A fantastic set menu experience on a Monday, all five courses were delicious :)

Not impressed with our experience today. If the table is only available for 2 hours then the customer should be informed when taking the booking. But the main problem is poor service! If you want to have the table back in 2hours then service and organisation has to improve. Delays in taking orders, serving courses slowly, taking too long to serve drinks is not the fault of the customer. We were forced into leaving behind drinks that we had paid for. We were rushed out by staff, pity we they hadn't rushed to serve us at the start. Very disappointed and won't return. There are much warmer, more welcoming restaurants with efficient service to eat in.

Overall, great whiskies. I wish service and experience was better. There were millions of bottles in the facility but the booklet given to us had only 10-15 listed, of which first 2 we picked were not even available. A full list/menu of available whiskies would have been nice. Also, young kids serving, who had no clue and did not care to refill water or forgetting to bring one of the 2 whisky order. Anyway, the whiskies we tried were great. A significant potential to improved the customer experience.

Hemos sido clientes habituales durante años y disfrutamos de la comida, pero cada vez que venimos la actitud del mismo miembro del personal que en realidad creo que puede ser el propietario / gerente es impactante. No tiene habilidades de servicio al cliente. Parece que la estás molestando por estar allí. Todos los demás miembros del personal siempre han sido geniales y como se dijo anteriormente la comida es encantadora, por lo que seguimos visitando, pero desafortunadamente la experiencia que recibimos con la misma mujer en nuestra última visita significa que ya no volveremos. No somos las únicas personas que tienen las mismas quejas sobre la misma persona, parece un problema que no se está solucionando.

I visited Baxter's cafe on Monday 17/6/24 It was a bit dull inside & the music was a bit too loud & I told the waitress that was the reason I couldn't hear here & I thought 🤔 she would have taken the hint & turned it down a wee bit, but no chance . I had nice hot quite thick chicken 🐥 & rice soup 👍 My main course was their lovely tender hot stake pie & only one wee bit of meat in it was just a tad tough & the gravy was nice & thick & so were the proper chips - not those skinny fries🍟 I opted to have beans with it BUT sadly it was served up on a cold plate 🍽️ 😞 I had a lovely hot 🔥 latte in a nice tall glass. My cousin had a lovely baked 🥔 with coronation chicken 🐥 in it BUT part of the skin she couldn't eat & some folks like myself like to eat all the skin & Aromas Cafe in Falkirk you could accomplish just that 👍 I haven't tried other cafés in Airdrie yet

A lovely interior and it's in a great location. The staff seemed super friendly and professional. They had a decent cocktail menu, but being a "Gin Bar" I feel their gin selection is pretty poor... They didn't have the first 2 gins I asked for, one of which was a very common brand. There's plenty of non specialist bars in the area with a better gin selection. I was also a bit disappointed at the lack of perfect serve. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I don't think I'll be back.

Good food no drink license so carryout from next door cheep drinks

If you like your beer cold and delicious. If you love a pint of German Best ... If you want to have a great time and listen to some great live music ( on selected days ) or just try to get to the toilet and back safely (downstairs) after consuming several of their finest beers . It is possible, just a tad challenging. It's a great pub and one I enjoy visiting as often as possible . Only a few hundred yards for Glasgow Central Station

Popped in for lunch today. Perfect little spot in the sun. Great range of beers and the food was delicious, especially the burger. The only downside was it came in a takeaway tub and not a plate and wooden cutlery. And drinks in plastics too . But i can't fault the food at all.

Went as part of the premierinn meal deal (Evening meal and Breakfast). Went to reception at the inn, and got seated straight away by a very attentive waitress. Ordered Prawn cocktail and Fish and chips. The bread on the prawn cock tail was stale and hard, and the prawns were hard and did not taste great. The fish and chips were swimming in fat and not very appetising. The breakfast the next day was better with a good selection of cereals fruits and yoghurts. I ordered a couple of poached eggs on toast to be told, I had to go an do my own toast. The eggs arrived in a desert bowl, with lots of water. Service was very good but food very average at best.

Visited with friends for dinner. ALL agreed this was a fantastic dining experience. 75% of our party chose from the Asian Menu while 25% from the European Menu. Both menus provided an extensive choice of dishes to satisfy any palate. The chosen starters comprised 3 Pakoras, chicken, prawn and vegetable. Beautifully prepared and Presented, quite excellent. The mains comprised Chicken Tikka, Lamb Biryani, Kashmiri Chicken Korma, Punjabi Chicken and Steak Pie, again ALL wonderfully prepared and presented. Accompaniments comprised Boiled Rice, Chapatis, Nan Bread and Peshwari Nan. What a feed was had by all. Beers wine and soft drinks complemented the food. Highly Recommended. A further visit imminent.

Amazing meal here at the new restaurant Faim. Very stylish interior with very chill vibes. All food excellent and a very well balanced menu of flavours. Will be back. Thanks again

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Had always gone for a pastry and coffee and tried their dinner service on Thursday and it was AMAZING!!! The staff, the food and overall experience was great and very enjoyable. I had experienced the same welcoming nature as I do in the day-time, would recommend 100%
