Nice place, Staff very pleasant and food looked great. I was a DJ in the function and they Have a Sound limiter that cuts the music if it’s too loud. Shame as it kinda spoiled the party.

No decent beer tonight, only a summer ale (yuk!) and lager. Very hit and miss with the beer supplies. Won't be returning unless they get it sorted.

Nando’s never disappoints, but the female supervisor with long hair on the afternoon shift on 7/2/2025 was curt and rude. When I asked for fresh chips because mine were cold, she responded, ‘I gave you your food 15 minutes ago.’ While I appreciate that my request was accommodated, her tone and phrasing was rude and unprofessional to speak to a customer like that. Additionally, I don’t usually mind if staff don’t do check-ins, but I know it’s a requirement. She walked past me multiple times without checking in, and had she done so within those 15 minutes, I wouldn’t have needed to get up and ask for fresh chips myself. Surprising that this was a supervisor.

Got a take away from here a few nights ago, food was ready for arrival and piping hot. Portion sizes were great and no scrimping on the chips which has happened at other Nando’s I’ve visited. Staff were very friendly on arrival and it was nice to have a personalised thank you message written on my order for using them.

the staff were nice and impressively on it for such a busy restaurant, really impressive, can’t be an easy job. Not really sure what I expected in terms of the food, but not the wettest halloumi I’ve ever seen. Never seen halloumi wallow in its own crapulence before. Genuinely couldn’t face eating it. That said, again, the staff were brilliant and the place kept me comfortable and warm while I waited for my train.

An excellent Sunday lunch meal. Exquisite tasting menu, lovely surroundings very helpful and friendly staff and totally exquisite food. Lii oh ed the quiet competence of the open kitchen. Not phased by our multitude of requests - thank you!. First time here, won’t be the last . Props all round. Highly recommend.

I ate here with my family and the food was terrible. The “Margherita” pizza I shared with my brother had way too much cheese and didn’t have basil or mozzarella like they listed. The sauce for the lamb felt gooey in a bad way that my sister couldn’t finish it. There was also a huge amount of sweet chili sauce smothered on the fish making it inedible. The server was super sweet but it didn’t help with our dissatisfaction. We ended up barely finishing anything and taking it to-go that we probably won’t be eating. In total we paid around £190, which I wouldn’t mind paying for a good meal but it felt like we got ripped off. The whole experience was just super disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant if you want to eat something satisfying.

Fantastic food and staff. Big mention to Sara (who also helped with our wedding reception the night before) and Michelle the morning after for being so lovely and helpful.

ABSOLUTAMENTE IMPACTANTE, VERGONZOSO. Pedí la comida con 4 muslos deshuesados para que aparecieran con huesos adentro. Cuando nos explicaron al personal, nos sacaron un poco de “pollo fresco” que sabía absolutamente horrible. Además de eso, el servicio fue terrible, el personal caminando por el ceño fruncido y al quitarnos los platos ni siquiera se molestó en preguntar si disfrutamos de nuestra comida. NO GASTES TU DINERO.

Very friendly customer service, Doner was good and tasty. Restaurant looks clean and the food preparation area. Overall it was good.
