Gin71 in Glasgow City

A lovely interior and it's in a great location. The staff seemed super friendly and professional. They had a decent cocktail menu, but being a "Gin Bar" I feel their gin selection is pretty poor... They didn't have the first 2 gins I asked for, one of which was a very common brand. There's plenty of non specialist bars in the area with a better gin selection. I was also a bit disappointed at the lack of perfect serve. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I don't think I'll be back.

We picked a Christmas deals for a night out with friends and had a great time. Food was very good and we enjoyed out evening. The range of drinks was good and they have an interesting range of cocktails.

Great food, great atmosphere, fantastic service and so many gins to choose from! Highly recommended. Even catered for gluten free diet.

Had a Christmas lunch 3 course vegetarian meal. It was absolutely amazing, lovely and tasty and great value for money. Also the server was so nice and professional. The decor was really nice and modern. I would highly recommend and will defintely be back.

We came for the festive gin tasting which was a birthday present for my mother in law. There was a lovely selection of gin, mixers & garnishes and these were expertly presented by Sammie. Sammie was friendly & knowledgeable about the gin selection which made for a pleasant atmosphere. This was a great afternoon out would highly recommend.

We visited Gin 71 after being in the city for a gig the night before. Fraser was chatty and so knowledgeable and helpful in pairing mixers with gins. He certainly knows his stuff. Thank you, Fraser. Been here multiple times and normally service always lets it down. Today we had a great experience thanks to Mia who was very attentive checking if we needed more drinks or anything else and made our day so much better. So hope the management recognise her for this. Never understood why there is a terrace menu after a point which means the gin bar hardly offers any gin ridiculous idea which made us leave when it was introduced.

Excellent bar with gorgeous interior, staff were very friendly and polite. We had a lovely pot of Earl Grey tea, they also have an extensive selection of Gins etc.

Terrible service. If sitting outside can only order through app. Took 20 mins to serve drinks. Had to send back warm bottles of beer which took another 20 mins to replace. No interest from staff when pointing this out. Avoid at all costs.

The food was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection, highly recommend the beef blade. Staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. Will definitely be back again
