Nando's in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Dined here tonight with my Wife, food as always was delicious, especially the Fully Loaded Wrap. We do love a good Nando’s

Me & my partner often dine in Nando’s, this time we was sat quickly despite it being busy. We order from the app and the glasses for the drinks came within second shortly after the starter came so far so good Then the mains came after a 30 minute wait the sides was perfectly fine however the chicken was only just warm, we mentioned this to a member of staff who came and took our plates away and cooked us a fresh order as the waiter/manager put the plates down he said “it’s burning my hand” I personally think he was been sarcastic. So, the second attempt again chicken was a little warm but not THAT warm we mentioned this again to the waiter and the manager came back with a full refund which I appreciated however it’s not brilliant serving luke warm chicken. Ironically the halloumi sticks were burnt.

Absolutely 10/10 best Mac and cheese this side of the Humber. Screw the haters, love you Nando’s god bless. May Jesus shine down on you, Happy Easter.

we had a very nice meal what we both did enjoy but the staff made us feel very uncomfortable and not pleasant we were getting stared at for most of the meal then when i went to fill my drink up i was getting checked out on every footstep then this rude employee came up to me and in a aggressive manner was like “have you paid for that” when in full matter of fact i had do i always do so i felt very offended and it was the bottomless drink what is infinite refills. truly made me and my parter experience very poor we didn’t feel comfortable for all the time and we had a ridiculous wait of time what was a shocking 50 minutes and they had empty tables for 2 and nobody was going to the tables to eat and baring in mind we got rid 10-15 minutes what we was fine by

Went to Nandos for a family dinner tonight. I had the 4-Piece Boneless Chicken Thigh which was quite nice, daughter had the Sunset Burger which was OK albeit that the chicken was a bit dry, and the missus had the Half Chicken which not only was very dry but also still has a piece of feather on it, it was difficult to miss as it was at least an inch long and stood out like a sore thumb. So, zero marks for presentation and quality control - you've all the kitchen staff plus the wait staff and servers and you still managed to either missed it altogether or just didn't care?! Would we go again? Probably not!

Al was my host. Gave me a warm welcome and seated me. He could not be more attentive, which we great. Today was a simple grab and go for me, but as usual great service at Hull, so thanks to Al and the team !

I loved my meal. I’ve been to quite a few Nando’s. Only this one and Windsor have delivered my food piping hot, as it should be ! Staff were very friendly and with big smiles. If I ever come come to Hull again, I will definitely come back!

Great service and hugely aware of allergy issues. Really attentive and great environment. Great staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful. Lovely food.

Burger bread was like a rubbery shoe sole, could not chew it! We ordered hot but was extra extra hot and otherwise not particularly tasteful, I could feel my lips burning for hours after.

My sister and I visited here yesterday The staff were lovely we always order 1/4 chicken with mash and corn on the cob. We asked for chicken legs which we got the only downside was that my mash was very cold I asked one of the waiters if it could be warmed up. They gave me a fresh portion which was piping hot nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so friendly they are a credit to Nando's. I'll definitely be back and I will recommend it to all my friends and family

Worst experience ever. told us we had to wait 25 mins, then said you cant have chicken or wraps, then said they dont take cash, only card. wont be going back

We visited Nando’s for our daughters 14th birthday meal. I found the menu quite misleading as it wasn’t obvious sides were not included in the stated price. The bill came to almost £60 so I had high hopes for the meal. Upon arriving the potion sizes were very small. I paid almost £10 for a child sized wrap which looked lost on the large plate. The drinks were flat and not very pleasant. Overall I found the nando’s Experience very underwhelming, the food and drink that is, the staff were friendly and the service was fine.

We had to register details and had a half hour wait for a table, that was not a problem, it was a Friday lunchtime. On entering, customers are seated along the side and seemed well spread out. We were told to catch a waiters eye to get a drink top up, this proved easier said than done, we were sat out the way, and not one member of staff seemed to be looking round checking for drink requests. I had to get up and approach one in the end. Also, face masks are all well and good, but need to accompany other hygiene measures. Such as a male member of staff wiping his brow with his bare hand, then taking plates out.

