Food was fresh and delicious as always...

We were greeted with a friendly smile and seated very quickly. Our food was freshly cooked, was hot and tasted good. If in Thurrock this is a Nando's we would choose to visit.

First time my husband and I went there and we wasn't sure. We did think about going to 5 guys and their outside tables inshore looked absolutely shocking.. ..the girl at the service desk was very helpful and pleasant.. the menu was tasty.. tho I would say that the plate size needs to be looked at . Other wise would go again.

Nandos is always generally on point and consistent (when you eat in), and this is no different. Nice place, nice staff and good food

The food is amazing. I ordered Pittas and Garlic bread and I loved it. The service takes and appropriate time and the staff are nice. The atmosphere is noisy and hurts my head a bit but that’s probably just some kind of problem. Anyway, love Nando’s!

I ordered food for my family to celebrate my son's birthday. Chicken was very dry, burnt and small. It left a bitter taste in our mouth. Very disappointed

Just another normal nandos food is good service is good. Fills me up what more can you ask for

Went for Sunday Dinner and got our drinks. Then had to wait 1 hour & 15 minuets for our food, 2 of them being the incorrect meats, the food was nice but not very hot. It was a real shame. The worst part was the service, it was absolutely terrible, miserable, very very rude and disinterested. It seemed that people who appeared to be regulars got looked after much much better than anybody else with fast service than anybody else. However, we were left with empty plates for approx 20 minuets once we had finished, then 10 minuets for a dessert menu. After we had finished we asked for the bill, eventually a server threw the receipt on our table and walked off without saying anything, which we all found incredibly rude and un-professional. Eventually after another lengthy wait we decided to get up and go to them in order to pay as it seemed they had forgotten about us completely. However, others got there bill and the card machine immediately after. Very very poor & will not be returning, will also let everybody know to give it a miss.

Not my sort of place, a bit pricey and a limited choice..but to be fair it was nice. Friendly and helpful staff..I'd probably only go again if someone else had invited me and were paying

Lovely atmosphere with quick and friendly service from Michael. Would strongly recommend for live sports and beer garden.

Chicken wasn’t cooked very well, it was a bit to white for me. I wish they would add more sauce and maybe a bit more salad to the chicken in pita to bulk it out a bit more. Potions of mac & cheese and mash was so small basically one small scoop. I had takeaway so not sure if that affects the portion sizes but it shouldn’t really.

First time at this Nandos. It's a shame it's such a small site, and not like others. However, the service was brilliant, with polite and helpful staff, and the food was delicious...absolutely what you expect from Nandos. Thank you! :)

Went here for the first time today and the food was really tasty. I had a meat feast pizza which had plenty of toppings but I would have preferred to be able to upgrade to a thick or cheese stuffed crust. They also didn't slice my pizza which was a bit unprofessional but the staff looked smart and the furniture made the room look very stylish. I also had a side of onion rings which were nice but I would have preferred them to be thicker. But overall I was very satisfied and would happily go again.

Really enjoyed this visit. The restaurant is well located, with lots of parking available on site. Good food choices at a decent price. The service was warm, friendly and fast. They took real care of my niece, giving her two colouring sheets to keep her busy while we placed our orders. Order: 1/4 chicken with 2 sides - tasty and arrived at a good temperature 1/2 chicken with 2 sides - delicious and filling The kids menu was a good portion, enough for us to pack some away. The bottomless drinks had lots of options, from fizzy drinks to decaf peach ice tea.
