Order The Steak Absolutely very tasty [Food Excellent] The service was first class and it was value for money.

There wasnt much choice on the Menu for a Hotel. We went other for Dinner other 2 nights. Waiter wasnt helpful either.

The food was very tasty but extremely small portions . I had a burger one night and green Thai chicken another night - both were good Hubby had steak pie first night which he enjoyed but fish and chips were small and very dry - his words “ terrible “

Restaurant at Jurys Inn was very good and had an interesting menu selection. Food that we selected was very tasty. Staff very pleasant.

Handy Location, Very friendly , helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet but sadly no espresso machine. The room we are in has 3 , beds, we're 3 , friends sharing. But with a lot of hotels there are no hooks in the room and only one in the badroom. So nothing to hang up clothing, only a small cupert with 6 coathanger. 1 towel rack , the room is designed for 4. No chance to hang the towel for the next day. The room comes with tea and coffee making facilities, and a pack of biscuits each, and a bottle of water.

Increíble pero cierto. Viajes por España, Europa y América y es el único restaurante en el que se negaron a darnos de comer. Daban cenas hasta las 21:15 y nos sentamos a las 20:40. Pensábamos comer algo rápido tipo hamburguesa. Después de sentarnos llega la camarera con cara de alta y nos dice que están "muy ocupados" y que no nos pueden servir. Había unas 10 mesas pero NINGUNA estaba ya cenando. Nos dice dónde hay un bar cercano y que si luego nos acercamos que nos invita a unas bebidas. Nos vamos a la recepción del hotel con un cabreo considerable y se queda helado cuando le comentamos la situación. Tras hablar con los superiores nos dice que están muy ocupados en cocina y que tienen poco personal. Le comento que ese no es mi problema, que es una vergüenza y que jamás me había pasado tal cosa. Su solución: recomendarnos otro sitio qu estaba cerca. Vivir para ver. Sitio a evitar en cenas, no vaya a ser que no comas.

Nos hospedamos en el mismo hotel. Comimos muy rico, el personal muy dispuesto, precio razonable, nos gustó mucho.

Absolutely fantastic! Greg the morning chef ensured that all of my for was gluten free, I never once felt like I was missing out. Agatha, Kristina (from Spain), Kristine (from Bulgaria), Mary and Leah all made our stay fantastic, I will 100% return

Always eat in a hotel restaurant if I stay there so got to desk in the dimly lit restaurant. Female (foreign) said I had to eat in the bar as restaurant not open. I said I didn't eat in a bar and it was far too noisy. I eventually got to go in. Butternut squash and ginger soup with 'artisan bread' - bread was not artisan in my opinion and slightly hard on top. Soup was disgusting, no ginger taste whatsoever and tasted of herbs that had gone off or something. Roasted pepperS with wild rice and herby crust served with salad leaves was actually one red pepper (clearly not peppers!) Stuffed with giant cous cous and I don't know what else. It looked red so assume maybe tomato plus a lot of herbs. A couple of lettuce leaves chopped and that was £13.50.Wasn't roasted either- barely hot. I was asked if everything was okay as I was putting my coat on. Told him it was nasty and not stuffed with wild rice. This suited male member of staff argued with me that giant cous cous was the same as wild rice, just another name! He also said he tasted the soup and nothing wrong with it. Gave my reply. He did offer to have something else made for me but by that point I wasn't willing to try a third dish. Overpriced and distasteful. Never ever walked out a restaurant before this.

We were staying at Jury's Inn and got back late enough to miss the Pub food so we ate at the onsite restaurant Infusion. The service was fair. The food just Ok. Dont waste your time here go find a pib!

During a recent cruise, we had a port stop in Edinburgh. Our tour had a pre-arranged reservation for lunch at Jury’s Inn. This was not a pleasant experience. It was a very large room and only our tour party was there. However they insisted on setting this up that all 48-50 of us seated around tables that would comfortably fit half that many. The servers could not move between the tables and guests ended up having to pass plates of food because diners could not be easily reached. If someone wanted coffee they were expected to get up and go to the machines in the corner to get it themselves. Many at my table did not do this because they could not arise without having a dozen people behind or next to them also move. There were many empty tables in this large room and common sense and courtesy would have had them spreading us out a bit more. Lunch itself was a disappointment. Absolutely no seasoning on the food. The baked chicken was over cooked and dry. The boiled potatoes were bland. The carrots and parsnips were tasteless, over cooked and mushy. The whipped cheesecake dessert was edible and seemed to be the only thing most diners finished

Stayed for one night on an Itison voucher which included a two course dinner and a bottle of wine. We were surprised that the choice was from the standard restaurant menu and included the steak, which I had. My wife had the chicken dish and both were really good. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was buffet style with great choice of hot and cold food. Restaurant was extremely busy at both breakfast and dinner, but despite this the service could not be faulted.

