This is the second time visiting, and it has never disappointed. Food is amazing, staff very polite & attentive, always made to feel very welcome. With so many restaurants around, when you find one that actually understands how a diner would like to be treated it’s a rare gem. A special mention to Gul. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you

Food was cold, chips had no cheese

I had a 2-course lunch included with my spa day. The tomato soup was delicious and hot all the way through, with fresh bread and butter. Then I had the grilled hake, which was cooked with perfection 👌🏻 The food was that good. I paid extra for dessert 🍨 which was the ice cream and sorbet. And a rose wine 🍷 Would visit again

I treated my daughter to lunch here. Sadly there was no view as it was raining. We shared Whitebait, then she enjoyed Crab with Salad and Chips and I had the starter portion of Moules with Bread. All were delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. We’ll happily return.

Would not come here again no atmosphere not friendly at all my first time in this pub it looked nice from the outside was celebrating a birthday wish we had gone somewhere else so many other nice pubs in Notting Hill I will know the next time .M

I wont be using you again A possible £50 - you lost out on. Dont forget about all the other potential customers you have lost from hard to reach areas / unable to drive / not able to use the internet........ Very short sighted

Sorry guys, but you need to be honest. If your chef messes up a meal don't come up with the excuse “it's just the way they do it”! It left me feeling scammed. I decided to be impromptu and order something different, and original. So, I ordered tomato Turkish eggs. The eggs should've been scrambled! You gave me four fried eggs! Then you made the above excuse. Seriously? You should've apologized, offered a discount, maybe thrown in my coffee for free, and spoken sternly to the chef. Instead, you tried to palm me off. I won't be visiting you again.

We had a gastronomical therapy at Bosphorus, South Ken with freshly prepared mix kebabs. To top it up, recieved outstandingly super welcoming customer service by Tolga # Happy vibes

Worst Welcome I've ever received, completely destroying the experience. Welcomer was on the phone while was I waiting in line to pass on my reservation details. No pleasantries, "welcome" or "one moment please" of any kind. When I passed on my name, all I got was a snappy "what"? Followed by an "okay". How absurd. No complaints for the rest of the staff. Hope the welcomer on Dinner Duty 26th March gets a good re-training. Nothing special about the food, especially at this price point.

Came to Mallory court for a Soa day and had an am I g time- beta massage ever but what was outstanding g was how over and above Rizzy went for us. Rizzy was in the dining area and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly happy accommodating and just brilliant. A credit to the staff team
