No real complains. Good portion size, cooked well and super hot. Service was friendly and warm!

All the staff were really helpful and friendly. That was until one of the kitchen staff members came out of the kitchen and started ranting and shouting at the manager/ supervisor? He had simply asked the woman to go on her break (as he has with other staff too) , and she began shouting demands at the man in front of us as we ate our food. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting from the staff member. The manager just seemed blazay about it and ignored her. Just saying, "Go on your break." I suppose he was trying to remain calm, which was good, but she needed to be sent away from paying customers trying to enjoy their food. It doesn't matter what your issue is. Take it away from the shop floor. The rest of the staff were really hard working and really helpful.

I am appalled, food took a long time and I had to request to actually receive the other half I ordered. They didn't even chop the mushrooms just gave to me whole, why did it take that long? I had a baby in a pram and there was no assistance when I bumped into other tables trying to get to mine let alone a high chair. I had to get the bloody high chair myself and everyone was staring at me. Humiliating. And trying to go to the toilet I had to walk up and down the Eiffel tower just to get there. I was having a very important conversation and was rudely interrupted as soon as we got there. I am so ashamed of nandos and what it has become.

We had a lovely family dinner at Nando’s, and the food was really good—tasty and full of flavor. We particularly enjoyed the bottomless Coke, which added to the fun of the meal. 😄 While the place was a bit crowded and the seating arrangements were limited, everything else was great. A pretty enjoyable experience overall! ✌️

The chicken is delicious, but the dish tastes better if it has free toppings

My partner and I are somewhat regulars of this Nando’s (shamefully because I am a self-admitted glutton). But I can be excused as the food here is exquisite. Our waiter/server Cody had a wonderful energy throughout our time eating dinner here. He checked in on us a few times and checked that we knew how ordering food works and just general Nando’s exclusive procedures. He really livened up the place and was always professional and helpful. My recommendation for food would 100% be the Fully Loaded Chips. Whatever your choice of spice is, the cheese and chicken on top is utter perfection. My partner and I get one serving each every time we go to Nando’s.

Laura and Kit were amazing. Gave me tons of free food and then carried me out like fireman when I downed a bottle of spier chardonnay.

Personally, you can never go wrong with a Nando’s, however this isn’t a Nando’s that I will come to again. The customer service was pretty much non existent, so much so that the only thing we were asked was “table for 2?” and there was no more interaction. Our little metal chicken on the table was never removed either, so no one came to ask if everything was okay! On top of all that, half of my butterfly chicken was chewy, and they had no ice, no Coke Zero or Diet Coke, and no Sprite!

Had a meal tonight with my partner and 2 friends. Was flawless! Food was great, service was great! And a special mention to Andrew who was very helpful and friendly!

Food took over 30 mins to come, for nandos that is extremely slow. Garlic bread was not cooked properly and was soggy. Butterfly chicken was not the usual size and chewy. Chips didn’t have enough peri peri seasoning. The list goes on. Disappointed.

Had fantastic service from Katie! Very attentive and kind. Our food came quickly and tasted amazing. Would definitely come here again 😊

Food took over 1 hour to come which was bad. I asked for a fully loaded chicken wrap and was given a wrap with just chicken and lettuce. Awful service.

This place is stunning, the chicken is fantastic and we all loved it and also my friends say it is a work of art like Leonardo Da Vinci, that’s how good their chicken is, and what’s amazing is that all the waiters are lovely and fast no matter the time (also the cooks).

Can get extremely busy at peak hours and the restaurant is generally short staffed. Food is better than average Nandos quality though!

Terrific food, ambience and service.

Visiting on 14th April, poor service. One of the girls working there named Liz, was shouting across the restaurant to her friend eating there and then when she gave food I was trying to get her attention for some condiments & she was more interested in talking to her mate and the table opposite.

I was attended to with lots of love and care by the girl called Gaby, she is super incredible, I loved the atmosphere, thank you very much for the food, it was excellent.

The staff were so kind, willing to go above and beyond, Kit was lovely as were the rest of the staff on 16/02/2024 around 8PM, also saw them helping an elderly couple which was so kind of them!

One of the best nandos meals I've had in a while! Food was on point. Nice and crispy skin on the thighs, Staff were great and the atmosphere is always great. Nice and cosy in this location as it's so small. Went for lunch.

