Great Christmas Lunch! We came here shortly before Christmas to have the seasonal menu and it was really good. Very imaginative dishes offering a new twist to traditional favourites. Gorgeous, quaint pub. Food was delicious. Ample parking. Sister pub across the road looks good too. Will be visiting again... After completing the Roebuck Walk, I think! Also, would love to stay at some point too!

My husband and I absolutely love La Popote , the staff and the owners are so friendly nothing is too much trouble and the service is always first class never slow just perfect , they allow you the time to finish each course . Another wonderful evening love the new menu , great choice as always . Beautifully presented , so tasty and a nice couple of bottles of red wine to go perfectly with our meal . A few previous reviews mention surcharges it is quite clear to see if you decide to choose scallops for instance yes you pay a little more but so worth it for a superb meal. Thank you to Liam for being so fabulous as always .

We were in Wilmslow and wanted a quick brunch, it was just midday and the restaurant was nearly full. Service was quick and attentive. coffee was delicious, and the meals we had were really tasty, piping hot and full of flavour. Grea5 lunch spot.

There is no question that the quality of the food here is superb and the staff are lovely. However, on the last 5 visits the wait times are just far too long. That is the only reason for a lower score.

It's not often you find somewhere like The White Lion, that seems to have everything you want in a pub: Friendly staff Good choice of beers Delicious, reasonably-priced food Unspoiled by refurbishments of dubious merit I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and I wish I lived nearer and could go there more often.

I booked the room at Alderley Edge to host my 30th and my partners 40th. The staff there were incredible and helped make the day/night run so smoothly. I had so much help from Lucy to organise the night. It was the perfect party! Lots of parking space for guests. Food could accommodate all. Friendly staff working the bar. 5 star and would definitely recommend!

Lovely coffee shop with a beautiful homewares shop selling Scandi inspired items and lovely cards. Great tasty coffee, with a great selection of cakes, pastries, and some lunch time toasted sandwich options. One of my favourite Knutsford cafes!

Been here numerous times and always been satisfied. A friend I popped for a drink and teacake. There was one table available which was two tables placed together. After being seated for around 10 minutes we were told that the tables would be spilt as others were waiting to be seated. We thought this a little strange as other couples were seated at tables for 4. My friend looked at the counter and no one was waiting. We left a minute later feeling very uncomfortable.

This is the final venue that me and my daughters have chosen for a review of their Full English Breakfast. We were not disappointed. Practically Perfect in every way. Well done everyone. So today was judgement day when my two daughters and I sat in judgement for best Full English Breakfast in the area. The Bubble Room was one of our 12 finalists. As previously mentioned the food quality was excellent. Service was impressive. Well done everyone. Your scores are high and in keeping with other similar venues.