Really nice place to sit and eat. Can get quite busy, but there are two more Nandos' in Hull, including another in the city centre, so easy to go elsewhere. Staff always pleasant here, very professional, fast service for both take-away and eat-in, food is gorgeous.

We came to this establishment after the COVID reopening (we’ve been many times before and loved this place, I would describe this as a go to restaurant) and it was not up to scratch. The menu was not only limited (which was expected) it has NO AVAILABLE vegetarian options. When I asked about this I was met with sorry we’re sold out. Now I’m not a fussy person I would have accepted even just a pitta with a bit of lettuce and cheese but no this was not an option. A lot of readers might think why would a veggie go to a chicken restaurant? A simple response would be I enjoy the veggie options and Nando’s sauces; also I’m not someone that would deprive my friends of their much needed chicken fix. In the end I ordered a selection of sides all which were great, I even managed to make a DIY pitta! Now had this been the only problem I probably would not have reviewed and just classed it as an unfortunate coincidence. However it was not the only problem. I have never experienced such hostility from the staff. Now baring in mind I did not voice my sadness about the no veggie options and quietly ordered my sides selection they had no reason for any grudge holding. When the food was brought it was practically thrown in front of us with no offering of sauces and when asked for some sauces you would have thought we asked the waitress to strip naked in public! Finding someone to ask for a refill or extra sauces was like looking for someone in the Sahara desert. Considering we were under no circumstances allowed to move you would think they would make themselves more available. When we eventually made eye contact we were asked “what do you want?” Not very friendly but ok, but it was accompanied with an eye roll. Steve was the only saving grace, he offered a refill with a sunny smile. Thanks to Steve I shall be back.

I am very sad as I got an xxxl chicken I stabbed into it and realised it was not fully dead as the chicken quotes "cocadoodaldoo" I tried to take it back and asking for a refund but they only gave me a gift voucher to buy more chickens but I do not want another live chicken so I will not be using it

Chose this “chain” as it was the nearest to my hotel. The ordering is a bit strange, so for a solo eater you decide what you want and then go to the counter and remembering your table number place and pay for your order. Next step is go to a side table and get your cutlery, soft drinks, sauces, etc and then carry them back. All the time your table is empty with your coat etc on view and unsecured. This is a way of managing with the minimum of staff. They are a “chicken” restaurant mainly and as I didn’t want a large meal I was told what I had ordered at £8.95 was only a very small loin of breast, and he wasn’t kidding ! I have no issues with this as I didn’t want a large portion, but they “bulked” it up with an overload of chips and also I ordered broccoli as a second side. This went cold very quickly and was served in a separate dish. The chicken was dry and quite honestly I didn’t enjoy my meal. So at £15.60 incl a glass of wine I wasn’t all that impressed. Doubt I’ll be returning to a Nando’s any time soon!

Ridiculous not having bread. No garlic bread!!!! No burgers. Imagine going to a chicken restaurant and not able to have a burger. Also the drinks machine in some drinks it is sour and flat. It is rank. This place has really high standards and today they have not been met at all. Instead of getting my usual chips and garlic bread I’ve had to get chips and spicy rice. It is just not good enough. Also the wait is 40 minutes. This is completely out of order and the customers should not have to wait this long. Next time I will not come here and will go to Burger King which is a lot quicker and actually has bread. I hope this sends a message to the manager so that he can improve his restaurant!!!!! As you can see in the photo the Coke is flat!!!!

Typical Nandos however the chicken was better than normal and served hot. Must admit one of the better Nandos about and friendly young staff made it a pleasant experience. Easy to find at the top of the escalator in St Stephens shopping centre.

First of all had to wait ages to give my order as only one til open despite it being very busy. Then had to wait half an hour for my food and when I mentioned it to the manager, he thought it was ok as we had been warned at time of ordering. This would have been ok if everyone had to wait the same length of time, but saw other tables getting food straight away. No compensation offered for the poor service.

