Pagué por 2 bebidas para sentarse. Ambos llegaron en tazas para llevar. Incluso los pos tenían fotos de las bebidas que pedimos en tazas de porcelana para sentarse y tazas de papel para llevar. Me parece que es más conveniente para el personal servir todo en vasos de papel para evitar lavarse ... cuando usted está pagando probablemente pagando más para sentarse, entonces usted esperaría más que vasos de papel. En términos de bebidas, el chocolate caliente era como caliente en el mejor de los casos. El personal hizo mucho ruido y las conversaciones entre los clientes que atendían rugieron en toda la tienda. No es la mejor experiencia desafortunadamente.

Fantastic store, fantastic staff, fantastic chocolate. 🍫 The new starter I can’t remember her name. She was so very well I formed about the products. She’s an asset to your team. Give her a little something from us. It’s nice to feel appreciated especially in retail.

While out Christmas shopping with my fiancee, we spotted this Hotel Chocolat shop and decided to pop in on the lookout for gifts. On entering we discovered a cafe at the back and decided to share a large Black Forest Gateau hot chocolate. This hot chocolate blew every other hot chocolate I have ever had, right out of the water, it was fantastic! Staff were pleasant and helpful and the shops' layout was good. I only had one issue, and that was the wall next to our seats needed a wipe down. Other than that, I fully recommend this shop.

I visit Hotel Chocolat Birmingham city centre quite often being my favourite chocolate shop in the city and local to me. The staff and drinks in the cafe are always 10/10, but today was an exceptional visit and that’s why I’m writing a review for the first time. After a really poor start to my day I popped in on my way home and was served by Chloe who made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond throughout my visit. Shop staff really don’t know the effect they have on people, and this visit really did make my day so much better. It was very quiet when I entered (I was the only customer) and then got much busier and she treated all customers fantastically despite holding the fort on her own - a real credit to the company. It’s a shame there isn’t a tip pot for the staff!

We had a selection of hot drinks, iced drinks and ice cream. All were outstanding. Staff very nice too.

Suelo entrar en esta tienda siempre que estoy en la zona. Normalmente no les compro chocolate porque no soy un gran fanático del chocolate, pero me encantan sus batidos y el chocolate caliente que hacen. ¡Mi favorito es probablemente el batido de caramelo salado y la crema encima es tan buena! No son bebidas muy grandes por el precio (incluso las grandes), pero también las grandes definitivamente pueden ser demasiado y un poco enfermizas, especialmente con el chocolate más rico. Te recomendaría que lo pruebes al menos una vez.

Disappointed. I’ve been looking for the perfect hot chocolate on this trip to England . You have to feel sorry for the English because even Hotel Chocolate, who advertise that their hot chocolate is the drink of royalty, rogues and rock stars. Ha! They don’t even use chocolate - they use cocoa. Obviously they have never tasted a max brenner. Every cafe in Spain can make a better hot chocolate. I am deeply disappointed and will have to keep looking.

Always a must when possible - the hot chocolate is amazing. Topped with whipped chocolate cream & served with a spoon & a straw

So my autistic son and i were campaigning in Birmingham. We needed to move away from the crowds so we went for a walk. All of a sudden i see this shop! I usually buy from Chichester 3hours away so to have one in my home city was a shock! Lots of pics and a sample of the most delicious one!! The shop was huge, had an actual cafe, seats, ice cream, hot chocolate everything!! I was so excited and the lady and i were laughing before i got pulled away by my 6year old. I can not wait to go back, buy a hot chocolate and ice cream and sit on the most beautiful seats an laugh some more. I will go alone though, so i can buy what i want without my son saying no more! hahaha This lady really lifted the stressed mood which we had and embraced our madness. Thanks!!

We went for hot chocolate today, as a found out that they had an instore cafe. We had the 70% dark hot chocolate it was delicious, to accompany this we has carrot cake and lemon polenta cake , the polenta cake was particulary nice. Lovely store

What a great place. I love Hotel Chocolat and the staff in here were uber friendly. Great range of chocolate available and I may have sneaked out with a bar or two...

It's always a pleasure to visit this store. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly and are always on hand to give a free chocolate sample! A go to place for all chocolate lovers!

Came here for coffee and cake, do lovely flat white and coffee shop if located right at the back of the retail shop. Good selection of cakes, staff friendly, clean and both coffee and cakes tasty, the bonus of coming into a chocolate shop are the free samples on the way past! Will come again and would recommend.

Great hot chocolate and decent service. My only grip would be the tables need to be cleared quicker and more often. Other than that it can be faulted.

Hi!!! I recommend this little coffee shop millions of times - the staff is wonderful and very friendly - the taste of the coffee is simply orgasmic 😍😅😅😍😍😍☕️☕️🍫. Nice decor, nice staff. Chocolate brownie was ok, if small. Tea didn't taste like English breakfast and was served as a cup of hot water with a separate tea bag. Very mediocre for the price. Also - they have a huge look with an inexplicably small wash basin with a high pressure tap - there was water everywhere presumably because everyone who turns the tap on splashes water everywhere. Free chocolate samples were nice

Went into New Street shop to buy gifts for business clients. I was offered a free hot chocolate drink which I was happy about. Then I sat to drink it in the small seating area only to be surrounded by a swarm of tiny black...

Great service for a military group in this cute and classy cafe away from the hustle and bustle of New Street nothing was too much trouble; informative staff and awesome drinks unique and not a production line well done awesome we will be back!

Inside the main entrance to the right. Very small shop though, couldn’t fit many people in if it was busy. Friendly service but when I got home I realised they had charged me twice for one of my items so not the best overall.
