Really help staff today which makes a difference! Service was quick and for fast food we really enjoyed it.

Visited here one Sunday, early afternoon, great service and good food, one criticism was that the fries were only lukewarm. Other than this the meals, as with my own, were of a very good quality and well presented. Prices on the unlimited soft drinks could be looked at as 2 in our party only had one drink, so £2.95 isn’t good value, and the sprite had ran out so was just carbonated water, we did bring this to their attention but no one came back to us to say it had been replaced. We will definitely visit this branch of nandos again in the future.

The food takes ages when it’s been ordered

Every nice clean place that is easily accessible. Big floorspace around the tables to get around. It's not too cramped, which gives a sense of privacy . Service was quick, and food was delicious.

A massive thank you and well done to Ruby, a staff member working at Nando’s Stockton heath. Despite the restaurant being understaffed and very busy, Ruby conducted herself in a professional and calm way. She complemented us with bottomless drinks and extra food due to our food order being delayed. The food was excellent, packaged well and despite the one particular customer who was rude and disrespectful to Ruby, the level of customer service and food quality was fantastic.

The chicken was cold and mainly just bones and fat. There was hardly any meat on it. Very disappointing for a half chicken . I wrote a complaint immediately but received no response

Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered online to collect and was told id have to wait 25 mins for my order. Wouldn’t mind but ordered almost an hour in advance and when I finally got my food they gave us the wrong sides.

Standard Nando's fayre, butterfly chicken was excellent, coleslaw and mash great. A short wait here, having been given an hour's wait at another in warrington.... why not allow table booking Nando?

Everyone knows Nando's, always consistent, The staff were particularly nice at this branch.

Daughter was treating us to a meal here, totally disappointed as 3 of the items we wanted were out of stock! It wasn’t busy and not weekend so why who know, suffice to say my daughter does not wish to return, and I won’t rush either, cannot fault the chicken that still good but service extremely slow, staff more interested in the music and a burning oven glove! Not impressed

The worst service and food . We've ordered two double chicken burgers and both arrived cold. After complaining we got them re done. Once again served cold. The rude manager said he prepared it himslef, but this only mean he should be booked for the course to learn how quick he can poison people by serving not hot enough chicken. We left restaurant with a partial refund . Never be back again. I wish, could be possible to give no stars at all.

Not nice at all I ordered the sunset burger and the bun was that hard i couldn't even cit through it. We got halloumi with the Chilli Jam, halloumi was nice but the chilli jam tasted nothing like chilli jam, the chicken that came for my partner was bone dry and then i took my disabled son to the mens toilets as the disabled toilet was locked and the toilet was covered in urine. No apology or anything, some bloke just unlocked the disabled toilet when he heard me telling my Mrs from across the floor. This used to be a great Nando's but not any more. We'll certainly never visit again.

The double chicken pitta and loaded chips were delicious. The place is well done out with a nice atmosphere and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Great nandos, great service although a couple of items were missed off and had to be requested. Parking in Stockton heath is difficult. So take that in mind when visiting nandos.

Food was good standard Nando’s but table was not clean ( cleaned in a rush ) i checked few tables and it looks like staff don’t have time to clean the tables properly. Ruined it all for me .

Since my last review over a year ago which I gave a deserved 2 star at the time, I have visited the a few more times and the service has been excellent. Food taste great also. My only reservations is that price has gone up on everything. So not on a cheap side anymore.

Don’t eat in it used to be very good But now wood not eat in it for free Got 3 hairs in my food and and when I complained, not one person come to me very very bad service

Probably one of the worst Nandos. We had takeaway, the order was wrong and items missing and it just generally felt like no effort or care was put in to the food.

Kids softplay and park area is top notch and cheaper than other softplays nearby. Very good for a rainy day if you live in Lymm. Recommend 👍

I absolutely love nandos it’s one of my favourite restaurants. A person on the grills at Stockton Heath branch needs a telling off! My chicken butterfly was absolutely rock solid on the outside and soft and mushy on the inside. It was really hot but not fresh at all. The butterfly has clearly been sat there after been put on the grill and it’s been thrown back on the grill when my takeaway order has come through. The centre was soft and mushy which would only come off being reheated and then sat in the box. The skin was black too, further evidence of it been grilled twice. The rice was also stuck together and hard. Only thing nice was my peas! Complete laziness, butterfly’s take 20 seconds to grill so I don’t know why I was given a scabby piece of chicken. I will never eat from this branch again and I will advise people not to bother.

Many times I try to get Nando’s Stockton heath delivered to my flat which is on the same main road less than a mile away. Declined again today. Order placed 1145am text received 1220pm to say cannot deliver.when asked Deliveroo why they tell me usually they stop orders coming in if they’re too busy ! What kind of BS is that ? Well you know what I won’t be going Nando’s ever again. Stick your butterfly chicken where the sun don’t shine. I wouldnt rate even 1 star 🤬

Nandos can be hit and miss, tonight's meal was a miss. Food was cold, hubby's chicken was dry. Nothing wrong with service etc. I will go again because I love the taste of the food. I Don't complain because its so embarrassing , and it's cheap food.