Always a great service and atmosphere. Unfortunately they've massively reduced the children's chips portion sizes though which didn't go down well!

A re-review after a more recent visit. NORMAL SERVICE FOR THIS TYPE OF RESTAURANT HAS RESUMED !!! ... it was pretty awful !!! To be fair ... it was peak lunch-time during "little-people's" school holidays and the weather was bad. 15 minute wait to be seated was advised but once seated, and up again to order, the order queue was 6 deep with only one service point open ... and when you reached the desk to order 20 mins later ... the food wait was then advised to be a 25 mins. wait. For all the "authentic" pretence, this is a formula, fast food chain and should be managed to meet demand ... and this time ... IT FAILED. Moreover, the chicken was well OVERCOOKED, ... dry and hard ... odd result when under pressure !! Last time this was a well managed example ... the manager must have been on holiday !! Not their fault but how come the "little-people" are so overtly noisy when eating? Perhaps insisting on the "very hot" piri-piri marinade and sauce for "little folk" may address the problem ... but guess the real issue is that most of the parents are devoid of any manners, so unlikely to pass any to their offspring. The unlimited soft drink refills (one glass 6 straws) may precipitate a low cost ADHD epidemic too ... goodness knows what damage it is doing to the kids as well?? !!! Give it try, late lunch, during school time, when the manager is back ... it may be better. P(EE).S. .. make sure you "go" in advance ... lay off the refills ... or bring wellingtons !!.

A group of 10 colleagues descended on the restaurant a 8.30PM on a Wednesday evening without being booked. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and pulled out the stops to make it an enjoyable evening for all. It was my first experience of eating at a Nandos restaurant and I found i to be rather good once I'd got my head around the fact that almost all were chicken themed dishes.

Love Nando’s, you know exactly what you’re getting, that’s perfectly cooked and succulent chicken in all its varieties!! A quarter, half or whole chicken, wings, wraps, pittas and burgers, bones in or out and all with beautiful, flavoursome crispy chicken skin!! Never there long as it’s quick and efficient, staff always friendly even at really busy times and the sauces are great, especially the “vusa” sauce. Hard to say no to a cheeky Nando’s.

Food lovely, staff friendly had to wait a while to be seated. It is a tad over priced but it's perfectly cook .

I am currently sat in Nando’s on Kingswood retail park and have received awful customer service. I was served by Ellie at the till and was looked up and down whilst ordering my meal. As my friend was getting served she continued to stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable. Not to mention myself and my friend had to repeat our orders several times despite it not even been busy. I am a regular customer at Nando’s and it is usually a friendly and bubbly place that I come on a weekly basis.

On a very wet and windy Wednesday night whilst in Hull on business, we decided to head into Nandos for dinner.

The meal was amazing full off flavor and it was very tasty cooked chicken. It did not lack in flavor because the chicken was very tasty and the garlic bread was to die for. I would recommend this place for chicken it is a lot better than KFC.

Totally Terrible visit & Sadly Best to be avoided

Made a visit to Nando, one of our favourite options for veggie burgers, medium hot, in a piita. However, to our disappointment, they don't do anymore, it's some new, veggie green burger thingy, so not keen on this. At least the staff, let me choose another option or I would have not eaten, plunked for olives and mash.

Στον πρώτο όροφο του St Stephen’s Shopping Centre είναι το συγκεκριμένο Πορτογαλικής κουζίνας εστιατόριο. Περιμέναμε λίγο για να βρούμε τραπέζι γιατί πήγαμε απόγευμα Παρασκευής οπότε υπήρχε σχετική αλλά όχι μεγάλη κίνηση. Από τον κατάλογο περισσότερο κοντά στις γευστικές μας γνώσεις ήταν το κοτόπουλο σε διάφορα επίπεδα καυτερής επικάλυψης με διάφορα μικρά συνοδευτικά. Δεν ήταν κάτι ιδιαίτερο γευστικά και ποιοτικά. Για ποτό προτιμήσαμε τα ποτήρια αναψυκτικού που υπήρχε δυνατότητα για ανανέωση από μηχάνημα. Η εμπειρία μας ήταν ότι δειπνήσαμε σε Πορτογαλικό εστιατόριο στην Αγγλία χωρίς καμία ιδιαιτερότητα για αναφορά.

