Quality food, wine and atmosphere every time … for several years! One of the best in Bristol

Service was fantastic, great sized portions, delicious food, great choices and relaxing atmosphere. The mezza platters are great to try and it was really fast but not rushed.

As always I couldn't decide what to have and end up ordering more than I should as the food is so tasty! This is a regular for me. The staff are wonderful and friendly and the food and drink are of a high quality and gentle on the wallet :)

I’ve been hearing about how good gas street social bottomless for a while, but what surprised me most was how genuinely excellent the service was. It was great value, good food and nice drinks but the service from Jack and Chantelle (especially for a busy bank holiday weekend) was some of the best I’ve experienced for a while! All credit to the team for making it a great experience!

Food was amazing would highly recommend going here, our waiter Marian was also amazing nothing was too much trouble, perfect evening out.

This is the second time visiting, and it has never disappointed. Food is amazing, staff very polite & attentive, always made to feel very welcome. With so many restaurants around, when you find one that actually understands how a diner would like to be treated it’s a rare gem. A special mention to Gul. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you

Food was cold, chips had no cheese

I had a 2-course lunch included with my spa day. The tomato soup was delicious and hot all the way through, with fresh bread and butter. Then I had the grilled hake, which was cooked with perfection 👌🏻 The food was that good. I paid extra for dessert 🍨 which was the ice cream and sorbet. And a rose wine 🍷 Would visit again

I treated my daughter to lunch here. Sadly there was no view as it was raining. We shared Whitebait, then she enjoyed Crab with Salad and Chips and I had the starter portion of Moules with Bread. All were delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. We’ll happily return.

Went here with my friends, had a lovely dinner. Quality of the food is excellent and very generous portions! Highly recommend the belly pork, homemade lasagna and banoffee. Not too expensive for York standards.

A fantastic addition to Sanderstead. Not only was the food amazing but the staff were so attentive and looked after us perfectly on a busy Saturday evening. Great menu, great cocktails, and spot on service! If you enjoy fresh and expertly cooked food, a great atmosphere, and reasonable prices, we could not recommend Maples more.
