Love this place. The interior is well designed and the chicken is freshly grilled. The restaurant has an open kitchen design so it’s possible to see the food being made. Staff are friendly and polite. It is very child friendly as well and has a good option of child meals. My toddler loves the pasta and has it every time we go there.

Served by Chriso , great customer service , food was ready in under 5 mins ! Best chicken in town.

Review of Piri Fino - Sutton Coldfield My recent experience with Piri Fino was nothing short of appalling. After patiently waiting an extra 45 minutes beyond the promised delivery time, I attempted to follow up on my order, only to be placed on hold without so much as a courteous greeting. When someone finally answered, I was met with an inexplicably rude attitude. Rather than addressing the delay or offering any sort of apology, I was treated with abruptness and disdain, as though my request to cancel the order was some kind of unwelcome imposition. The person I spoke to was abrasive, dismissive, and frankly arsy, showing zero respect or understanding of basic customer service. It felt as though my complaint was beneath her, as she did everything but hang up on me in the process. This is no way to treat paying customers, and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you expect even a hint of professionalism.

I have been meaning to leave this review since the 16th of June 2024. Maria, was there to service us after we’ve come from a long adventure day, and she continued the kids excitement by allowing them to partake in making orange juice and showing them the whole process. This was such a beautiful experience for the kids, and they still talk about it all this day. Maria really made our day, we appreciate your kindness.

Trust me you deserve better than this

I am a Uber delivery driver. I am a full-time medical student and I work part time to support myself. I picked at least 5 orders from this restaurant till today. Out of 5 i had to see a disrespectful behaviour 3 times. There is a guy there( skiny, long hight, scar marks on the face) i couldn’t catch his name , when i went there first time he laughed at me aling with his colleague. Second time also he was disrespectful. And third time his behaviour was even worst and he refused to hand over the order untill start my journey. I requested him to at least show me the receipt so that i will be able to identify the correct order but he was keep refusing. It’s a common sense how could someone start the journey before even touching the parcel. I was leaving the restaurant and he was still saying the bad comments. I assume it could be becoz of my brown skin i am not sure. But i am disappointed and disheartened after this behaviour. I will keep picking the orders from this restaurant and if they continue disrespecting me i will keep putting the review from different accounts untill they start respecting the drivers. Thanks

A Nandos type restaurant with same food items, great flavours and very juicy chicken, alas far too much garlic . I love garlic I really do however it was a gargantuan amount as after 3 days and multiple teeth brushing I can still smell garlic

Very bad service, never on time, even thy dont give estimated time for delivery, very disrespectful reception, i ordered on uber eats 3 4 times every time they took hour and half even iam 5 mints away, every time rider says he wait morethan half an hour for food, i saw in the store by self drivers waiting more than half an hour, even they dont give them estimated time . Very disrespectful lady and the gentleman on the service.

Very happy customer. I ordered just before closing and the food did not disappoint, the chicken was delicious, fresh , succulent and juicy , it was well seasoned and flavourful. Much better than Nando’s. One of if not the best peri restaurants in Birmingham , especially for the consistent quality. Thank you ☺️

We had the full chicken and 3 sides and 1 dip(charged extra) The chicken was perfectly cooked and was served in no time after ordering at the till. The peri peri sauce was not great. It has this after taste that isn't great but hey not every chicken place can be like Nandos. The sides were as expected some straight forward Mash Potato, straight cut Chips and Cheese, Tomato Pasta and BBQ wings. I would go here again as an alternative to Nandos.

Love this place, the food is excellent. Prefer this over nandos anytime. Iv tried a few of the other Piri Finos but non are as good as this one.

The wings here are some of the best grilled chicken wings I’ve had, always a good size and cooked nice. I’ve been eating at this branch and Dudley Road branch for around 7-8 years now and it’s always been consistent. The only thing I think they need to work on is the chicken burger the chicken is never hot it’s luke warm they can’t seem to get the chicken hot throughout so generally your eating a cold ish chicken burger, I’ve addressed this a few times and they’ve explained about due to being half cooked it’s difficult to get it hot throughout and it’s just finished on the grill but surely there must be a way to get this hot, can’t expect customers to eat luke warm chicken, rice is also a little dry when warmed up.