Ashamingly me and my wife had never had a cheeky nandos Until now! We both opted for the pita wrap with fries. It was as delicious as everyone says it is. We really didnt know what to order and will have to re visit to try different food. The staff where all very friendly and efficient. Clean and warm (which is nice for St Stephens haha)

It is sad that you don't expect too much from "chain" restaurants these days. Food is generally mediocre, at best, and the service pretty awful ... BUT WE ACTUALLY GOT SOME GOOD SERVICE!!. Chicken was consistent with expectations. coleslaw fine and the chips cold (again consistent) ... so far, as expected. But we had under-ordered, finding it a tad tricky to guess the menu ... no problem, the new guy got us sorted without leaving our seats (or paying up front) and we sailed through. This place is well managed and the staff well trained ... credit to all concerned. I bet the Nando's suits back at HQ wished they were all like this.

I took my elderly mum for an evening meal . we was shown to a table very quickly and politely . Ordered what we wanted but when I went to get our cutlery I could not believe it but the knife and forks where plastic . I know hull has a ruff reputation but I did think things had got that ruff that they did trust customers with metal cutlery . It was a shame because we both enjoyed the food

Wife and daughter went for lunch and it was very disappointing. Chicken on both meals very very dry sweet potato fries shocking service ok but food totally spoilt a lovely mum and daughter day thanks they will not be returning

Lovely little Nando’s in a lovely shopping centre . Food as always what you expect from Nando’s . Had to ask for table to be cleaned to start but they did this quickly . Not to long to wait would recommend 👍

Normally I am a big fan of nandos so me and my partner (who had never been before) went here for lunch. I should have known as I walked through that this one was not as good as I heard people talking about their food being cold as we went to order. We placed our order and after waiting for abit we were told there was a backlog of orders as everyone had ordered the same thing so we were offered a free starter. When the food did come they had forgotten about the starter which was brought later. The food was cold and hard and the chicken thighs very grisly. The staff were clearly not communicating with each other as no one seemed to have any idea what was going on. Very disapointing.

Who doesn't love a Nandos? Delicious food, a nice NHS discount to go with this too and excellent staff that you can see are all very hard working. thankyou We will definitely be returning again.

We love Nando’s and this visit was no exception. Helpful staff and delicious food. Slightly disappointed at the lack of some menu items, especially as it was only lunchtime, but will overlook. Always worth a visit!!

As a rule I keep away from chains preferring smaller establishments, however the one place I make an exception for is Nando’s.

Visited here for a pit stop on our way back from Newcastle. We were greeted and seated promptly, we opted for chicken wrap with chips and coleslaw which was delicious but far too much for my small appetite, although we could bag and take away. My daughter had butterfly chicken served with chips and rice which she enjoyed along with halloumi sticks and sauce. Reasonably priced and well worth the wait. The waiting staff were very attentive and served within record time for a Nando’s

We all know what to expect from Nando’s, but with great staff and great food it keeps on delivering. £25 2 glAsses of wine a starter and a main, all great food, does what it Says on the tin! Excellent

Ordered 1/4 chicken, chips, salad, with tea. No white sugar available for my tea for another two days. My partner had Chicken, caramelised onion in pitta bread and not a wrap,corn on the cob and side salad, cloudy lemonade, the salad was tough going.

Great food , however coke was flat and I mean flat not one sparking bubble which left me to not want the refills

Honestly, I come here on average once a week. It NEVER disappoints. Great food, refillable drinks, always get fast service regardless of how busy it is. Simply my favourite restaurant.

We have visit nando's many many time with my family never have been disappointed only service is slow but understandable it busy place and always full house on Saturday lunch .

