The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in East of England

AVOID!!! Used to use this place all the time but had obviously had a change of ownership and has gone downhill. We had ordered, the food had arrived basically on time but still somehow stone cold. The food tasted absolutely disgusting and not fresh at all (chicken kebab, which we ordered chicken doner wrap which was £10 alone and it came with literally 4 pieces of chicken shish in instead, the chicken was chewy and horrible and the burger and lamb doner tasted like it had been sitting out for 2 days and microwaved) so have thrown in bin and ordered from Turkish mangal down the road as they are a lot better. Food quality and service terrible never going here again.

Bumped into this place that other day while I was in the area after cricket. I have to say the kebab hit the spot. Great food!

Had a couple of beers each and some chips and mayonnaise. Excellent service from knowledgeable and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Will vist again when in Norwich.

What an absolute gem of a place. We stayed in one of the pods which have plenty of room, opening out onto lush green fields. Perfect tranquility. Service was excellent and breakfast was lush. Highly recommend.

best cafe I've been to in st albans. The coffee is amazing and the staff are wonderful. It has a very homey and cute atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone visiting to try and every local to make this their new regular coffee shop.

Las Tapas – Brentwood 🇪🇸 An absolutely wonderful little restaurant—so authentic and full of charm! We had the most delicious tapas to start, followed by a yummy paella that was packed with flavour 🥘💃 Shoutout to Colin, who served us and was so welcoming—he couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. His service really made our evening extra special 💫 Please go and support this lovely little gem—it’s our second time back and it never disappoints

Just amazing, the team are fantastic and the food sublime.

Had a 4:30pm reservation for 3 on Easter Monday. Our table wasn’t ready on arrival, we were told they had no roast dinners, no steaks left, the lamb dish was off and the service surrounding this was consistently amateur and poor. We ordered a lobster linguine to start and share. A cold, dirty bowl was placed on the table ready to transfer the linguine into from a pan so we had to stop and correct that as the waitress was unaware. The zucchini chips were cold. There was a significant wait for the main courses. We could see another table send back their food twice. We were offered free deserts to compensate but we didn’t want desert. We just wanted to leave. I want to like The Ivy restaurants and have dined in a few, sometimes out of choice and sometimes obligated for others but they are on the whole disappointing. This one was an especially bad £200 mistake.

Seemless booking of a table for 6 in the restaurant for Sunday lunch . The staff who served our table were polite and courteous ( Mille amd Tom ) . Ruby the manager ensured that our table was ok . Customer service is of utmost importance and this was certainly shown off to its fullest potential . Well done we will be returning for your superb roasts again soon .
