Great Turkish restaurant, service was really quick. The two ladies who served were very polite and professional. Price is reasonable. Food tasted amazing. Definitely would recommend!

Even though we arrived close to closing time, they did not turn us away. I would definitely recommend them to meet kind and friendly people.

The food is superb. The chefs cook the meat to perfection. This is a nice place for families and couples. The owner and her staff are attentive and provide an amazing service. Come here regularly and would definitely recommend it.

terrible customer service. was told to come back at 6pm for a job interview, but once we returned we got sent back just to be told they dont hire people our age when we asked at the beginning if they hire 17 yr olds, which the answer was yes to.

Food is always great. Tasty sometimes can bit a little bit too salty but I think it's the marinade they use for shish

The food was awful in general. It all tasted stale and the calamari was soggy and stringy.

Kofte ok but a quite cold when arrived. Plenty of bread,sides and 2 dips +salad that came also but then you expect it for £13 (small kebab) could see the driver was at KFC for a substantial amount of time after picking up my order. I’m only 5 mins drive away from restaurant and therefore probably the reason the meat was cold. To be fair the kofte was seasoned ok but not the best I’ve tasted. There is a lot of competition these days and I would probably not order it again sadly.

Stopped of here for a quick bite. Food was delicious & a generous portion. Decor in this resturant is beautiful. I sat by the window which was open plan. Staff were lovely too.

I ate the food, the food was delicious but there was a smell in the doner kebab. After I got home, my stomach started to hurt. I think it was definitely bad and the service was very bad.

1st time customer, the adana was superb. Ordered a large as thought it would be 2 skewers as my previous kebab place did it for £14. But got 4. Meaty tasty and once i have space in my belly for more i will be ordering again

I haven’t been to this restaurant for quite a while, probably since before COVID. I’m glad I stopped by for a Sunday lunch. I ordered a mixed shish which came with a few complimentary small dishes. It was very nice and came with rice and a fresh and tasty salad. I’ll visit again for sure.

I ordered the Calamari with chips. It came in such a big portion with many Calamari rings, a ton of chips, salad and unexpectedly pitta bread. It was delicious and money well worth the portion. I will definitely buy again.

This restaurant is full of surprises. We ended up there for lunch and needless to say we were amazed by the authenticity of the food. The lunch menu is at £9.99 for a starter and a main. As starters, we got the shaksuka and the cacık. We got bread on the house. We had the lamb beyti and the chicken wings and they both came with salad and a mix of rice and bulgur. The lamb köfte was just so tender! This is the cheapest I have seen by far. So I did not have much expectations. But the service was impeccable. The food was fresh and the portion were really good. The taste was spot on! I would highly recommend you give this restaurant a go if you can.

Food was ok, but for £7 would have preferred my ‘green salad’ to have been one. It came with red pickled cabbage and tomatoes which I don’t enjoy. Tip to restaurant: deliver items as per the menu description

Awful. Driver didn't show up with our food. Called the restaurant who gave us a boodge (fake) number to contact the driver. Restaurant wouldn't replace the food despite paying over £40. Do not order from a restaurant that has no scruples or morals and will let you starve. Customer service is utterly abysmal. Man on the phone wouldn't listen to a word I said even when I offered to WALK to collect the food (let him tell it he didn't have a driver). Honestly absolute waste of time and money. So. 5th April 2024 and my delivery driver can't read instructions apparently and the restaurant STILL doesn't take ANY responsibility for missing orders. I hope this place burns to the ground tbh. Awful awful awful service. Absolutely NO help. Useless

Children changed Resturant booking last min for Mother’s Day. Kervansaray were extremely accommodating to the requirements. Despite being overbooked managed to seat us on one of the best tables. Fantastic service, attention paid to both presentation and taste. The food was aesthetically pleasing & mouth watering delicious. Highly recommend the hot mezze, lamb liver, mussakka, chops and sharing platter. Authentic Turkish cuisine in a family oriented setting.

I come here with my friend today. We ordered a set meal for two people for £50. Please note this does not include Hummus, you will need to pay extra. Other than this food was average, not good value for money and overpriced. I had the waitress remove the service charge, The waitress was rude when bringing over the amended bill. I don’t recommend this restaurant

Amazing Turkish Food! After coming back from Antayla, Turkey. I looked around for nice Turkish restaurants and found this one. Beautiful inside, service 10/10. Have seen some negative reviews beforehand but my experience here was really good, nothing to complain about. Food was lovely. Defiantly will be coming back again.

Waitress and food was perfect, best service I’ve as always Best authentic Turkish food!! What can I say absolutely I will give this restaurant a five star to attend star as the food is fantastic and the staff are fantastic. Drive got my order about 25-30 minutes late prior to my confirmation, I ordered some lamb and got cold until he arrive, al the souces where spilled inside the bag luckly they were separated in another bag, my order was 140£ and I.m expecting the order to get to my adress faster as there was lamb meat and chicken and is not the best if it gets cold

Nice Waitress, Disappointing Incident and Average Food ⭐⭐☆☆☆ During my recent visit to Kervansaray, the waitress was incredibly kind and friendly. However, a regrettable incident occurred when a customer began physically assaulting his girlfriend, and none of the staff reacted, which was disappointing. The food was okay, but it lacked that extraordinary taste.