Visited with family to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday we arrived around teatime the restaurant was quite busy we were met by a very pleasant young lady who took us to our table.where we all decided what to eat. The food arrived quickly it was hot and well presented. Enjoyed by all. Very good friendly staff in this Nando’s A family favourite.

Visited here with my daughter at the beginning of October, there was a que at the door despite restaurant being nearly empty and we waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive, tables that came in after us we getting there food before us? when I spoke to the manager he was extremely rude and cocky and had a terrible attitude saying well we were busy earlier today so we’re still catching up! There was only half a dozen tables in the restaurant at this time. Absolutely appalled at the service provided here and would not visit again. Have never had a problem with the service in a Nando’s restaurant until now!

I have to say (touch wood) that I have never had a bad meal at Nando’s. A few times there has been issues with burnt garlic bread or a tired looking bit of corn, but the staff have always resolved it straight away.

went to nandos for my daughter's, boyfriends birthday. it's only my 2nd visit here the 1st time we were in portsmouth. in both places we were all very happy with the food we ordered very tasty. the staff in hull st Stephens were extremely friendly and helpful. would definitely return.

Came here mid-week for tea and although the place was busy the wait for food wasn't to long, the food when it arrived was great, no fault. The usual spicy rice & chicken pitta! Staff were friendly and attentive only downfall for this place is the cleanliness of the tables & booths I'm not sure if it was just because it was busy but they were filthy in-between diners & we had to ask for it to be wiped which wasn't great. Other than that a good cheap eat after an afternoon of shopping!

We love this restaurant. The food is always delicious, for both adults and children. The staff are exceptional and couldn't do enough to provide activities for the children.

I came up to surprise my boyfriend and we came here for dinner, I accidently orded the wrong thing and when I told them they were lovely about it! They made me a new one(wrap) and it came so quickly! They were so friendly and helpful throughout this visit! Much nicer than my local Nando's (Chester)!

Food delicious. It never fails. Service on the other hand I wasn't impressed with, I was served by a young girl who clearly didn't want to be there and had a permanent miserable face on and give me a 'warm glass' as she called it yet it burnt my hand. Think I'll stick to the nandos in princes quay because the service is much better there.

Came in for a meal with my friend who has a gluten intolerance, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely meal and would happily go again. The customer service was great.

I had a quarter chicken with peri peri chips and spicy rice. Lots of bones in the chicken and wasn't particularly tasty. Food was not piping hot. Service was quick and efficient, just a shame about the quality of the meal.

I had dinner with my family and the waiters are so nice. The food is excellent this restaurant is excellent,there is nothing bad about this place I love coming here . 5 stars

it is a really nice place, food is nice. the meal left me just that bit hungry once I had finished. if it had just that little bit more on the plate it would be very good value for money. the staff are all very friendly. worth a visit.

Recently made this trip advisor account and I think I'm going to use it more often. Nando's menu is always updated and there is always a nice new dish added. My wife and I dined that evening and both had the butterfly burger with fries and coleslaw. Restaurant very clean, meat was very succulent.

It's Nando's not La Gavroche so expectations adjusted accordingly. Overall it wasn't good. Chicken on the bone was dry and tough. Mashed potato was old, dry and inedible. Peas we're quite nice. Wine was out of 2 different bottles. Only salt available at the table. No pepper.The place was rammed with teenagers who didn't seem to mind being served junk. Perhaps I was in the wrong place...

I have visit few time in nando's st.stephen's shopping centre food always nice tasty food and slow bit slow but worth waiting for it

We have visited this Nando's about 50 times over 4 years and have mixed experiences. The mains are always spot on but sometimes the humous comes out with cold pitta bread. Restaurant size / general noise lets it down sometimes especially when busy. Nando's shouldn't suffer ratings because of ridiculous and rude guests so I won't knock them on it but general noise can be bad and we are not always seated immediately having to wait for a seat.One of my main positive points are the staff. Just about all of the staff are brilliant and very friendly. Top marks to Carlos he sets the standard of some of the very best service I've ever seen.

