Lovely experience. Nice food. Its a shame that they no longer have the gluten free pancakes.

The staff here are particularly superb but the food was great too. We were in a booth with loads of leg space. So good !

Probably the worst cooked breakfast I've ever had. Bacon was under done and almost warm. Whole thing was tasteless. Couldn't be bothered to complain. I'll never come to this place again. Worst of all only 30 mins later I'm still hungry.

Cutest brunch spot with the friendliest staff and best food, my friends’ food took longer than usual and free drinks were offered. Absolutely amazing!

This is a great place to meet up with friends. I received exceptionally great customer service from Charlie who deserves a gold star for his patience and customer service skills. The food was also great with a perfectly poached egg.

The eggs Royale was absolutely delicious!! The eggs were so gorgeous, the salmon was so fresh like it was caught this morning. Staff is polite and service was quick.

The ambiance was truly delightful, and I thoroughly appreciated the time spent there. The customer service was friendly. The quality of the food could be improved, but overall, the establishment is commendable.

Very friendly staff who confirmed that dogs are allowed and welcome indoors (they even provided free water for my dog). Food can be ordered and paid for by scanning a QR code on the table, or by physically talking to someone at the tills. The vegan options were tasty and plentiful with no extra charge for non-dairy milks.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, will be visiting other branches in the chain for sure. Terrific quality ingredients, fast service, good drinks, decent value (plates better value than individual items). Unreal hash browns fresh made daily.

A few days ago we were looking for a dog-friendly café to have lunch, we found this place and both our dogs and us were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely, not the cheapest but not expensive either and well worth it.

Had a wonderful meal in the middle of the day there! The price is a big high for me but the food is so good I almost forgot about it! Would recommend if you are in the area! The staff was also very friendly and helpful!

Food was simple and wonderful. Eggs benedict and eggs royale. Perfect eggs with a creamy and tangy hollandaise sauce on delicious crispy toast. The radish shavings certainly added a great crunch and bite. We also had the hash browns which had a pefect flavour and crunch. These were washed down with a black tea and a piccolo coffee which was the best coffee I've tasted for a while. I hope you enjoy the photo of our empty plates as much as we enjoyed emptying them :)

This is a lovely place to stop for food in Birmingham. The service was great and the food was delicious but a little expensive. I had the Shakshuka and it was really good, except a little light on the feta cheese. Good place for a treat.

Excellent food and service as always at BTP 😍

They make you wait despite having a lot of empty tables if you come as a couple, because they want to only sit larger groups, so there was a queue of couples waiting and not getting service despite the place being half empty.

First time visiting this establishment with my partner we wanted some nice breakfast & this place was lovely definitely be visiting again when we are down Birmingham again. Just amazing food & lovely friendly staff an fast service

It was great. Wish they didn't give me my hot coffee in a glass though, that was weird. Hot coffee should be served in a cup and iced coffee should be in a glass in my opinion. But other than that, everything was great! Lovely staff and yummy food, great atmosphere.

Doesn't justify the prices and the whole experience is a bit unwelcoming. The food is OK, but there are better places for better prices and a more welcoming atmosphere for the average person.

I visited a week ago in a group of 4 with 2 children and 1 pram. There was plenty of space and it was comfortable. We ordered the children's make your own breakfast and added hash browns (the menu stated 2/portion). We then added an extra hash brown (again it stated 2/portion). On the plate there were only 2 hash browns. When we raised this, we were emphatically told it is only 1 per potion by 2 people. We then showed the menu and after having looked at it they maintained it was only 1. However, they kindly issued us another 2 hash browns for which we were grateful. Please amend the food service to reflect the menu although we apologise if we have interpreted it incorrectly. We were happy visiting otherwise and would visit again.

We had takeaway from here, the vegan breakfast was excellent, the vegetarian muffin was also excellent and I'm told the sausage muffin was also excellent, the service was quick to start but the wait for the takeaway food was longer than expected this is why I've given 4 stars not 5, I will try eating in next time and hope to get more pictures and give a better score thank you

Great place. Went there for breakfast. You only need to Scan the menu, order online and pay. Online. All in one step. Food is lovely, prices are normal, staff is very friendly. Recommend this place to all Birmingham visitors

I had the toast with eggs, avocado and salmon. The salmon was little underwhelming but the rest of the elements tied really well together. The toast paired perfectly with the eggs and the avocado.

Really nice place to come for breakfast, very large area for tables and chairs, the service is very good, I feel the menu could be improved and diversified slightly as it seems all very same same. Boston tea party Birmingham is a little bit outside the center, it's wheelchair friendly and about a 10 minute walk from the Bull ring

A friendly, airy place. Interesting menu and tasty food. I ordered the corned beef hash which was spicy and tasted good. Unfortunately, the "corned beef" was sliced like bacon and tough. Never seen corned beef like it anywhere in the USA. Sure that other menu items would be better.

We stopped by for an early morning cuppa and a bacon sandwich, the bacon was nice and crispy like we asked for and the bread was very nice too. Staff were friendly and the interior was warm and welcoming (as well as being very clean). Will be stopping by again!

I would have given a much higher mark but of one thing my friend brought a cake as it was the first slice the end was cut off then thrown in the bin to me and my friend this was completely unacceptable every one is trying to cut the amount of food we waste but this flys in the face of this it would have been better to have asked if she and wanted the end piece or giving it to the staff

Was ultimately disappointed :( The menu looked great, wide variety and good options that got me excited - but the food really didn’t deliver, like, surprising poor. The eggs royale were just cold, and the shakshuka tasted like ketchup. That being said, the service was lovely, chatty and charming, took care of us, and the atmosphere is full of buzz. There’s a great tea selection, a lot of fun, and the smoothies were delicious too! It’s a nice spot, but don’t expect the best the best cooking.

I have started going to this location for food and drinks whilst attending to business nearby. Miss Tia is an angel in disguise. I appreciated the warm, very considerate and caring service I received from her on 04/12/2023. Her intuitive response and approach to a woman in distress is to be very much applauded. I appreciate the warm and calm atmosphere of the the shop. The food has been nice and I’ve ordered the same item more than once. In general, the staff are all lovely and I would also like to say a big thank you to Miss Tia and Mr Tom. Wonderful staff members

When it comes to breakfast coffee you either want it one of two ways. Fast or delicate. Boston Tea Party keeps raising the bar higher as their approach shows that you can do both with a touch of finesse and I was blown away by the delicate notes of their brew. Firstly, the foam art on the top was terrific, a small foam leaf gazed back at me while I contemplated the ratio of the drink, astounded that I have finally ordered a latte that represents what I make at home. It's smell was that of a fresh dark roast coffee, and the taste was sublime. This is the best coffee I have reviewed so far by a landslide and will become my breakfast place from now on. We did have a mix-up with an order that me and my friend had where our dip was not served with our dishes but instead 3 minutes later with a different friend's dish. This had an awkward exchange which was rectified while we discussed the issue, overall making us seem foolish. The menu has a large variety of options and my group of 8 were all able to find things that suited their tastes.

Tom and the team really looked after us, we often go to the one in Stratford and this certainly lives up to that one! If your in brum hit them up, good food good people top spot. Cheers guys x
