The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North Wales

A nice place that I have been visiting for years, but today when my wife and I came after a walk to drink coffee, we couldn't stay long. The coffee was drunk very quickly because the noise inside was unbearable. When I asked the bar staff to turn down the volume of the loud TV, the staff member did not respond to my request. My request was ignored. It's a shame because my previous opinion of this place was completely different.

Had vegan ice cream options - vanilla and lemon sorbet. Also good chocolate ice cream! Nice place to sit and eat.

Booked a table for the 4 of us for 6pm and arrived on time and sat at our table. We waited for 30 minutes in vain waiting for someone to take our order. The place wasn't busy but the staff seemed preoccupied with chatting to their friends at the bar. After 30 minutes we left and went elsewhere to eat. The place is very disappointing! The menu hasn't changed in years and it never seems particularly welcoming. An underwhelming experience for such a picturesque pub.

Drinks are reasonably priced, nice service and the beer garden is next to the river and is stunning.

Absolutely fantastic, we had a Sunday dinner and it was delicious the worst part was trying to decide which pudding to have. Definitely worth a visit. Staff are absolutely brilliant and told us that we could have a free kids bowl for our 12 month old grandson. 5 star place definitely be back again ❤️❤️

Don't think I will be returning anytime soon. It's a shame, I've always enjoyed it and over the last year given it a few chances. Service is never good, and it's not the servers' fault its their lack of training, long waits do not help. The standard questions are asked, but the answers are not listened too and there is little to no instinct. If it's taken almost half an hour between getting your main and your vegetables or you return an almost full plate of food to the kitchen, then you'd think they'd gather no everything is not OK. It's a shame to say it as when the food is good it's a lovely place to dine and you'll give it another try, however this time the food was not great, under or over cooked food coupled with long waits and service that is not great will keep me away for now.

I only went in for a guick pint, but I liked this pub. The staff were lovely.

Superb bangers and mash, hearty mixed grill and well seasoned chicken strips. Glad to have found this place on our way to Wrexham!
