Visited here twice on a very cold May Bank Holiday. Went on the Saturday lunchtime and it was very busy. The weather was quite nice so we sat outside and had a lovely seafood flatbread each. The weather was awful on the Sunday so we booked a table for lunch for ourselves, daughter & son-in-law 7 week old granddaughter and 2 dogs. I phoned ahead to inform them that we needed room for the baby’s pram. Our table was ready on arrival with plenty of room for the baby. The food was delicious, from a Sunday roast, fish & chips & burgers. Could not fault the service, very polite & efficient. Cost wise I’d say a little over average price but well worth it. Definitely go again it I visit Cromer again

Overall I would say its a decent restaurant, the food is nice, the portions are good and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately it's a little overpriced, most meals around the ÂŁ30 mark, although it was nice it wasn't good enough to warrant these prices (apart from the dessert which was wonderful).

This is the first visit to Back to the Garden in some time.Decided to give it another go.Had the soup which was a Thai sweet potato ( not sure on exact ingredients, but, neither was the waitress). It came with warm bread. The soup and bread were delicious.Very tasty. Also had a non alcoholic drink (can). The cost of this was a little over £12:00! I was shocked and when I got home I wondered if I had been wrongly charged.Won’t be rushing back at that price.

Room looks magnificent, bed comfortable. But there's no water in the bathroom, hot or cold, there's no answer on the telephone when you call to ask them to sort it out, and there's no response to email. So disappointed that I can hardly begin to put it into words. No idea where I can go for a shower before attending a funeral this afternoon.

We had a family dinner here and everything was amazing! As a Turkish person, I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have delicious Turkish food. Kuzu sarma beyti and lamb shank were amazingly tasty. Also, you should try desserts if you have a sweetheart tooth!

We had an absolutely delicious takeaway from Isot last night. Ready to collect in just 20 minutes from ordering online. The portions were plentiful, Good value as all the mains have rice/chips, salad and bread all included in the price. An unexpected surprise on pick up, they gave us a 10% discount plus a complimentary rice pudding dessert which was delicious. A nice local eatery for us, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Isot.

I had a wonderful experience this morning with a young lad who served me. He was super friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy his work. It’s so nice to see people like him making a positive impact and brightening everyone’s day!

A group of 13 women had a Pensioner’s Lunch here which was two courses for £14.95. There was a large choice of dishes, the food didn’t take long to come out and the young waiters were very obliging. We were in a lovely room with Wedgwood Blue walls. Incidentally, the chips were some of the best I have ever tasted!

Multiple visits, usually very pleased with the dining experience. This time, not so much. Service was fine, the Bone Dry Riesling was excellent, although heavy mark up. I must say the small plates were pretty, well presented but over priced. Tinned anchovies £10 for 4, you can buy a whole tin for £7. If the description included the term “tinned” I wouldn’t have ordered them. The biggest disappointment was the Quail, beautifully presented but terrible texture and cold. The waitress did ask me what was the issue with the dish, I told her, but that was the end of that. £135 for a selection of cold dishes, apart from the chips which were nuclear. Shame really, won’t be returning anytime soon. Initially a “quirky” dining experience however once you become a regular it seems to lose its appeal.

We stayed for 1 night. Understandably the restaurant was closed and strict Covid protocols were in place. However the room looked appealing so we booked. Sadly the facilities were not as we hoped for the price and we felt disappointed. Lots of promise to be a great place with some easy changes.

We waited for an hour for food which seemed normal for most restaurants on a Saturday evening, however when Emma came over to ask us if we had gotten our food she immediately apologised for the delay and within 5 minutes we had our food! We were issued a refund for the food and honestly I would recommend, the staff each and everyone of them was so kind and helpful! I will be visiting again, this is what customer service is!
