Never let down by this nandos, service is always great especially from our service Jon, he made sure everything was perfect for us. Definitely recommend😁

I had a delicious chicken burger at Nando's today, perfectly paired with the Sxollie Cider recipe from South Africa. It's a great option for cider lovers who prefer it over heavy beers. The environment was clean, tidy, and organized, and the staff were well-behaved. Thanks for a great meal!

Good location in the centre of the city close to transportation links. The staff were pleasant and the food was very good. Ordering can be done with staff or online. Good veggie and vegan options too.

I purchased food on the 31st of July 2024. It was burnt chicken and I have since reported it, I was promised a voucher, I mean I Spent £23 on burnt chicken, up to now its been 16 days, and still no voucher. I have called and emailed to follow up. John promised me the voucher and I am still waiting. I discovered this horrible meal after I arrived home and John the manager promised to look into it and give me a voucher within 5 days its been 16 days and nothing.

Update 2024 July. I spent £5.50 on sweet potato wedges and they gave me a sorry portion. Check pictures. Is this some sort of a sick joke? 1* for this mockery. I wasn't sure if the delivery driver ate some or not but the bag was sealed. Update* Dropping to 3*s as the last 2 times I've visited, 2 of the 4 chicken pieces of the full platter have had really dark chicken on the inside, seems like the quality has gone down. Will hesitate to return. Been here about a dozen times. - Only once the chicken tasted funny (tasted as if it was boiled/cooked a day ago), otherwise every other time chicken tastes fresh and perfect. - FIX/REPLACE YOUR WOBBLY TABLES - Not happy about the fact that you've reduced the portion size of your regular sides. Otherwise all good.

Really nice and warm welcome , good music creating a lovely vibe. Food came as ordered and was very tasty and better than expected. The free refill on soft drink is a good deal The waiter called Nico was lovely , best welcome in a restaurant we have had, btw if you think the Chicken is hot wait until you see Nico well hot, lovely arms and amazing smile All round fab restaurant

I paid £5 something for a large chips and they came in the smallest little bowl I then asked wether they had any vinegar and the staff member ignored me and continued to walk away

We ordered 2 whole chickens for a birthday. The food tasted authentic. While we did not dine in, the place clean throughout, including spotless ablutions. The staff was overall helpful, with the exception being one staff member who did not appear keen to assist with condiments choices

Chicken was good Fries were cold, but they did give us another new portion

Prices keep increasing while portions get smaller, making it neither affordable nor filling. My chosen spice level is ignored about 90% of the time, leaving my food bland. This is a consistent issue, especially with veggie options. Nando's needs to improve both service and portions.

Lovely food. But most of all excellent service and staff very accommodating. Came with 3 neurodivergent people and the staff were more than accommodating moved us to a more quiet area and turned the music down

Awesome service from very attentive staff. Food was exactly as ordered and any problem was never too much for the Team to sort out for us.

Chicken was decent, but not upto general High Nandos standard. Peri salted chips lacked peri salt and were disappointing corn and garlic bread were good. Ordered online due to promise of orange reward, however was not credited to account.

Shocking customer service from the actual manager,.. sent back my fino pitter as it was not cooked to my liking I asked for it to be well done twice … the 2nd time it came back he cut it in to slices what I haven’t ever seen before as this was the 2nd time I decided I want my money back as time was ticking and my partner had finished .. when asked for a refund he then proceeded to tell me I need to contact head office like are you serious for a fino outta safe to I backed him up an got my cash an bounced !!! Won’t be returning

Came out with my friend and had the a chicken burger and loaded chips as my main meal. It was tasty! Got a side of mac and cheese too. However when our food came out i was still waiting on mac and cheese and had to go up to the counter to ask for it where there were two memebers of staff just stood there talking and when i asked they said sorry they forgot it and grabbed it out of a microwave. Bit awkward. There were two noticeable staff memebers from my visit...one this girl with glasses who did not look happy to be working whereas this young gentleman who was so happy and cheerful when checking in on us. He made out day bless him.

Nice not so busy branch with good efficient service... cutlery was abit dirty but luckily inclined to eat with hands anyhow .... Food is nice welldone and timing of service is on point... Only negative is very overpriced... guess the name sells more than the food... Personally I visit nandos 1 every so often ... my main place for peri peri go to is rios.. which has great food and reasonably priced.. I would give a 5 star with eyes closed to this branch but the price factor will always knock off 1 star for me... Enjoy your halal chick chick chicken guys in wolves. A great option for halal food 😋

Disappointed in the service. A whole glass of wine and some cider was spilt down my back by the waitress. I was left soaked and cold and I was barely apologised to. I was simply given a huge stack of napkins. We weren’t offered a free drink or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience and for the rest of the service it was as if it never happened. We weren’t even offered to move tables and I had to return to my wet, sticky seat. I would have just appreciated an apology as I understand accidents happen, and was kind to the waitress.

