Orion way in Glasgow City

Stayed at the premier inn. Went for breakfast. We were informed it would be cooked fresh and not on a buffet. All 3 of us had an English breakfast. Everything was cold. Bacon was paper thin and had no flavor. Sausages cold and dry. Hash browns cold and overcooked. Poached eggs rock hard. Beans Luke warm. All the food had obviously been cooked hours before, or even the day before and just reheated slightly. Not good. Kids were then informed there was no pancakes, no Nutella, no plates left and one croissant that we split between 3 of us ha ha.

Visited with my family for my father in laws 60th birthday. He is a fussy eater so chose Orion way since the menu has something for everyone. We got one of the bigger tables in an alcove so it gave us some privacy to enjoy our special birthday celebration . The food was fresh and hot. The staff were lovely. Special mention to Emma. She was so lovely and cheery . We will be back!

First night of a short trip away we had mistimed our booking but Michaela and Stuart were both very accommodating and really welcoming. Michaela was really lovely serving us and nothing was too much bother she had a very warm yet professional manner and made sure we were well taken care of. First of a few meals planned for this trip and I’m sure the first of many great experiences.

I had a really lovely dinner in the Orion Way. The staff member who attended to me (Maddison), went above and beyond to assist me, not only with the menu and food choices, but also took time to answer all my questions on getting to know the local area and how best to travel to various places from the venue. The food was delicious and filling. I really enjoyed this venue and the food and would definitely recommend it to anyone who finds themselves in the area.

Terrible food most of the food came with a slight heat childrens portions were terrible also should of known we we walked in there was only one other couple having luch tells a story in its self

My recent visit to Orion Way restaurant left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. The online menu promised a diverse selection, but upon arrival, it was shockingly limited, especially in terms of vegetarian options. To add insult to injury, the quality of the food was abysmal. My carvery arrived with cold meat and to my horror, a hair nestled within. The incompetence of the staff was apparent throughout the entire ordeal. Simple requests like straws or coloring for my one-year-old were met with blank stares, forcing us to fetch them ourselves. The pinnacle of incompetence came when what I can only assume was a manager, brought over extra cutlery on a woefully inadequate tea plate. In the process, a knife slipped off the plate and struck my daughter, leaving her visibly upset. The lack of immediate action or even basic concern for her well-being was appalling. Despite this traumatic incident, there was no offer of first aid or any meaningful attempt to rectify the situation. To add insult to injury, we were not even offered a token discount for the horrendous experience we endured. In summary, Orion Way restaurant not only failed to meet basic standards of hygiene and service but also displayed a shocking lack of empathy and care towards its patrons. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment if you value your safety and well-being.

Our lunch at Table Table was lovely. Stuart was very attentive and unfailingly lovely. He went over and above to make sure our Mother’s Day lunch was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Popped in for a quick bite to eat on a miserable Wednesday. Was warmly welcomed by Tracey. She offered us a table, either in the bar or restaurant. We opted for the restaurant and Tracey took us to a table at the window but with a radiator near so we were nice and toasty.She then highlighted the various options available, whilst taking our drink order. We opted for smothered chicken and a BLT sandwich. Ate off the 2 for £11.95 menu. Both drinks and food served promptly.A great price and delicious food. Tracey also gave us an option to sign up to their loyalty scheme. Nice food , good price, topped off by great service provided by Tracey.
