Zefi in Kensington and Chelsea

Great place to eat and meet. This is the best of casual dining. There is a large deli style service counter full of enough food to please everyone's taste. It's cooked and ready to go or be heated as you wish. No hanging about here. Grab your meal, find a table, and visit the bar for your drink. It's mainly a health mediteranean selection of food with some delicious naughty desserts. Cheese cake is the best that I have tasted in a long while.

Recommend for lunch and breakfast.Chefs are really hardworking & for youths guys night time is best for you. You got it what I mean 😉.All staffs are really humble and kind. Best service

Great staff, great food when I’ve had takeaway, I’ll never bash those. However nowhere, but Nowhere should sell a 330ml bottle of beer for close to ten quid, not even in London, That is utterly unacceptable. Also, their old fashioned’s need an upgrade (and considerably less ice)

I tried their margarita pizza along with appetizers, it was very delicious.

Place was virtually empty. The waitress was pleasant but incredibly slow, neglected us and didn't seem to have a clue about how to provide decent service. Food was average at best. Very disappointed .

Wildly overpriced restaurant serving shop bought pasta, lacking in any kind of atmosphere or small details. Prices for some items (Juices, pasta dishes) are nothing short of insulting. Staff do what they can to compensate (complimentary dessert in our case), but this restaurant needs a lot of work.

Refused to change my drink which I never ordered. The female waitress with the red bow tie and red hair in ponytail was extremely rude. I hope someone teaches her some manners…it’s the uk.

Still looks great and staff are wonderful but £36 for 2 drinks is absolutely ridiculous especially considering most of the drink was coke zero! Was quite empty but then agsin mostbplaces are in London these dsys. Best lamb shank in London.. Still the best!

A fun place to have a drink at night

A posh pizza 🍕 and pasta 🍝 place with some very good extras like the chicken or seafood dishes they have and the good choice of vegetables. Not sure why they call it a chocolate pie but it's a delicious sponge cake.

Worse food I ever had hair in my pasta and the chicken was raw after eating here I was sick 😷 for a whole week please avoid at all eating here

Really nice place for a drink and/or food.

Decent food made with fresh ingredients, the desserts are also very good. I would recommend the seafood pasta, I would also recommend the carrot cake and the strawberry cheese cake. The waitress with glasses that works here is very attentive and friendly. Thanks to her for her great service.

One of the best London restaurants

Used to be my favourite place in Knightsbridge. Now music is very loud, food is mediocre (it used to be very good) and I've been charged £10 for bar lemonade and £10 for redbull. Not going back.

People trying to steal phones, bouncers were in on it, never seen the likes of it. Tried to call the police but couldn’t get through. Absolutely ridiculous

Amazing place to enjoy a night out!

I was at the restaurant around 1-2 o'clock today. The person serving the food at that moment was very rude to the deliveroo driver who entered the shop and waited for the order. The driver calmly showed that the order was there and asked. The shop employee told him to go out with rude words. When the driver said "I'm losing money right now", he said "I don't care"... That was really embarrassing. I would never want to go to a place with such disrespectful people again. It was a very embarrassing experience.

The food was absolutely fine. Service was good. But charging £10 for a small bottle of Asahi is just wrong. £11.25 when you add on the service charge. That spoiled it for us. Plus, it doesn't list the price of beer in the menu.

Although the food and drink was decent. The music however was so repetitive and from 1800. And the DJ was so rude and ignorant.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Despite the food being decent (but only decent) the service was terrible, and everything was incredibly overpriced. I ordered a pint of house draught lager which came in what I have now worked out to be a 400ml glass and paid £10 for it which I was deeply unhappy about. I would not recommend going here and head to Daphnes instead just over the road. #cancelZefi

Walked by after just had a lunch and had to drop in for a wine. Seriously .. what selection of food on display.. so delicious. And they do have Takeaway option too. Staff was friendly and restaurant was trendy, good selection of drinks & wine.

Absolute joke, £17 for a "carbonara" without any sauce whatsoever and stale bacon. The pizza was cold and the bruscheta was soggy like it had been sitting there for the whole day 0/10.