Went last night pre football - got there early 5.45pm but the place was already busy, no worries, we can wait. Was told it would be 30 minutes for a table of 5, but the host was over whelmed and kept aggressively telling customers 40 min wait and to wait outside, felt very disorganised and stressful. People that put their name down after us were being seated before us, tables for 5/6 people were taken by tables of 2/3. The manager in a suit had a large table for a staff meeting of some sort. Was a chaotic experience - appreciate it was busy but a little more customer service training and organisation for the host would help going forward. Once seated all was usual Nando’s experience, next football match will probably try elsewhere.

We were told there would be a 20 minute wait to order, so my son ordered online and the food came quickly. It was good and we enjoyed it. But. My chicken was warm at best. And having ordered medium spicy, I had to go to the condiments table to grab a bottle of hot sauce. In there defence, Wolves were playing at home that day ( the reason my son and I were in town) and the place was manically busy.

Leeroy Is an amazing staff 🤩. Treated me and my friend with care and respect. Would definitely be paying another visit ☺️

It was a quick stop to say hi to friends in Wolves and as always Nandos is always one of my favourite stop point. I searched on Google and I found this close to me. The music playing on the background was my first attraction nice african hits got me glued, the food was well cooked and their chicken was well cooked and spiced much better than the one we have at white rose in leeds and then the smile on the faces of almost all the staff was also warm. My only concerns are that there is no free parking space around you have to use a paid parking site almost opposite the bus station and also the Nando's food shop needs expansion as they get a handful of customers from my quick sampling and a larger venue or expansion will be handy.

Always loved this Nandos, definitely one of the better ones. I always feel safe even if I'm alone and I think that's due to the lovely staff.

A NICE bacon burger with the trimmings

Always come here but this time really upset as i waited for 20 minutes and they havent even started making our order. When i asked they said sorry we will start making it now.very very poor service

No exaggeration to say that the meal was one of the best Nando’s in years. Both the quality of the food and service of the staff were the standout aspects.

Misha from Wolverhampton Nando’s was amazing she really listened to us and made us feel comfortable. My mom has some intolerances and had always had difficulty in what she can eat. Misha accommodated me and my mom and could not recommend her customer service enough! It’s made our day. She needs some recognition.

Good food of the usual high Nando's standard. Service was quick, friendly and attentive. Venue was little noisy but some people would like it. Flickering lights were giving me a headache tho. Everything great...just fix those lights! 🤯

I visited here earlier with my sister and our children we had a fabulous evening! The children thoroughly enjoyed their meals, the staff were brilliant, hands on and attentive! Great staff... thank you for your service. The only qualm I would have was the portion size of the mac n cheese...didn't seem like a big side at all for the almost £5 charge.

I ordered takeout, and the food was not only fresh but also delicious. However, the restaurant was quite busy, leading to a considerable waiting time. Unfortunately, finding on-road parking was a challenge. Fortunately, there’s a paid parking lot nearby that can be utilized.

Was too busy waited 30 mins for a table for the food to be burnt cold and minging forgot my Halloumi and my olives then brings them out when Iv finished my meal today was a utter disappointment I should off gone to mak halal it took ages for our food to cum when ordered online loads off tables ended up leaving and going home proper shambles never seen nothing like this it’s embarrassing meant to be a big food chain and can’t even deliver food right or on time some people was waiting 45mins just for a table utter joke never seen nothing like it.

Hands down the best Nandos I've been to in the UK. We came in as a large group and they accommodated us without any issues. The food was as good as it gets and arrived promptly despite the large orders. A HUGE shout-out to the manager Lauren, and the staff Chelsie and Elise for an outstanding service. Would highly recommend and definitely be the go to do Nandos in the area.

It was alright in my first visit but literally turned me down on second time. My favourite loaded chips were served cold with almost nothing. Just a handful of chips, spring onions, one sauce. Wasted money. Though Chicken is halal here.

Not a very big Nando’s and the interior is a little tired looking, but the food was good as usual. The waiter forgot some side dishes, but very promptly sorted it for us. They were very busy (Wolves had been playing) but we managed to be seated within 10 minutes and had food with about 30mins.

appalling service, have missed items off delivery on multiple occasions and was told when I phoned that they would deliver them, only for deliveroo to call half an hour later to tell me it wasn't possible and they were refunding. woman on phone seemed surprised when I asked for the items I'd paid for to actually be delivered. Won't be ordering from here again, it's happened more than once and it's a joke.

Below average food, terrible service, items always missing from takeaway order. Called restaurant when burger was missing from order, staff said they would send it out again for delivery, followed by a phone call from Deliveroo saying the burger would not be delivered and refunded only part of the price.