Habiendo comprado un cupón Isiton que incluía cena y desayuno visitamos el restaurante la última noche y recibí una amable y alegre bienvenida. Una buena selección en el menú y la comida era deliciosa y se sirve rápidamente y bien caliente. Cena excelente y con mucha variedad para el desayuno hoy. Sin duda visitar y lo recomiendo.

While staying @ The Jury's Inn, we had an opportunity to eat dinner @ the Innfusion Restaurant. My husband & I both ordered a steak dinner. When mine arrived a little too on the rare side, for me, the server was so polite & helpful. It came back cooked to perfection with a few added veggies. We had a relaxing evening, a great dinner & met several people from different countries who we enjoyed speaking with. The service was excellent & we never felt rushed to leave even though it was quite busy. We also had breakfast there each morning as it was included in our reservation. The breakfast buffet was amazing with either hot cooked foods or cereals. There was fresh fruits, yogurt, bagels, toast & more. Various fruit juices were available along with coffee & different teas. The only thing I missed was peanut butter! We were happy that our reservation included breakfast so we didn't have to go out looking for a place to eat in the morning.

Pour notre dernière journée, revenant tardivement d'une excursion et n'ayant pas trouvé de place dans d'autres restaurants de High Street (Royal Mile), nous avons opté pour le restaurant de l'hôtel... Repas simple mais très bien cuisiné. Prix raisonnable.

Twelve of us stayed for lunch whilst at a conference in the hotel. The food and staff were excellent, indeed my only complaint would be that there was so much good food I could have eaten far too much and slept all afternoon. I happily will come back.

Fantastic and very attentive staff, clean, well lit and maintained. Food was ordered, burger and ribeye. Reasonable waiting time and that wait was worth it. Served as it should be nice hot plate and even the bucket for the chips was hot too, not forgetting the amazing pepper sauce. Don't think I would stay at the hotel again but certainly visit for some food. Staff was fantastic and could not do enough for you. Well done guys.

Good well cooked breakfast plus fruit and cereals and fruit juice. Had tea and friend from Greece had coffee.

Durante nuestra estadía en el Jurys Inn, fuimos a cenar al restaurant Innfusion. El ambiente era tranquilo y agradable. La comida fue deliciosa y los platos muy bien presentados. La mesera que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos daba recomendaciones sobre los platos que preguntabamos. Fue una muy buena elección de lugar para comer, mientras afuera llovía y hacía frio.

Good choice of food and wine. Great atmosphere without having to brave the cold outside..our friends were impressed and will recommend.

My husband and I ate here while staying at Jury's Inn and were not very impressed. The food was below average especially for the price of it. Breakfast on the other hand was a whole lot better.

Ótimo restaurante para quem está hospedado no Hotel Jurys. Serviço excelente e comidas saborosas. Preços medianos. Para quem não está hospedado no hotel, não fica exatamente no centro turístico e por isso não recomendo se deslocar até lá. Mas para quem está nas redondezas, é uma das melhores opções da rua. Recomendo as sopas, muito bem temperadas. Boa vista.

We had dinner twice during our stay in Jury's and both meals were lovely, service good and pleasant staff.

The food was OK but nothing to write home about. I had a burger which was OK but the chips weren't very hot. My wife had a pasta dish which again was OK but nothing special.There are loads of good restaurants near by and I wouldn't eat in here again when you can get some good pub grub for cheaper or restaurant quality food for a few pounds more.

