This gem was found on a trip back to Birmingham after moving to Melbourne Australia nearly 20 years ago. Fantastic friendly service, great atmosphere with the music choice, took the risk of having a Latte coffee which certainly didn’t disappoint when you’re use to the fantastic coffee you have in Melbourne, this was the best coffee I have had on my trip. The Breakfast was just amazing and the perfect combination of ingredients tasted so good! This is a definite place to return to when needing a coffee and breakfast

It was a freezing cold day I requested tea extra hot and it was promptly provided. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were welcoming and friendly and checked for any food allergies. I will come again.

Popped in for breakfast when visiting daughter at uni. Great food and service. Lots of choice for the family with the breakfast basics done really well as well so dont worry if you like it straightforward! Im sure we will be back next time we are in Brum!

My first experience here was through delivery. I loved my meal! Finally, I found the time to walk over and to eat in person. My experience was even better. Delicious food, great staff, and a cozy space—you couldn’t ask for more. Definitely a must go to place for breakfast and brunch. My favorite is the green smoothie!! Delicious 🤤

I checked online beforehand and found good reviews. My first meal when I visited Birmingham was to eat here. There is no need to wait to get a seat after 12 o'clock in Chinese. The store is very spacious and the tables are widely spaced. The overall atmosphere is very lively as the guests chat. I don’t know if it was due to a slight shortage of manpower, but I had to wait at the door for a while before someone greeted me. I could scan the QR code on my phone to order, but I still chose to go to the counter (and waited at the counter for a while 😂) The tea was served the fastest, and it came with an hourglass of unknown purpose. No one said what it was for, so I just waited until it drained out before drinking it. The taste of ginger and lemon leaves was very fragrant. For the meal, I chose Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. In the photo, you can see the yolk flowing out when it is cut open. The egg white has a strong vinegar smell, but the overall taste is satisfactory!

Lovely experience this morning, friendly staff, comfy setting and did not feel put of place. I could have a seat anywhere, she explained everything to me, checked on me and my breakfast was delicious and hot. Will definitely visit again ☺️

The food is great and the staff here are so kind! The floor manager, (I think?) saw us salivating over the carrot cake and gave us a piece on the house as a Christmas treat! We were so touched.

We had breakfast there twice because we liked it so much. Nice concept with online ordering and payment, staff super friendly and great selection of music. Food was delicious too!

Just wanted to try something , first time omg chai lattte was amazing 🤩 but service very bad! No one came over 30 minutes so I just ordered online they should ask about allergies! The blond lady was very miserable 😞 but as I went the barista was lovely he smiled and waved good bye , floor staff should smile be happy 😃 it was like a miserable wedding hall! I might come and try breakfast 🤡

I just need to praise the staff, service, chefs, all! I am a fussy eater so always worry I will be a problem when ordering, and instantly reassured nothing is a problem by Natalie who served me and put me at ease and that it is ok to ask. Then when expressing my egg fussiness she reassured me extensively that very well done fried eggs are doable and ensured me it would be fine and no bother for the chefs. It wasn't, and thankfully I trusted her and the chefs and kept the eggs on and they absolutely added greatness to the Mexican quesadilla dish, which I would highly recommend to all it was delicious (and there was not a runniness in sight haha)! Bssically all this to say Huge thanks to Natalie for being so welcoming, friendly, accommodating and lovely and to the great chefs! I really enjoyed that lunch! Thank you.

Nice little find. Stumbled across on a visit to the city, passing through. Parked outside and needed coffee and breakfast, gave it a whirl instead of walking into town. Eggs Benedict was top and the Black Americano was punchy. Super chill atmosphere. Well worth calling in. No paper cups was cool too.

Waiting to be seated and ignored for 5 minutes whilst 4 members of staff have a conversation that was not work related just infront of us, not one member acknowledged us in that time, we walked out. I come to BTP very regularly but will not be returning again

me and my friends were so so hungry in birmingham and we found boston tea party I had the quesadilla my friend had the buttermilk pancake and my other friend had A bacon batch with A side of fries. It was sooooooooo good and replenished my energy 10/10

Food was really good. Tasted great and came out promptly. We actually thought it was our drinks coming at first because they were so fast. Only complaint is my girlfriends meal could've been warmer The Mango Lassi juice had mild but distinct flavours, which complemented the Veggie breakfast meal very well I would definitely come here again!

It was ok for a work lunch. Ham and cheese toastie was £9.95 and a small hot chocolate was £3.60 so that should give you an idea of pricing.......

Was here today whilst doing a meet up with collegues. Absolutly amazing, fantastic cup of tea and had eggs bemedict fantastic food and staff so friendly.

Love coming here for brunch whenever I visit my son in Birmingham. The menu has a great choice and the food is always cooked to perfection, especially the poached eggs! The staff are always super friendly and our server Sophia was very polite and came to check that we were happy 😊

Great place for breakfast or lunch, with everything tasting delicious and the atmosphere looking fantastic! The only drawback is that they don't offer gluten-free eggs Benedict or pancakes. Other than that, the gluten-free salmon, avocado, and scrambled eggs were excellent, and my colleagues said the eggs Benedict were great as well!

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at this café. Katie greeted me warmly at the till, took my order, and seated me by the window at table 10, which was a lovely spot. I ordered the hashbrowns and iced coffee, both of which were delicious. The ambiance was peaceful, with the music at just the right volume, making it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing morning. What I really appreciated was the balance in service. When I’m having a meal at a restaurant, I prefer not to feel like I'm being constantly checked on, and this café delivered just that. Katie was attentive when needed and responded promptly when I looked for assistance, without being overbearing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable breakfast.

We come here for the vegan breakfast and vegan muffin, and usually add hash browns and avocado on the side (the avocado is literally just that, would be great for a little seasoning on it, paprika maybe?). Lots of vegan options. Coffee tastes great. Service is generally good.

My friends and I came to visit Birmingham and are from California. We came here for breakfast and loved our experience. Mary was the nicest waitress ever. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Nice atmosphere big windows feels spacious. Easy to order, decent choice menu and good quality food. Not too long a wait for food to arrive, nice drinks choice also. Iced tea was lovely! Coffee quite weak but nice enough. Hash browns great but have to pay for quite a lot of sauce to waste it for the size of them…! Quite expensive for the portion sizes but it’s nice and friendly.

Great place, I usually visit once a week and have yet to have a bad experience. Unlike national chains, they have adequate staffing! There's a good selection of food and drinks, the service is great and the cakes / treats are lovely too.

Good choices of food. Mexican eggs and Egg Benedict were of a decent standard. Plenty of choices for drinks. Attentive table service (we were served by Mary) and overall clean environment. An improvement compared to our last visit a few years ago.

just like the costa i have tried this one guys they got thier own taste and menu loveliest place would say just located around lovely amenities and walking distance would recommend visiting 1 time and rate yourself there