Popped into Nandos in St Stephens. Was told by Callum that we would have to wait 20 mins. He was so lovely and helpful and within 10 mins we had a table. He had excellent recommendations and was so fun and friendly and eager to help all the way through. The food was lovely and arrived so quickly. Loved the atmosphere and will definitely go again. Please make sure that Callum is your waiter as he is brilliant. Highly recommended restaurant. If you get a chance...try the coconut ice-cream..its to die for.

I am a massive Nando's lover and I took my partner who had never been before and Nando's you didn't let me down! Food fanatic and the service! Will of course be returning!

We were passing while out shopping so thought we'd give a go as we've not tried Nando's before and both are keen on a good bit of chicken. The waitress showed us to our table and explained everything we needed to know and didn't have to queue too long. The wait for the grilled chicken burger and fries we ordered didn't take too long either. Overall a very good experience, food and atmosphere exceeded expectations so will be back.

I think sometimes Nando's is overpriced for what you get. Sometimes the portions are tiny. However today it seemed much bigger (don't know if they've had complaints). I had grilled chicken in a pitta which came with salad in it and I had chips and coleslaw. Larger portions of chips and coleslaw than when I've been before so good. Kids enjoyed their meal. I do think they should do non seasoned chicken for kids as even though mildly spiced kids pick up on that. Glad to see health choices of sides though as you don't get this in many places for children. My only problem I ordered something to take away for my husband and despite talking to them and checking 3 times about cooking it when the kids got their dessert I had to ask them to make it again as it had been sat under the counter for at least 15 minutes. The server seemed most put out but I did make it clear and they even offered to do it then as it would be fresh but still cooked it way to early.

We really enjoyed our visit to Nando's everyone got the food they wanted. The staff were friendly. The table was clean, toilets were clean. It is my teenagers favourite place to eat.

Had to wait only about 5 mins for a table which wasn't too bad. Although when we got to the table for some reason we was asked to all sit in a straight line which was a bit bizarre as there was only 3 of us and room at the other side of the table. So we ignored her and sat where we wanted. It wasn't very clean, with old food and sauces in the walls and the tables sticky. Although we had got seated quick the food took a long time to come. Roughly 30 mins with lots of orders sat waiting to go out for a long time. When the food came it was OK. But not worth the wait and Nothing to shout home about. This is the problem I usually find with Nando's, the consistency is not there. Too hit and miss. Either a really good meal or really bad. With some Nando's performing better than others. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this one in a hurry.

Love nandos come here all the time - also get nandos takeaway too. Staff are always friendly and it always has a nice atmosphere - free refills are always a winner

It's a Nando's yo. It does good spicy food. I'm veggie and their veggie wrap is one of my favourite chain options. Love it.

Visited with friends and children on a busy Sunday afternoon. First nandos experience... my chicken was nice. Son was survived grey chicken which was terribly tough and dry and wouldn't eat it... after opening the burger I saw the vile chicken!! The manager bought over a fresh burger within minutes however the chicken should not have been served in the first place and hid in a child's burger. The serving staff were lovely. The toilets were dirty and bulbs not working. The sauce and drinks area was well kept. Not exactly what I was expecting from friends recommendations. Can't say I'll visit again

I was looking for somewhere to eat in Hull and saw Nando's which if you've ate at a Nando's before then you know what your getting. Getting seated was very quick, and after placing my order my food arrived nice and hot and without a long wait. I had a mail meal, a side dish and a bottle beer, total £17.It was a safe option tom choose Nando's as you know getting, both food and service.

Can't complain about this place i visit whenever i get the chance. Never had a bad word to say about it. The food is great and the service is fast and friendly.