This place is located in london but yet manages to discriminate and not allow anyone with a disability in their venue. Breaking the law equality Act 2010, , and had no action or apology. The guards assault and push you and they don’t show you the videos. They allow people in only by the preference of the staff only. It was an amazing place but I highly so not recommend as they discriminate and it’s disgusting it’s 2022.

I’m a regular customer but recently their staff has gone really rude and impolite they forcefully wants you to buy a drink? We already had our soft drinks but my other friends were having alcohol so we were just there enjoying our time and she called the bouncers to kick us out? Is that how you treat loyal people. We usually have dinner there and always have brought new friends to this place but last time i felt disrespectful. Not going back again there plus their food menu is boring. Thanks

They have a good selection of fish dishes and vegetable all served quickly but I do feel it is a bit pricey but again it’s in Chelsea so I guess it’s cheap than. Later at night it becomes more like a bar lounge theme with the lights dimmed and music turned up but you can still eat until midnight which is a bonus.

The place is very nice and the Dj is amazing as well as the security but two of the staff at the bar were very rude especially the one wearing glasses

I did not enjoy it at all the place, the food no words... The staff are ok. This place looks more like a nightclub thanks a restaurant. Poor customer service. They should train their staff how to serve a table, since the clients enter, how take orders and set up the tables... The food were cold, not taste ..... speechless about it. I do not recommend this place at all

We had the terrible idea of coming here for dinner. We had a big table and the team decided to put us right under the speaker which was in full volume, I asked a lady if we could move to another big table which was empty, she said no (apparently that table was for people having just drinks), we asked her to at least turn the volume down and she refused. We waited over an hour to get our food just to get it freezing cold, asked to take it back to the kitchen and returned the food over 30 minutes later when the rest of our friends had finished their food. They forgot one of the plates and my friend had to eat rushing 1,5 hours after ordering. They did not offer any compensation, my friend asked to take the OPTIONAL service charge off the bill due to the terrible service and the waitress started getting sassy and rude to her… we will never come back. Very disappointed. Only good thing was the poor waiter with glasses that was trying his best.

We used to love this place, kind of still do as we still come but the clientele has really changed in the last year at Zefi which is worrying. Staff are amazing and really take care of you so this review doesn’t reflect on them in any way at all. This is more in relation to the clientele. We have noticed women attending the venue for ‘business purposes’ clearly this is illegal. Also it reflects on other women who attend with pure intentions of just having an amazing time. We also heard this when we went to the toilets by the men talking about this in the background. This clearly reflects on the type of men attending the venue as well. There was also an incident when some young men were rude to us at the bar, clearly drunk and we got pushed. The decency has just taken a clear decline in this venue. The respectful environment is just disappearing. Music wise, the DJ used to be great playing a great selection of mixed music and some lovely Arabic music, this is rarely played now. I’m not Arabic but I love the music. I’ve always enjoyed it growing up. You should bring back the music mix you used to play 5 years ago, it was just a great attraction. I hope you can improve things here as it is a shame.

Came here to catch up with a friend over some drinks. Nicely decorated with good cocktails- obviously more pricy due to fancy location. An indoor bar with DJ- not a noisy environment which enable us to have a proper conversation. I would come again.

Great restaurant and impeccable service

I have ordered from Jak's many times, but today was a big disappointment. The food was cold and chocolate cake was completely burnt and they tried to cover it by pouring lots of sauce on the cake. I couldn't eat it! Did they change the chef or what happened?

Pedí una pasta y pechuga de pollo con verduras, peor comida que tuve en mucho tiempo el pollo sabía a agua sin condimento en absoluto parece que se cocinó en una parrilla George Forman absoluta pérdida de dinero pasta era peor que una comida preparada Tesco sin sabor Todo lo que ni siquiera puedo creer es que esto es lo que están vendiendo, qué broma, no le daría calificaciones si pudiera cerrar mejor y ser un Nando, este lugar no durará con comida como esta.

