The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in England

Delusione. Sono andato e tutto insapore compreso l’humus che mi sembrava addirittura comprato. Ho preso poi una salsa di melanzane e che di melanzana non aveva nulla.

Owner thinks his inn central London adding service charge to bill. ** family portion cost £61.50 online menu. Been told their menu was updated and it's actually £75.00 per family platter for (3 persons only) but if we decide to eat inn the price changes to £100 per platter. Manager / owner Are you serious!!! Absolute scandal, disgusting behaviour, fuming with this kind of business approach on our community. Wanted to book a table for 10 for a bday dinner but clearly this restaurant was opened in our town to overcharge us with other ideas on how reach further into our WALLETS I recommend to avoid and go elsewhere for a birthday party or any kind of celebrations. Sickening-

We are five locals who met for a drink and a pizza. Service was extremely slow. When we were served and received our white wine it was plonked on the table and the waiter just walked away. The cap had not been taken off and no offer for us to taste the wine or him to pour. Our pizzas finally came. One was like a frisbee burnt on the top and bottom. Mine was OK on the top but very burnt on the bottom. We requested two replacements were cooked. They were better when they arrived but no huge apology and actually didn’t taste great. Last time I will be ordering a pizza. Staff desperately need some training. A few weeks ago my friend went for a special birthday and asked for a bottle of red. It took them ages to find the bottle- the waiter came back to the table to ask again which one it was and when it arrived he said ‘it had a cork , I can’t open it as I’ve never opened a bottle with a cork before’, so my friend had to open her own bottle of wine! Seems a theme here staff haven’t been trained to open a screw cap or cork!!! Please sort your staff out as we love our local but I will hesitate about eating here again anytime soon. We knocked the service charge off the bill as we didn’t receive the service.

The swan is a lovely hotel and the gallery restaurant is very elegant. However the afternoon tea was disappointing. This was the special easter version of afternoon tea and the chief was being a little ambitious with the flavours of some of the food, particularly the hot cross scone, would have preferred a plain scone. Had your scone previously and the normal ones are lovely and light. These were heavy and spicey. The cheese cake in the glass was not enjoyed by anyone. Overall service etc was excellant, just didn't enjoy the food

What a lovely place, very friendly staff and the food was superb. We had the suet pudding with mash and veg, very generous portions. We would not hesitate to visit again if ever in the area.

On arrival I asked if a table was available for two people, “ have you booked ?” I replied I would not be asking if you had a table available if I had booked. After the receptionist spent a considerable time searching through various screens on her desktop we were eventually shown to our table. Drinks orders duly taken and arrived shortly. We waited for our meal order to be taken and waited and waited eventually a young lady arrived and took our meal order and again this was delivered after a wait. The food was very tasty well presented and the staff very pleasant and polite but painfully slow, why ? During our meal there must have been at least 40 tables vacant during the time we were there so what was all the looking and searching for an available table for. No offer to see if more drinks were required and no offer of a sweet menu ( management due to lack of training are missing out here). On paying my bill a staff tip ie service charge of 7.5% was added and due to the poor service I declined. I assume the Bears Paw tip everyone who delivers to them or collects refuse or dray men I think not.

A reception for my daughter's First Holy Communion took place in "Kluseczka". Everything was wonderfully prepared, the setting for the party was beautiful, the service was very nice and helpful, and the food was delicious - you couldn't go wrong with it :D I highly recommend this restaurant for all kinds of parties and more. Big applause and thanks to the manager, chefs and staff. Everything at the highest level. Thank you and we will definitely come back again 😊

We always enjoy visiting eating here. Today we took advantage of the great value for money lunchtime menu. As always the food and the service was first class. A lunchtime treat at a great price.🍴👌

They don’t reopen restaurant but took reservations. I made a reservation and have got a confirmation email. I arranged for my friend’s birthday there. Restaurant was closed when we got there. I was so embarrassed.... that was a terrible experience.Luckily Hutong (in the Shard) gave us a table by the window and we had a wonderful lunch. Staff were great there. Thank you Hutong!

Amazing restaurant, with lovely food and lovely staff

This is the first visit to Back to the Garden in some time.Decided to give it another go.Had the soup which was a Thai sweet potato ( not sure on exact ingredients,but,neither was the waitress).It came with warm bread.The soup and bread were delicious.Very tasty.Also had a non alcoholic drink (can). The cost of this was a little over £12:00! I was shocked and when I got home I wondered if I had been wrongly charged.Won’t be rushing back at that price.

Nice local. Good beer. Chilled friendly unpretentious atmosphere - nice locals! Like it a lot.

It’s a delivery order for food. We recieved food, which.. I wish everyone who feeds could do the same…made us feel you are not just another customer. There was taste with freshness and quantity that satisfied before eating. Satiated which I am sure they will continue to do.. thank you
