Great atmosphere and amazingly delicious cocktails! Had a great evening with my friend there, and we are definitely coming back again!

Rumour has it…. Your bar is too expensive and the staff are grumpy, inexperienced and slow as a week in the jail. 4 drinks was well over £50 and they got them wrong. The melon cocktail was rank. The manager was grumpy and rude.

Really lovely food and atmosphere. Cocktails were great as well. Had a lovely time and would definitely go back for more.

Not my usual sort of place from the look of the venue but the menu caught my eye while on Heddon St. Apparently just launched and I must say, compliments to the Chef. I had lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed the food immensely. Definitely worth a visit. Will be back!

Visiting London for the first time and was looking for an afternoon glass of wine. Our server was terrible and on the verge of tears the whole time. The food menu was extremely limited with about 5 rolls of sushi. 3 of the 5 rolls were not available and the espresso martini was terrible! Going across the street to Whole Foods to get anything better!

I visited rumours for my friends birthday on the 12th of June. From the moment we sat down; the service we received was terrible. Firstly, we were having to shout to talk to each other because of the ridiculously loud music. We ordered drinks which took 20 mins to arrive. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri, which was absolutely horrible and was not at all like the daiquiris I’ve had before. I raised this with one of the waitresses, who had to go call the manager to deal with this. The manager, Pasquale came over and was very rude and abrupt in his approach. Told me that I was wrong about the drink. I asked if I could change it and he at first refused, and explained this is how they serve their drink. After going back and forth he agreed to finally change it Following this, we placed our order for food. There was a limited menu which we were not at all informed about and neither was advertised on their Instagram (no website). We ordered vegetable gyoza, spaghetti pomodoro, prawns and calamari fritti and a portion of French fries. The food took about 30/40 mins to arrive, with everything but the Prawns and calamari fritti arriving. Having waited another 15 mins, I raised this with the waitress and informed her I was still waiting for my order. She looked confused and informed me that they were not in fact serving that dish today. I explained to her that the waitress that took my order did not inform me of this and had actually repeated the order to me. The waitress went to speak to another manager, who then came to the table. He explained to us that the waitress was new and that it was not their fault. At this point, it was getting all ridiculous and Pasquale came over. I explained the situation to him, not once did I receive an apology for the service, he told my friend that we should be glad that at least she received her meal, and that we still had starters. Also having told him that we were not told about the limited menu, he claimed that he had called us personally to let us know, which was absolutely not the case and he continued to argue about this with us I was appalled and disgusted at his behaviour and customer service. After arguing for over 10 minutes and not reaching a resolution, my friend and I left. Would not recommend this place one bit!!!

We arrived on a Saturday lunch time and viewed the menu. We were able to sit outside and when ordering were informed brunch only. A vastly reduced menu and no indication of this on the menu displayed. We chose the French toast with berries and they were simply outstanding. Service was good and efficient. We enjoyed our visit and looking forward to returning.

A lovely visit nice restaurant brilliant food and options staff were nice too and as this was a groupon visit it was great value

Nice location but wouldn’t recommend! Food is way over priced for what it is! The food was very very bland and not hot. The toilets were dirty and we had to find the toilet roll ourselves. Overall not a great experience at all. Sorry to say I definitely would not be returning.

We went here for lunch on a Sunday and although the food was good (although very overpriced) the service was awful for the following reasons : They brought out the wrong drink and I had to ask for the correct cocktail and then waited. We waited 35 minutes (after ordering) for the food to arrive and they brought our starters and mains together , meaning we had to eat our mains whilst they were hot and eat our starters afterwards instead of a dessert. We had only just finished our food and our bill was brought over when we hadn’t even requested it and they hadn’t yet cleared our plates or asked if we wanted a coffee or dessert. For a Mayfair restaurant this was incredibly disappointing and, although we still paid it, we thought the service charge added to the bill was entirely unfair and we felt quite robbed

Customer service is great. Food amazing and decor beautiful. I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady who sat us at a clean table with lots of space. The food arrived quickly and food was amazingly good. I had the calamari and mains plant burger. All freshly cooked and prepared. I had the a rose wine and it tasted absolutely fabulous. There were four of us and everyone enjoyed. This was a positive experience and I will be coming back. Well done rumours!

Visited before, review below (1 star and not improved) however after a day of shopping in central friends wanted to visit for the aesthetics (begrudging went along with the group dispute the previous visit being pretty appalling) simply because friends wanted the pretty instagram aesthetic not the service. Again service pretty awful however if you simply want to take pictures the place is great for that. I advice not ordering and just using the place as a photo opportunity as that is all it’s good for. They’ve put more time and effort into the decor than the food or service but if you’re looking for an ‘Instagram place’ you have another London ‘gem’ that is great for picture and awful for everything else. I could elaborate on the awful service experienced each time but it truly isn’t worth than anything other than don’t bother.

Booked on Groupon. Amazing value for money. The manger is extremely friendly and his service was amazing. The food was very tasty and arrived quickly. The decor is also very nice and there is a feature wall to talk pictures downstairs!

A group of us went for bottomless brunch for a friend's birthday. 1 hour into the brunch and we were told they had run out of prosecco,the waitress said sorry and walked off. Finally after insisting that wasn't good enough they agreed to replace the prosecco for wine. When the main meals arrived, we were shocked at the state of the plant based burger (quite a few of us had ordered) we were given a quarter of a burger each. When we complained they simply said sorry and took the meal away, (so we then had no food at all) it was clearly the norm to serve a quarter of a burger, they weren't at all shocked or embarrassed. They didn't take any money off the bill or compensate in any way.

I would like to say this bar is beautiful!! The staff is amazing especially cris made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for our table! Very nice food too. I will be visiting very soon! Thank you very much for your service

My wife and i both upgraded to the steak and were not charged the extra for it so the staff got a nice tip as a result so that was nice. Food was very tasty steak was defo delicious and cooked to our well done...
