The Harbour Arm in Folkestone has many small restaurants on the quay side. Open air and a fine setting. We settled for the moules marinieres at Go Dutch which came with fresh rustic bread and was in excellent vsayce. The Prosecco helped too.

Had a walk along the Folkestone Arm looking for a late lunch / early dinner and found Go Dutch. The muscles served from here are really good, I had the Spanish with chorizo and capers, my wife had the Thai with lemon grass chilli & coconut. There was a special offer on for two flavours of muscles and two drinks, ideal, really good value. The muscles were served with fries and bread.I will definitely go back and try some other flavours.

My sister and I stopped here a couple of weeks ago for the savoury pancake Salmon salad lunch with Caramel pancakes for dessert. Delicious food, slightly pricey but we will stop by again at some point.

Stopped off here for a Moule lunch today.£9 brought me a decent sized portion of moule, chips and a chunck of bread. The moule were very good and the marinaire sauce excellent. The weather today wasn't great, but if the sun is out this is a great place for a walk, drink and lunch. I recommend Go Dutch for lunch especially if you like moule.

We have ate lunch at Go Dutch more than once, my children love the cheesy fries they are absolutely yummy. The Dutch savoury pancakes with smoked salmon salad are amazing. I don't think it is that pricey, all 6 of us had lunch and a drink today and it was £23.I definitely recommend you give it a try!

Great Dutch pancake balls. Not sure what they are called. Tasty but at £4 a go a little on the expensive side. Friendly service. Eat on the table next to the sea on the harbour arm and take in the great atmosphere on a sunny day. Well recommended.

During the warmer weather, we like to stroll along the Harbour Arm. The Go Dutch mobile cart/kitchen offers pancakes with a difference. They are cooked to order...little balls of pancake offered with a variety of savoury or sweet accompaniments. I just pick what I fancy and we sit at the nearest free table and bench to eat and enjoy. Great value...quick and easy. There's seafood, salads, cheese, fish and tempting sweets like chocolate

Aspendos is a fantastic Turkish restaurant with truly delicious food and generous portions! I ordered the family platter, which came with an amazing selection of starters—something I haven’t seen before, even though I regularly dine at Turkish restaurants. It easily fed three adults and two preteens, with plenty left to take away! The service was great, and the prices were very affordable, making it excellent value for money. The only downside is that it can get quite loud and a bit crowded. Some background music would help balance the atmosphere. Regardless, I’ll definitely be returning—great food and a wonderful dining experience!

Disappointing for a 4.4 Rating I relied on the positive reviews (4.4/5), but what a disappointment… Positives: The staff were very friendly and attentive, which is always appreciated. The fish and chips were good, but nothing extraordinary—and a bit overpriced. Negatives: Dishes were quite basic, not what you’d expect from a restaurant with such a high rating. Big issue with the kids’ meals: they were served extremely hot, likely microwaved given how scorching they were. Thankfully, the waiter warned us: "Careful, the plate is hot." But what a lack of common sense to serve food at this temperature to children! My daughter is only 2 years old—she doesn’t understand such warnings. In the end, she had to eat from our plates and left her meal untouched. Really disappointing. Conclusion: Friendly service, but underwhelming food and a real lack of thought in some areas. I honestly don’t understand the high rating… Worth trying if you’re in the area, but don’t expect an unforgettable experience.

I was taken here for my birthday and we had one of the best meals of our lives. We had the 8 course tasting menu with paired wines. Every course was outstanding. My particular favourites were the Morels, with confit egg yolk, pickled mushrooms and celeriac and the buttermilk mousse with blood orange, Arbequina olive oil and apple marigold. The restaurant is fairly small and cosy, all the waitresses were lovely and helpful. They explained the meals well and the sommelier's description of the wines was very clear and helpful. The wines tended to be from small estates all over the world and were excellent without exception. The meal was expensive, but compared to other Michelin starred restaurants we have been to, it was very good value for money. The restaurant is in Saltwood on the edge of Hythe and it is a good idea to book a taxi back to where you are staying in good time as there are no local taxi services. I have been to a good number of one Michelin star restaurants and this one is well worth the second start it gained recently.