Mum was given hot sauce on in the smoked wraps she ordered (wasn’t advertised as having hot sauce), mum wasn’t happy, Nor was she happy about one of the waitresses forgetting to bring the drinks, also the toilet didn’t have a toilet seat. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience can’t praise it enough what a fantastic Nando’s🙌

Refuse to order !! We Ordered & my other half didn’t receive his food (chicken, peas ect) not only that but bc they didn’t have peas they replaced it with coleslaw. Only got 1 drink after ordering 2, & the drink was disgustingly warm. Currently fighting for a refund.

Food was lovely staff helpful but there was about 20 people in restaurants it was dirty 3 tables still had food and dishes ,on mens toilet was dirty .

Visited nandos for lunch and am gob smacked at the lack of customer service I received today . Firsty placed order at 125pm and was told 20 min wait until chicken ready ( only one other table dining at this point) which didnt mind waiting although only had an hour for lunch , went to get cutlery and was dirty , hard food stuck on knifes oh only when fork aswell so had to ask for another . 40 mins later the chicken came obvioulsy very hungry by this point so tucked in , as we got further into the meal realised the chicken was awful , breast was hard and leg pieces slimy and not cooked right (as we normally get at nandos) I told one of the staff and she was lovely and said shed get the manager , another 10 min later the so called manager came over with possibly the worst attitude ive ever witnessed talking over me and not listening trying to fob me off with free deserts . Refused to refund our chicken then slammed a piece of paper and pen down told me shed email me a voucher for the chicken ! ( not received anything) Please sort yourself out and maybe go for relevant trainng miss attitude. Came away starving

A smaller nandos location with decent enough food, still not too keen on QR code ordering but did it anyway. Glad they still offer free refills on drinks though,

Had a massive wait when I went but staff were friendly enough

Our experience with the staff is always great. They are young but relaxed and friendly. They happily sorted us with a bigger table because we took a board game. My daughter’s wrap was missing most of its chicken and they replaced it instantly and apologised. We had a fun couple of hours. Like the crockery too 😊

Always love Nando's. The food is divine and i can't complain about the service usually except this. We went during lockdown and had to use the app. They said they would get the sauces for us. When food arrived we forgot to ask but no one came to check if we wanted any. So i stood up and there was only us in the restaurant and one other couple and staff directly looked at me and didn't come over. So for 5-10 minutes i was stood whilst my food went cold and they were having a chat to the chefs which was frustrating. I had to go over to them and ask which i shouldn't of done according to their rules but they didn't come over to our table. Then the kitchen staff started laughing and banging the pans and the staff memeber assisting me had to apologise. I understand the young work vibes it's fun! But got to remember your customers! Regardless i love Nando's and will be back. This was the only inncodent i had to report. Usually it is spot on!

Good service, food was cold but they quickly fixed this issue.

We ordered our food for 7.20 online for click and colect. The food was not ready until 7.40pm and was cold.

Absolutely shocking service. Arrived to collect my order and was told sorry you need email confirmation. So I went back got my phone and provided the email confirmation to be now told sorry we still can’t give you the order!!!!!!! The manager came out and finally sorted it out. Charlie i would definitely go and get some customer service lessons 👍🏻 Won’t be going back there that’s for sure 👊🏻

I travelled from Nottingham with my wife and 10-year-old daughter. We came to visit my brother-in-law who had been in hospital for many months. We had booked in at the park royal hotel and had difficulty in arranging a click and collect for the Nando's at Stockton Heath. My wife was feeling unwell and could not come out to eat. I travelled to Stockton nandos and George the manager was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty and accommodated us. He removed our predicament efficiently.

Brilliant! Great atmosphere, nice location in Stockton Heath and also lovely inside. The refurbished interior adds a bright, vibrant Portuguese atmosphere with all the delicious hot spices filling the air with tantalising taste.

Missing items from our order, we were then told we were lying and then promised a refund which never came through.

It's a shame usally great but the food wasn't good at all this time ...

Had a rare opportunity for a meal with my wife kids free. I choose Nandos because its usually quite nice. However on this occasion it was disgusting. The full experience was rubbish. Got in there at about 5:10, and waited for almost 45 minutes for our food. Place was full of young teenagers about 13 years old. Felt like the school canteen. Ordered 1/2 chicken. Came out as 2 quarters so majority of the meal was leg meat and bone yuk. Chicken was slimy and gooey. Absolutely rank, i wouldnt feed this xxxx to the dog. Terrible place i wont be returning.

Me and my friends go to Nando’s regularly if for example we have a half day at school and always have a very pleasant experience. The staff are kind and helpful and tend to you frequently aren’t annoying. We love it! 😍