Nando’s chicken is always good however, I wish it was a bit hotter(warmer) than It always is. (FOR ME personally 😁) Service wasn’t great as they had forgotten to give us a side of olives, until we had to ask at the end of the meal. Also; they brought the Sweet potato wedges starter as a ‘starter’ instead of with the rest of the meal which made it to be very cold when the food was served. I enjoyed the new ginger drink in a bottle.

Decor looking a bit tired and dated. Food was mediocre at best, basically an overpriced burger bar. Cutlery was dirty and had to fetch some more.

Staff were very good, and friendly, food was good as you would expect. Venue a bit dingy and background music a tad too loud.

After a full day of activities with my 8yr old son I asked where he would like to ho for a meal and he chose nandos. The weather was fine; neither hot nor cold but the restaurant had the air con on and it was freezing cold releasing dust as well. I did tell them it was colder inside than outside. People had their coats on in the restaurant but I guess because staff were walking about they needed it. As a cancer patient I had the choice to either leave and disappoint my son or stay and face catching a cold. And I chose to catch a cold and not ruin the day for my son. Other than this all else was fine.

Excellent customer service and tasty food. I love the fact that we can choose how spicy you want the food to be. All of their sauces are delicious.

Delivery order my experience was not great the chicken was over cooked and hard the chip where cold and portion in the chip box was only half if you pay £20 for one meal you would expect a full box of chips 🍟 they have cut down alot on portion size won't eat from here again

Amisha always makes coming here a 10/10 experience. The customer service from Amisha is above and beyond . I have nothing to fault . The food and service is 10/10 love this Nando’s . Me and my husband have been to lots of other Nando’s but this is the only I return to because the customer service is as good as the food

My third time being to this Nando's. First time, food there was good - taste good, atmosphere was just like any other new eating restaurant. The second time, the food was still good services slow, atmosphere a bit loud. My third time now, food... no singing or dancing with the chicken. it's just CHICKEN. Putting the mildest to hottest pepper sauce on chicken doesn't make chicken taste any better, deep fried and making it crisp, doesn't make it taste any better too. SEASON the dam meat...not with just salt and pepper, but with SEASONING. Now with the service, a table was sorted for the party of ××××, being shown to the table it was wet, seating was wet, still after it was perp before we sat down. We the party had to use the napkins of the table to dry the table and seating. The good thing, is that a a well mannered staff asked if all was OK, I thank you for doing so with a smile, and for getting the salt for me. "You don't know how much I appreciate what you did". Just to had this nothing to do with Nando's, why the hell do people chat their business out loud for all to hear. Season the dam chicken, salt and pepper and pepper sauce doesn't cut it.

I am unhappy with my order they have forgot the chicken. I am so upset as I have come home from a long day at work and wanted to eat some Nando’s and then I realised they have forgot my chicken. I am really angry and I will be calling Nando’s. I always order off here and they have got the order wrong.

I really love to go there. I went there with my husband. We ordered Sweet potato wedges, halomi. Strips, chicken strips and spicy rice which is my favorite. Service and food was great. We enjoyed dining there.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Dante is a credit to the company. We had a small issue. My sons food was to spicy for him. Dante not only replaced the food. But also bought my son and ice lolly to cool his mouth down. I would employ this man tomorrow. He gave me and my family fantastic customer service and he was so polite. The girl who served me was very polite too. Really nice place. I would give Dante and his team 10/10 if I could. Bev Perry

One of the nicest nandos I've had in a long time, food was delicious and cooked well. All the staff have been very friendly and courteous especially the Sri Lankan gentleman, apologies I was at the wrong angle to read his name badge, he is a credit to your company.

Had a gathering of 30 people to celebrate a birthday yesterday. The staff went above and beyond. Very impressed with the communication and professionalism from the staff.

Nice restaurant, really friendly and attentive staff. Price is £16pp which is the standard, parking outside is free after 6pm but has to drive around a bit to find a spot. Nice space inside and was quiet and enjoyable atmosphere to catch up with old friends unlike some chaotic Nandos I have visited before.

The atmosphere is catchy, just walking past the restaurant will attract you to go in and have a bite of their tasty chicken, chips and many more. I have a Nandos card that has piled up a lot of free food for me. Good services too.

Food is nice but i asked for extra spice 1/2 chicken and its not much spicy..also chicken is not cooked fully and sad to say i had stomach infecton..😔 sometimes we have to suffer..

Very clean, cozy place. Friendly, competent service. Yesterday I was very pleasantly surprised when, after asking if they had gluten-free meals, I was offered that the chef would prepare a safe meal for me according to my preferences. They showed great empathy in understanding my problem and my needs. I am grateful to them and for me they are champions.