Went here with my family and even though it was busy the staff were very attentative polite and helpful the food was delicious all in all it made us definitely set for a re visit we would definitely recommend to others

Decided to have take out so ordered on-line. First time we'd tried Nando's but had heard good things so was looking forward to a good meal, unfortunately we were disappointed. The starter of olives I ordered was missing, also I'd ordered chicken thigh with my Mediterranean salad and instead there were a few slices of chicken breast in a small container. The salad was a lot of lettuce leaves and I was disappointed with the small amount of tomatoes, olives and feta cheese in the salad. I paid extra for the spicy rice and this also came in a very small container. My husband had butterfly chicken breast with fries and a side order of coleslaw which he said was ok but nothing very exciting. Once the food was on the plates we both said the same thing, "is that it". For £30 the portions are small and in my opinion certainly not good value for money. My salad for £9.75 was a lot of lettuce and if I'd known I would have just have reached into my fridge and made my own meal. I rang to complain and requested a refund for the missing starter and for the extra charge for chicken thigh which I didn't get. The lady was very nice and apologetic but advised the only way to get a refund is to go back to the restaurant. Why should I? I didn't make the mistake and don't see why I should drive back into town to get my money back. I paid with a card so I wanted the amount to be paid back to my card. The lady on the phone will speak to head office and said she would call me on Monday. Never again.

I go here with my wife and daughter, we all love the spicy rice and when we go into town it is all our 3 year old daughter talks about! My wife loves the Chicken *Hot* and I like the Portobello Mushroom & Halloumi Burger, always a good atmosphere with friendly staff!!

Nando's in St Stephens made some very good chicken. It was hot and tasty and so so good. Robyn the waitress was also brilliant. This was a good Nando's experience.

Visited with family and friends before todays football match and we were very disappointed. Waited 20 minutes to be seated which is normal for this venue as it is quiet popular. After getting seated we chose our food and went to order, only to be told most of the menu was off including chicken, garlic bread and salad. This was not mentioned when we were sent to the waiting area. Had we know we may have chosen another venue but now we did not have time.I ordered the usual half chicken and chips and the rest didn't get anything they wanted just food in the end. The food arrived and they place had no cutlery or spare plates which was annoying to say it was emptying quiet fast.Half roast chicken was very small and one 1/4 was more like a rodents leg than a chicken so really poor value.The others got a chicken burger which with a tiny piece of chicken with part salad, a chicken wrap with 2 small chunks of chicken unreal.Very poor value, poor communication and food was terrible

What a great atmosphere to start Christmas. Beautiful food, helpful staff. One of the best places to eat in St. Stephen's.

I always love going to nandos, food is pretty similar all round so you sort of know what to expect each time, drinks are refillable and they offer a range of sauces to take to your table. If you like spicy food this is the place for you but they also cater for people who don't like a lot of spice too.

Took a well deserved break from Christmas Shopping at this popular city centre venue and despite it appearing to be bursting at the seams with diners, was offered a table for two immediately. Menu is the same old Nando's but there are not many places I know of who offer a full chargrilled chicken with a huge portion of chips and 2 bottomless fizzy drinks for £20. Service was efficient and chicken cooked perfectly. Overall an ideal pit stop for shoppers. Recommended.

Often pop in ,very good value,refillable drinks,friendly staff and great value for money.My daughter is a very fussy eater but we all always enjoy our meals here

We ate here last week on a trip to st. Stephens. From the moment we entered the service was great. We were seated straight way and everything was fully explained to us. Food was lovely and arrived quickly.

The food was enjoyed by all especially my son who went for the hot chicken, I personally don't like spicy food and went for the "plain ish" chicken off the menu, I had no trouble at all eating this. The service was fast and friendly. The only thing I would say is that the restaurant is a bit in need of a face lift, and don't accept a table near the toilets which is what I did and there was a definite smell from there. It only got 4 stars because the food was worth it.

We came here yesterday with me and my friend food was lovely and love the drinks service where you can just go up and get it yourself was very intersting here because it is differnt order service compaired to normal but very nice and also nice staff would come here again

Went with a friend for a treat. Cost a lot more than expected! Co fee Is even expensive here. Food tasted nice though but be warned it will put a gaping hole in your pocket!

Took the extended family for a late lunch after running the Hull Marathon. Extra Hot chicken livers with the new greens full of beans salad and beer - "Perfect Day". Thanks Nando's team and the organisers and runners of the Hull Marathon
