Obsesionados con ir a Nando’s, ¡se ha convertido en nuestro nuevo lugar habitual! Gracias a Donna por el servicio amable y acogedor, sin duda volveremos de nuevo!

Servicio increíble de Blessing, muy atento para una cadena de comida rápida como la de Nando. Gratamente sorprendido, bienvenido y cómodo. Gracias Bendición 🫶

Utilizó este restaurante a través de la aplicación. Hice el pedido pero nunca lo recibí y se negaron a darme un reembolso a pesar de que claramente fue su culpa. Lanzadores vivientes

Desde el lado humano la experiencia fue fantástica. Donna era un gran anfitrión y sus colegas fueron rápidos. Tecnológicamente el WiFi en el lugar no funcionaba con mi teléfono y aunque fuimos promovidos a ordenar a través de un teléfono esto no funcionó. La comida estaba bien. La salchicha arco iris que había sentido un poco vieja y seca y mis hijos geht que partes de su pollo estaban un poco demasiado quemado.

Donna nos proporcionó un servicio increíble como siempre! Ella siempre nos hace sentir tan bienvenidos, y es tan amable y servicial! Nos encanta venir aquí y siempre lo pasamos muy bien!

Had a collection service this evening. I usually love Nando's - tonight one meal below par, other 2 usual standard. I contacted manager, but I was not happy with the response, but advised I cannot go higher. Disappointed - there should be a robust complaint procedure. My pitta smelt strange and mash and chicken not great. Mash brown and no -one in my party would eat it. Put me off Nando's

So firstly, we walked in on a busy Saturday, seated quickly, place was super clean, dad and the lad day out. Let the 9 year old choose for him and I. I ended up with wing roulette. Was served by a lady, Donna who came with food and checked up on us. She was brilliant with him, even went through the discussion on whether he should try a hot hot wing. Was very funny. He eventually took a lick of what she picked out as the hottest one. She then came along in great spirit to find out, how it went. He was half way between giggles and trying to clear the spice off his tongue. She saved the day by going to get him some ice cream to cool his mouth down (whilst still eating his chicken). He really took to her and went to say thank you and bye before we left. Really made his night. If only more people in restaurants were like her. She made our meal out a superb experience. Hats off to her. Would recommend the place and all staff we dealt with were good humoured and efficient. Well done Nando’s fountainpark. Please note, no children were injured during the hot sauce escapade. 😁

Visited the restaurant before going to the cinema on 19/11/2016, didn't appear too busy for a Saturday - we were seated quickly, and after ordering the food was delivered pretty quick too. Couldn't fault food or service and will eat here again

Amazing atmosphere. Amazing food. Amazing service. If you are a chicken lover this is it! Not too expensive! The only downside is the waiting time, because it is always too busy!

I quite like Nandos but it really is not that special and there are so many in the city now. the food is decent enough and service ok, prices are ok