Really loved it. It's a small Nando's which makes it quite cosy and intimate. We visited with our daughters as a lunchtime treat. The last time we had a Nando's was probably around 20 years ago and they were keen to show us what we were missing. The food was really good and the staff helpful. We chose one of the booths so we were tucked away at the back of what is a small restaurant. When the food arrived the staff made sure we had everything we needed and came back to check all was ok. We chatted with the branch/shift manager about the history of the food and she told us about how nice Nando's is to work for and the charity initiatives they get involved with. Very nice experience, lovely food, lovely staff, definitely visit again sometime and certainly sooner than 20years 😁

Food was good, service however was not up to scruff. The blonde waiter who was serving was constantly on their phone and disappearing when we needed attention. However the food was nice, the other staff members were amazing and very attentive.

I bought food for over £50 but they only delivered half of what I had ordered, not ideal

Another nice late lunch/early dinner on Friday 15th December at about 5pm. Food and staff, excellent. Dropped a few stars because the urinals in the men's toilets need a serious scrub, they clearly have not been properly cleaned for a while. Spraying them with the blue cleanser is not enough. Do this and next time I'll give 5 stars. To be honest, from the door at the top of the stairs onwards (downwards) could do with a wee upgrade and or deep clean.

Everyone who works there is incredibly lovely and helpful, the service is wonderful and you get your food rather quickly.

Manager Billy extremely rude either the waiter wasn’t trained or made an honest mistake in telling us we needed to wait for our table and forgot to add us to a waiting list “we knew nothing about” the Manager “Billy’s” booking policy for A seat….. we are deciding not to eat here and put me off the Nando’s experience in general he was clearly one of those jobs worth’s who has no power in his personal life he clearly needs to train his staff betterr. Kurtis was amazing 🤩 and had no idea what the manager was on about writing a name on a notepad but we had to leave x

I can't comment on the food yet as I'm still deciding whether to eat here. The Nando's was pretty busy so we asked a lovely waiter, Curtis, for an estimated time. He answered and was extremely polite. Unfortunately, another member of our party checked with Billy the manager. He was phenomenally rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. At this point, we are deciding whether to go somewhere else. Extremely disappointing.

I love Nandos but unfortunately this one was not up to par with the rest.

Shocking, raw meat, arrogant manager

Update- Honestly a poor experience. Food was much as it should be. On arrival we were told to find a seat, nearly every table was dirty or covered in plates. Had to ask to get a table wiped. Forced to order via a website that wouldn't send me a lo in code for 6 minutes. Eventually our mains arrived, before our beer and nuts. The server apologised and said "the floor guys have disappeared." Went to the bathroom downstairs and the stairs were slippery, not wet, felt more like spilled grease improperly cleaned up. Seems like a safety issue... Nandos is Nandos. Pretty much the same as all the others. Sevice was pleasant and quick, tables could be cleaner and beer was bit warm.

The person taking our order repeatedly couldn’t understand what I was saying so I was extra clear and she still got it wrong.

It was a fairly small Nandos so wasn't too busy. I had a rainbow salad bowl for dinner, which was nice if you want something light to eat. The meal was catered for my food intolerance. They are very friendly ensuring that you enjoyed your stay and your meal.

Usually prefer this branch to oracle but last time we went we were told wait was ten mins, ended up waiting at least half an hour, loads of empty tables but staff were telling people to sit outside or wait. It was cold but outside became full and we were sat waiting. Staff gave us free soft drinks for the wait but then we ordered and food took ages to arrive and was barely warm when it turned up. Nobody checked on us until we were nearly done and tbh we were so hungry by that point we just wanted to eat rather than bother flagging it

Staff is very polite and friendly! Super service! Order was taken instantly and suggestions were given and the order was delivered to the table fast.

The lady there was polite and friendly. Lovely lady. But my wing roulette came out all plain. They had to re do it, by then my chips and side were cold. Table was dirty and had to tell them to wipe it down, I even then wiped down myself and it had lots of black residue on the tissue.

Ordered a refillable drink. The staff took 20 minutes to bring out the glass, to which I had to tell them I ordered the glass. It was quiet and one of the staff was on their phone. Won't be going again.

