We was the only ones there on a sunny afternoon in August!, empty, dark & uninviting & stuck in the corner of the restaurant. Just 8 finger sandwiches & 2 tea plates of the same cakes that was obvious ready for the wedding that day, no scones, tarts, sausage rolls etc & given 2 white MUGS to help ourselves from the vending machine, then left alone, we had to ask them back as vending machine not working, no tea pot etc. Definitely not enough staff & definitely not worth £31!! How they call it an afternoon tea!. . I refused to pay. Thankfully we was at a wonderful event there in the evening - food not supplied by them!.

I had a take-away pizza, margarita with extra onions. Delivery was quick and pizza was delicious - I have their delivery very often and have ever been disappointed. I alternate between pizzas, burgers and kebabs- always delicious so no complaints from me.

Got food delivered which arrived early food was cold I ordered the lahmachun doner only wanted onions but they put all salad in and no onions I had about 4 bites and chucked it in the bin was awful and tasteless I have had much better such a waste of money and I would never order from them again

Decepcionante desayuno y mal servicio Recientemente visité el Regency Hotel en Solihull para desayunar con mi socio de negocios, y por desgracia, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Great atmosphere and amazingly delicious cocktails! Had a great evening with my friend there, and we are definitely coming back again!

Food was good, service was professional, room could do with some TLC

Estuve aquí por 3 noches en Romford ciudad fui a Spice Hut allí. Tenía pollo Biryani. Vi allí cocinando recién en la cocina. El personal estaba muy ocupado aquí en mi 3er día en Romford tuve Keema Biryani vino con curry vegetal. Biryani era solo £ 8. 50 con curry vegetal. Me encanta la comida. Volveré en mayo

Visited on Wed at lunchtime, the place was relatively quiet. We were allocated a table but had to ask the waiter to wipe it. Sat for 20 min then went looking for the waiter to stay that we were ready to order. Asked for 2 falafel pittas and 2 juices. The 1st juice came but the 2nd one took 10min to be served then the first falafel plate arrived, the pitta was surrounded by overcooked, overheld and disgusting fries. There was no sign of the second falafel playe for another 15min by shich time, the first one was getting stone cold. The second plate finally arrived and definitely looked much fresher than the first one, as if a different type of fries was ordered. The pittas were yukky and hard to bite into the thick and oven burnt falafel. Only the tahini and the garnish tasted ok, the falafel and the bread were revolting. To add insult to injury, we asked for the bill and we were given somebody else's... it was the waiter's first day on the job but obviously without any training whatsoever... What a dissapointing service, a disgusting pitta in a bare and dirty place, all at an unjustified price: £8.50 for the pitta and £4 for a small carrot juice! Tomeli's is going downhill... Bring back the old management pls.

Hermoso día en Meadowhall con mi esposo donde disfrutamos de una tarde fabulosa Té para 2  Toda la comida recién preparada necesitaba una bolsa para llevar para llevar a casa. Such a shame that the staff are just so poor and don’t care… every single time without fail there is an issue here with Deliveroo - who the restaurant hide behind. Clearly, they’re trying it on and trying to rip off customers. A total joke - and a shame - as the food is actually pretty good

Tengo un comedor quisquilloso y mi hijo comió una pizza de pollo de 10 "completa de este lugar que en mi opinión dice mucho (cortezas y todo) mejor kebab que he probado en mucho tiempo obtuvimos el naan baab, el pollo era jugoso y el naan estaba recién hecho y era muy suave, los precios están en el lado más alto, pero pagas por la calidad, ya que he pagado más barato en el pasado en otros lugares, solo para estar decepcionado, pero este lugar no decepcionó, hemos estado dos veces en 2 semanas y ambas veces excelente calidad sin duda volverá!

Very long wait. Not great value and not great food. Had been before for lunch a year ago and loved it. This experience was not the same.