Food was amazing as always. Been going for 6 years and it never disappoints. I will be coming more service from all the staff is great. Maria served with a smile.

Piri Fino is a good choice for a meal out. The piri piri chicken is tasty and well-seasoned. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. It's a good spot for a casual get-together. The sides, like the piri fries and pasta, are worth trying too. Overall, a pretty decent place to eat. Will be going again.

Really nice food and I use to eat here for takeout or delivery a lot in the past but I assume a lot of people have gone across the road to Pepe for cheaper food at a lesser quality but bigger portion due to the cost of living situation. £20 for whole chicken here but £15 in Pepe and I can buy 2 fries for £20. Maybe they can have meal deals. Love to come but not all the time.

I ordered takeaway a half chicken and pasta. Have had this before but the carton was half full for £5! The chicken was very small not much meat on it. This is not how I remember it last time and was disappointed. Very expensive too!

This has become our new family take out. The food is so fresh and tasty and really worth the pick up if you are outside their delivery zone. The parking can be challenging if it's busy in the area, but sometimes you get lucky and get a place the first time. It is competitively priced and for the quality is much better than eating in other restaurants that serve similar faire.

I have fallen in love with a cheeky Finos ! Whether its the tastepot (my favourite with pasta) or a koola wrap the food never fails to amaze me , Would reccomend especially if you're in Birmingham, best grilled chicken about!

I am always looking nice little spots to eat and I am glad I went here. The chickens wings were beautiful and the chicken pitta with peri fries were really tasty. If you like Nandos, you'll love this place, so much better in my opinion.

I go every week in this place for veggie burgers and I spend around £25 every week . Staff was always helpful but I went today the guy was very rude his service is very bad . And he don’t care about customers losing. I am very disappointed. And I never ever go back again in this takeaway .

Food is always consistent in it's quality, taste and appearance. Also like the fact that it's open 7 days a week until 11.00p.m. Also have witnessed the high standards of cleanliness to which the equipment used is cleaned spotlessly at the ends of each working day. No corners are cut in how the business is run. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment for both take-a-way or sit-in eating.

The food was okay but we ordered a portions of chips in our order and we told two waiters that the chips haven't arrived .They said they'll sort it but didn't and we nearly finished our food. They didnt communicate properly.Had to speak to the cashier and they said they didn't add it to the order.she did offer to make it but there was no point now.Not the greatest service.

The food was excellent, we had tree different meals, and all were excellent. 5 chicken wings, chicken pasta pot, chicken fillet burger, all dishes were lovely and tender with the spicey sauces giving them a wonderful flavour. Will definitely go there again.

Ridiculous portion ridiculous prices and long wait times there prices have gone up dramatically nearly £8 for pasta and chicken pasta is the cheapest ingredient going, plus I love over the road and to order from here it’s £4 delievery and all products are 2-3 more to order I live less than half a mile use to come here all the time I think the mother that owns this place has got a big greedy in her old age

Always tasty. But the portions have got ridiculously stingy. The taste box used to be full to the brim and was barely half this time. Also £4.90 for 2 little pieces of halloumi is a joke!

Friendly staff, fair prices and very tasty food. Peri Fino is a great place to get a quick takeaway and is always made fresh for each order. The chicken is always very tasty and clearly of a good quality. This is a very similar menu to what you might find at Nandos, but is definitely cheaper and easier to get too. Can’t really fault much about it really, all I can say is it might be nice to see some more sides?

Honestly is the best chicken in Birmingham area. The way is grilled the flavour, the smell it just seems like back home. All the staff are very friendly and the place it's always nice and clean. Definitely recommend to anyone who love a nice grill on weekend.

Expensive given what it is, with all the sides costing £3.00 or more. However, it is very tasty, particularly the coleslaw and corn on the cob!