Decided to have dinner in the restaurant. It was busy at the time with a tour group, we were told dinner for us would be a 30 minute wait which did not bother us. We then ordered dinner only to be told they had run out of Potatoes! Not to worry we changed our order which included bread & olive oil/balsamic dip. After about an hours wait the bread & dip arrived via a rather testy & stressed waiter. There was only one small bowl of oil & I asked if the oil was olive oil, he pointed & said it's in there! One taste told me it wasn't olive oil. I then asked another young fellow who was pleasant & looked to be a trainee waiter to find out what type of oil it was. He checked & found out is was cooking oil !! Can you believe it !! I then told him to cancel our dinner order. He then summoned a fellow who I guess must have been the restaurant manager who was told in no uncertain terms of this incident. He apologised & there was no payment. We then went for a walk up the to Royal mile & had a fantastic dinner & service at an Italian Restaurant. To summarize: Very Good breakfast & staff, but forget dinner in the restaurant !!+ it's very dated & dull.

The hotel offers up a highly recommended breakfast, a great way to start a busy sight-seeing day. Dinner at night had many wonderful choices

I ordered the salad caesar, the portion was very large, followed by the daily special (beef stew with mashed potato). Everything was good, staff very courteous and efficient.

Nice food , general menu, would like to see more vegetarian options though but again staff so pleasant and helpful and food got and tasty

Vi var kun få i restauranten på hotellet men tjeneren rendte forvildet rundt som om der var fuldt hus. Maden var smagsløgs og kedelig og ingen duge på bordene. De virkede uprofessionelle. Og selve restauranten fremstår mørk og kedelig. Senere i baren ved siden af var der ingen betjening. Tjeneren stod og snakkede og man skulle selv rejse sig og gå op og bestille. Dårlig service og vi kom der kun en gang

Overnattet på hotellet (rom313) og spiste middag der 1 dag. Servicen var grei, men maten var kjedelig, hadde pepperbiff. Vil også si at hele restauranten bør pusses opp. Ligner mer på en spisesal, enn restaurant.

Had the steak and it was well cooked and tasty .but This should be called a canteen and not a restaurant .with a little bit of money spent on lighting and window dressings .it could be much more cosy and intimate .found the staff a bit strange .not unfriendly ,but a bit preoccupied .if I went back to the hotel I'd eat out I'm afraid .

Food and service were both good but the surroundings are a little dull and could do with a bit of life putting into the place.

The food was fine but taken from a rather restricted menu. atmosphere is a little lacking but you can't grumble about the prices.

There were 58 of us for dinner - the hotel coped no problem with a party of this size. We chose from a slimmed down menu - 3 choices per course - and all the food except the mandarin cheesecake was nice.You are never going to be blown away with the food when eating in a large group, but I would certainly eat here again on the basis of this experience.

This restaurant is part of the Jurys hotel and has seen better days. You get the impression that most of the furniture and fittings were ordered from the cheaper end of mass catering catalogue. Whilst there was nothing in particular wrong with the food and the service nothing was more than average. It is a typical soulless hotel restaurant that must rely more on those staying at the hotel who don’t want to go out than people actively choosing to dine there.

Dated serving bar food only.Breakfast was fine and the evening meals are probably worth the money but not for a really nice meal .You are near to many good restaurants so use them

We stayed at the jury's in for 2 nights 3 days ago the hotel is absolutely lovely staff lovely I couldn't complain however after a day of travelling and shopping on the first day of pur arrival we decided to book the 3 course meal in the innfusion restaurant. We were told that menu was new and have only been trying it out for a few monthes. The menu itself looked very good and boasted high quality. However firstly they messed the starter up and brought us one wrong dish this didn't really bother me simple mistake.. So we asked them to take all our meals do they didn't get cold 15 mind later we had all the correct starter which were very nice. Next 45 mins later the mains arrived I has the salmon on a potatoes rossti the rossti was more like risoto inside however this was very nice I enjoyed it. Our other guest however had the butternut squash and artichoke risotto first the artichoke was freezing cold when asking the waitress of this was normal she replied yes it should be cold on a hot dish? The risotto also was not it was simply rice not even correct risotto rice it was dry and apparently had blue cheese mixed into it? It did not so it was sent back with nothing in the place of it. Our 3 rd guest had the chicken which was was very cold. We were offered drinks by the waitress however were fed up and tired so refused. The waitress was very nice it was not her fault and was on her own it seemed all evening..next the deserts we all ordered creme brulea however only 2 left so had to change this. The creme brulea was curdled in top and watery at the bottom not very nice and repeating on myself all night. We did get 15 pounds taken of our bill which I can't complain about as I said the waitress was very nice. It seemed that we were not the only complaints we saw numerous meals sent back and over heard complaints. I think the chef needs sacking. But our weekend was lovely and the food in the bar not the restaurant was fine very nice typical bar food. Will be going back just not eating in the restaurant

