Bad service tough steak over priced. Ordered wine placed in ice bucket away from table noticed waitress pored our wine at another table. When challenged she stated she would have to ask the manager if they could rellac3 it ??? It was our wine but gave some of it to another table. My son ordered steak it went back twice was a cheap steak and not cooked tough as anything. We told them to just take it away. Very disappointing evening.

No phone number and no response to emails. I can’t be arsed with doing a 15 minute google search to try and call to amend a booking. If I had the option I’d just cancel it altogether.

We went there for dinner. Staff excellent very friendly, but the chicken we ordered hot but it was sweet. It was a platter meal no sauce or ketchup for the fries and to be honest Nando’s is lot better than this place. I did not like the food.

Después de haber estado aquí varias veces antes, no esperaba nada sensacional, pero fue realmente una experiencia excelente. Nuestra camarera, Charlotte, fue atento, eficiente y servicial. I ordered a delivery. I called the restaurant directly as we have nut allergies and so I wanted to speak to them first. The man who answered was so friendly, polite and helpful and even though they were clearly busy, took his time to ensure the food I chose would be catered for nut allergies. I thought I'd have to go back to the delivery site to order but he just took the order on the phone for me. The food didn't take long to come but I didn't hear the delivery driver knocking and I'm not sure how long he was out there so the food didn't stay piping hot for long. (I'm not sure why he didn't just ring the doorbell.) That being said the food was so good. I had a mild creamy chicken curry. There were generous amounts of chicken and as it's usually made with peanut the chef made it with coconut for me. It was so tasty, as was the delicious medium hot lamb and vegetable curry I ordered too. I had the curry with naan bread with meat inside which was delicious and some pilau rice. I'm not familiar with Indian food but after that meal I know what to expect & I'll be ordering again. I really enjoyed it. Fantastic food.

Best Balti iv had in years I took a group of 21 people and we were all served fantastically. A top recommendation for food.

The food was more or less good but I won't go again. I didn't like the service and it was terribly cold. We were there with a baby and it was very cold, we ate with our jackets on.

We popped in here for a drink on the way back from Noels last year. I have been meaning to write a review, but have kept forgetting! Hopefully things have changed, but we found the service to be very abrupt indeed. Admittedly, it wasn't a million miles from closing time (we probably had 40-45 minutes left), but we weren't made to feel welcome at all. Even after ordering a bottle of pink champagne, 3 double whiskeys, and some gin and tonics, the mood didn't improve - which you think it would after spending 200 odd quid. Won't be rushing back.

Los bollos estaban deliciosos y calientes, pero solo nos dieron crema y sin mermeladas. Tuvimos que esperar hasta encontrar a alguien y pedirlo. Parecían sorprendidos y dijeron ‘¿oh, tú también quieres mermelada? 4 . El té que tomé era bueno, pero mis maridos café se le sirvió negro (sin oferta de un café con leche, etc) y era terrible, él lo dejó. La única parte buena de la experiencia fue nuestra camarera que era dulce y se esforzó al máximo. En general, esta experiencia fue una vergüenza, ya que había tomado a mi marido como un regalo. Visitamos regularmente Qavali y el hotel du Vin cerca y son en comparación excepcional. La ironía es que llevé a toda mi familia a almorzar el día de Navidad y había contemplado a Aria. Nunca volvería a ir allí de nuevo basado en esta experiencia

Ordered food from here, ordered lamb chops which came as diced lamb and were freezing cold and had gone hard fries and naan which was also not edible due to the temperature. Called to speak with the manager and was told they are extremely busy which was their excuse for lack of edible food