Lorsque j'ai voulu réserver pour 5 personnes un soir afin de fêter mon anniversaire, le restaurant m'a OBLIGEE à dépenser 50£ par tête minimum afin de garantir ma réservation. Une honte, sachant que la nourriture ne les vaut absolument pas. Les spaghettis sont bons mais dignes de nourriture de cantine, tout comme la salade césar. En plus, les plats ne sont même pas assez chers pour amortir les 50£/tête ! Résultat : nous avons du commander de multiples boissons alcoolisées, ce qui a résulté en une énorme gueule de bois le lendemain...

So i always heard about zefi from my friends but didnt have the time to actually go and visit it. For my friends birthday we finally decided to pay a visit and i loved it. It was on a saturday but very busy. We couldnt find any tables so we had to stand at the bar and order drinks. It was a good experience but just abit too crowded. So if you would like to go and relax its better to go during the week as its not busy.

I like this place depends on high attitude of staff specially that girl who her name is Sophia She is really fantastic and amazing waitress I haven’t seen like her

Le di 2 estrellas porque mi pizza estaba bien. El personal lo ignorará, tuve que pedir dos veces una silla alta (¡Parece que el personal no habla INGLÉS porque no sabían qué era una silla alta!!!!), Tuve que pedir dos veces para ordenar, obteniendo malas miradas la camarera ¡Evitar! ! ! Y este lugar fue recomendado por alguien, así que lamento tener que dejar una mala crítica, pero ahí lo tienes.

This review is in relation to an interaction that took place today. We have been going to Jak’s/Zefi for 6-7 years, and to no one’s surprise they operate sweetly only when taking your money. We agreed a cake with Zefi staff for a certain price over multiple phone calls (without this being our first or most expensive order). We were sent to the cafe, where staff suddenly refused to charge us this price and demand we pay higher. Staff made aggy remarks to us when we were (quite literally) just confused. If the price is different, fine, but don’t liaise for weeks and suddenly become hostile over a mistake you have made. The manager with whom we placed the order was called, and conveniently ‘forgot the phone call’, shouted at the baker in front of us and then walked out of the cafe. At this point the cafe staff begun to shake their heads and make remarks under their breath over a price that we have both PAID before (for larger, multiple cakes) and a price that we weren’t told. Remarks were made as we paid and as we walked out - again over a mistake that was not made by US? I hope they take some responsibility over their own lines of communication. This is not a hard problem to fix but somehow was blown up into a passive aggressive fit.

Había pasado mucho tiempo desde que experimenté un servicio tan terrible. El camarero no nos accedió por 30 minutos y cuando pedimos ordenar, tomaron 5 adicionales para obtener el pedido a pesar de un restaurante casi vacío. Uno de los empleados de la cocina tuvo que salir dos veces para entregar los platos a los camareros, ya que no respondieron. Nuevamente tuvimos que esperar la factura, por lo tanto, decidimos levantarnos y pagar en el bar después de haber terminado nuestro almuerzo hace un tiempo. Nunca hago esto, pero pedí que me quitaran el cargo del servicio porque no había ninguno, el camarero nos dijo que no podía hacerlo, aunque todos saben que es opcional en todos los restaurantes. Conclusión: nunca volveré y definitivamente compartiré con mi séquito esta mala experiencia.

Very big portions, tasty food. Prices are pretty high but quality is good. There was just one pretty unusual thing that the waitress brings menu, food and bill but they take orders at the bar.

Nice and cozy place, really beautiful design and pleasure for your eyes. The DJ makes the place like a really cool pub where to stay, definitely. Food, I've tried the dinner and it was meh, a bit overpriced for what they serve, I have to say. Service I would define low, a lot of mistakes in our order and it looks like it was even our fault for that. Tried to be as chill as possible but I found ridiculous for the price and the area where is located. Maybe we weren't the right type of costumer 'cause we were the only one had fun, but at least location and music made a great night!

Perfekt lunchställe med stort utbud av fräsch och hälsosam mat. Du väljer själv huvudrätt och ett par tillbehör över en bardisk – kött, fisk, pasta, varma grönsaker, magiska gratänger och supergoda sallader... Schysst personal och mycket mat för pengarna. Ett av mina favoritställen!