Had to wait 50 mins for food. No one told us there was any issues. After 30 minutes I had to ask if our food was on its way, only to be told there was an issue with the grills, but it was sorted no and waiting for the grills to heat up. I tried to speak to a member of staff who totally ignored me in front of and noticed by the Manager. After 40ish mins I asked to speak to the manager to make a complaint. Manager (Rocket) said there was an issue with the chicken??? I said I was told it was the grill, then it came about that supposedly it was the grill and the chicken and the person i tried to speak with did nit speak english and was just the cleaner. Although people had come in after us and got there food before we did. We were given complimentary food but the whole experience was absolutely appoling with very poor customer service. Pretty much spoiled what was an enjoyable evening up to this point. Really disappointed 😞

The nandos chicken that you know, served pretty quickly with good service, in standard fare and forgettable nandos decor. No other notes.

Food was as nandos standard goes. Bit of a shame the toilet was out of order and had to wait to use the disabled.

Just want to say a big thank you, really enjoyed the food. The lady who was pregnant was very sweet and we wish her the very best!

Food was great apart from cold beer with a warm glass. It didn't help when the waiter start to slate his work colleagues off using very colourful language to his other work colleagues right next to us. His fellow colleague apologised for his behaviour and when he returned asked him to apologise. Unfortunately that was too late as I had to speak to him myself and it ruined our meal. Needless to say when we left he totally blanked us and walked passed us. Unprofessional will not go back.

I came to reading from London to celebrate someone's birthday and they like nandos as the food is nice and I also enjoyed my fino pitta along with my peri salted chips and coleslaw, whilst they enjoyed their quater chicken, peri salted chips and coleslaw on the day. The service was good and quick, including the atmosphere, as the staff was welcoming.

Very good food though service was a bit slow. People after us were getting served first so I had to go and ask. When it came though it was very good and tasty. Service was OK, holiday music playing in the background.

It was very busy but a waitress called Zuzana was lovely. Apologised for the wait to order and then apologised for the delay in food arriving.

Food was amazing apart from the jam in the burgers- the lovely waiter came over and got my daughter a plain bun without us asking. 10/10 service for him. He had blond hair and white air forces.

They told me they had run out of chicken but it seemed as though they wanted to put me off ordering. It was 8:45 when I came in and they kept me waiting a good 10 minutes before telling me this.

Apparently they ran out of chicken at 8:45. I think they just wanted to close early.

Dry chicken breast and dry garlic bread. Struggled to finish my meal.

We love Nando's and this one is no different. The only issue was the bottomless peach ice tea that was kept. It was so diluted that we could hardly taste anything.

Class experience, looked after really well by Max and Billy. Will be back!

They can mess the sides up forget to put them in the bag. Happened a couple of times now. But apart from that great food great service the full plater worth every penny

Looked like they were short staffed and so we were told to just go in and pick a table and someone would bring the menu. Took about 5mins for the menu to come and we ordered, the food came quite quickly but the plates were still in the dish washer. We got plates but had to return them as the plates were still dirty.

This is a pretty soulless place nowadays. Don't know what they've done to destroy it, but they have. Unimaginative food, order online only, get your own cutlery, canteen style tables and benches. Bright lighting. Broken toilet, staff on their smartphones. Dry food served in small quantities. There is nothing I'd recommend about this place. Value and experience, KFC is far far better.

We had a strange experience in here today. We were seated but before we had the chance to order a lady came out from the back and yelled ‘we are closing. If you’ve ordered we’ll make it but then you need to leave’. The staff then proceeded to start talking loudly amongst themselves saying they ‘knew this was going to happen’. No apologies or explanation. Quite unprofessional.

I went out with my friends and we were looking forward to a perfect place to have our lunch as we were really hungry. I'm a very picky with foods but I was so happy that I eventually dine there because the chicken and chips we ate there was so amazing. I enjoyed my meal. There was different drink options available. The environment was so cool and very relaxing. The service too was good. Kudos to the staff working there

Dining space is very unclean. Cancelled my order after payment due unavailability of the item. Was refunded via cash even though I paid via card. Really hope the service improves.

The man cooking the chicken was coughing all the time and no mask the manager and the man coughing were more interested on something on there screen the oder was taken wrong no one smiled I was with my grandchildren we pay over 40 pounds for food all of us couldn't get out quick enough never again am I going to friars Street nandos again very poor very poor
