for a surprise get together on a birthday. First time I've been to this Nandos. Nicely laid out, clean place. As in the title, not a lover of chicken although have had peri peri chicken while in Portugal. Had the steak with garlic in a wrap. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely have it again. The staff were polite, friendly and were efficient.

With four hungry young boys to feed after watching Kung foo Panda3 I needed to be sure of a table. Phoned in the morning and they allowed me to book a table for when the film ended - not all Nando's will do that. Service was great, chicken was great, staff were very polite and cheery, three very happy boys and a very happy Dad. a great place to go after a movie and its right next door.

A newly opened and very good Nando's. Have tried others but this is the best by far. A much better layout and very nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. The key reason for its great review is, of course, the food. I know it's a chain and food formulaic but, on a busy Saturday night, the chicken was barbecued too perfection. The rice and sweet corn were equally well cooked. Highly recommended.

My first visit to this Nandos... Safe to say it will be my last first bite into my chicken pita and was met with a massive long blonde hair. Absolutely rank. Avoid.

It's nandos does what it says on the tin. The manager was really helpful. Always very attentive which gives it a more personal feel than other places in the chain.Can't complain

Pleasantly surprised when we visited the Fort Nandos. Friendly staff and the place was clean. Efficient service and the food seemed fresh. We would happily visit again

First time at Nando's. I enjoyed the meal as everybody else of the party. I probably will go back another time

First ever visit to one of the Nando's restaurants and my initial impressions were a bit mixed.Upon entering on a very wet and cold night the restaurant wasn't over busy and I did wonder if we had made a mistake and if we hadn't been soaked through, cold and to be honest a bit miserable we might just have turned around and gone to one of the other restaurants.Any way we were greeted quickly and taken to our table so we were then committed to staying there.When I say we were soaked I do mean soaked, we were dripping so much they had to quickly mop up the floor around us and place warning signs down so at least the health and safety issues were taken seriously and dealt with.The menu isn't extensive and again I had my doubts when we were informed that when we had decided on our order we then went up to the counter and ordered it.We decided on a sharing platter with Peri Peri chicken and Peri Peri chips and garlic bread sides.The chicken was prepared to our required Peri Peri Heat strength and the meal was served quite quickly.The chicken couldn't be faulted, nicely spiced to our requirement as requested, well cooked and extremely succulent.I also had the unlimited fat free frozen yogurt which was a nice way to cleanse the pallet or to put it another way, cool your mouth after the heat of the Peri Peri.

This visit restored my view of Nando's. Loved Nando's in London and really disappointed at Nando's fountainpark, lack of atmosphere and cold. Very weird dinners all sitting with their coats on. However Nando's at Fort Kinnaird really good, warm with cheery decor, good service, lots of choice and very clean. + children menu choice good + children enjoyed completing their activity sheets+ bottomless juice top ups nice feature + great selection of sauces to try + choice of marinades + good selection of side dishes - only negative point trying to remember everyone's order when ordering at the till. Paper and pen or table top touch screens would help

Large roomy interior with a choice of normal tables, family booths or side booths.Good choice of food & drinks on offer at competitive prices.There were only two other couples present when we entered and the service was prompt and efficient and the food was excellent, the chicken was first class and very tasty.There was a wide choice of piri-piri sauces and other types of sauces to suit your own particular taste. By the time we had finished the restaurant was starting to fill up so it looked like we got there just before the lunch time people came in.I will most certainly be back here.

Took my missus for a little Wednesday night meal because we couldn't be bothered cooking and we were served straight away and food came within 5 minutes staff are friendly and well you ken what your getting from nandos.

Visited my very first branch of Nando's to see what the hype was all about. Decided to go with something very basic to see how they coped with it so ordered a chicken ceaser salad. Very easy yeah? Well.. The chicken was overcooked and so dry, the crutons were heels off a loaf which were not only fried but underfried at that which left them limp and greasy. The dressing was sour so I barely touched a thing. Very disappointed so won't visit again

Having avoided this place for years thinking it was a McChicken sort of place I am pleasantly surprised to be completely wrong. 2nd visit and I had the quarter chicken with 2 sides (rice and salad) whilst partner had the coleslaw and chips. All as requested (hot for him, medium for me) and the sides were all lovely too. Empty plates all round. I especially like the range of sauces they have and can't resist the bottomless frozen yoghurt. Its been chocolate both times but that's ok too. Partner likes that hot actually means hot here and he is going to very hot next time to check it out.

Visited the restaurant yesterday with friends, which ia a regular thing as nandos normally is quality chicken. However on this occasion they ran out of chicken on the bone and we had to wait, the service was good with complimentary homous and pitta's whilst we waited. On receiving our food. The chicken was cooked however had a gelatinous texture as if had been frozen. Thus it wasnt coming of the bone like it normally does. So waisted quite alot. Unlike normal with clean bones. Dissapointed!!!

Hygiene questionable !. With full few of the kitchen area , I was astounded to see a round bowl be dropped onto the floor , roll a couple of feet , picked up and put BACK onto the shelf . The food was sadly disappointing . That was my first visit . I braved a second at lunch , only to struggle to find a clean sauce bottle . I found the bottles new and full , but I can't understand why the tap put in it was dry and congealed ......taken from an empty, not washed and shoved into a new???. I then had a struggle to find clean cutlery . The place wasn't busy but we still waited 45 mins . So my second chance for this nandos won't be getting a third .

We go here at least once a month. Food great staff friendly and theme is amazing. I probably love the wing roulette.

We have been to Nandos a lot in the past and know exactly what to expect.Twice now, out of 2 visits at this particular restaurant, the food has been terrible - overcooked and dry.