Good breakfast, plenty to choose from and a buffet

After a four-hour train journey from London I wasn't looking for a gourmet dining experience just somewhere safe, warm, tasty, and catering to my teenaged vegetarian daughter. A thin-crust margarita pizza topped with rocket (GBP7.95) + salad (GBP3.95) was fine to share + nice Australian red wine. Staff were friendly, efficient, chatted for a minute then back to work. NB: If you like your pizzas thick-based and running with greasy cheese skip this place, it was definitely more in the traditional Italian style & much, much nicer.

If you like U.K. bill of fare, fish/chips, ale pie, ets etc etc its OK. We enjoyed the scottish folk show though

It was a quiet Sunday night and myself and my fiancé were the only patrons of the restaurant.The food was awful. We had to send back one of the main courses (lamb rogan josh) because it was simply inedible. The other main was a greasy mess too. The complimentary dessert was tasteless.Do not eat here

Considering it was a Saturday night, and a rugby international weekend, the restaurant should have been packed...the fact that there was only four other people in there was the first clue that something was wrong. The menu looked ok... and then it all went downhill from there. The bread we were given had obviously been taken out the freezer as it was soggy and very cold. My boyfriend and friend ordered roast beef (they couldn't choose how it was cooked, apparantly it all just comes out the same) and I ordered a turkey breast. When the food arrived the beef was fatty and had obviously been (over)cooked hours before. My 'turkey' was an odd grey colour, and literally covered in fat... now I am not a fan of fatty meat, hence why I ordered the turkey, which is not meant to have any fat. However our efforts to catch the waiter's eye were ignored, and as it was at least 9 'o' clock it was too late to go elsewhere. So we tried to eat... I managed about 4-5 bites of the 'turkey' and then due to the amount of fat, focused my attentions on the accompaniments of rock hard stuffing balls and cranberry sauce, which were not much better than the meat. About 10 minutes after we finished eating (with our plates still sitting in front of us; the waitering service matching the food) my boyfriend had to run to the bathroom to be sick. We decided it was probably time to talk to the manager. So over he came... and proceeded to basically shout at us and treat us like we were stupid. Apparantly if you're sick, all they can do is give you the nhs 24 hour number and hr office number. And apparantly it takes 24 hours to get a stomach bug from food, so my boyfriend's churning stomach couldn't possibly be anything to do with them, to which I replied that we weren't saying his food was off, just that it was awful. He said we should have said something during the meal, which we had tried to do. When we told him this he said the waiter had told him that he had come over and asked us and we had said it was fine...LIES! (I managed to speak to the waiter and ask him why he'd lied and he'd said he had been around in the dining room which was pretty much the same thing as actually talking to us...mmmm...NO!) I told the manager about the obscenely fatty turkey to which he patronisingly replied that turkey didn't have fat. I know. That's why I ordered it. So why did it have fat on it then? He said he would go check and went to the kitchen. This was the last time we saw the manager. I'm guessing he realised what a complete mess they had made and ran away to avoid having to apologise. We realised that I had actually been given pork instead of turkey, which I would have noticed had I been able to eat more than a nibble! After half an hour of waiting for the manager to return we decided to cut our losses and leave, so we paid, yes paid, for our food and left. Now, I would like to hope this was a one-off, however my parents have just been to Exeter and stayed in the Jury's Inn there and I hear the breakfast was vomit-inducing too. Plus, as I mentioned, this was a Saturday night and one of the busiest events of the year, they should have been on top form. I cannot comprehend how a. the chef thought this food was acceptable, and b. how the manager could behave like that; if anyone ever deserved the sack, it would be him. Our experience at the Innfusion ruined our evening, and I really hope no one else will make the mistake of going here, especially if you value your health and sanity.

despite being a Restaurant hotel, the staff was really welcoming and seems to always be aware of what was happening around without being too intrusive.The Chef knows how to cook homely food without too much fuss but with the right taste.I loved the Sirloin which was cooked perfectly ( I have it rare).My waitress was very attentive and friendly!I will definitely eat here again!

I went to the Jurys Inn Liverpool, for breakfast, and all the staff where very polite and helpful. The food was delicious, there was a grrat range of food and drink. I would return to this Hotel, maybe for a stay next time.
