Took my son for a day out in Llandudno for his birthday and came to this cafe for some drinks. We were severed by Shannon who was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations of what to do in the town

Been to Happy Valley so many times over the years. Had 2 cups tea here, not pots and £2.50 a cup. Couldv'e gone back to hotel! Great spot though.

We'd been up through the gardens to have a go on the Toboggan ride, we were on our way down and it was hot so this was a good place to stop for an ice cream. The ice cream was good - we stayed to eat it at the tables under the shade of the cafe as the server said that the seagulls had been after ice creams today.

Beautiful food ( hubby had fish supper and I had omelette and salad) hot, tasty, fresh made and reasonably priced. Highly recommend a visit. Had ice creams on way back down great orme and they were also really tasty and a decent price.

Visited today family of 5 to buy ice creams and coffee. My teenage daughter sat at a table with chips purchased from the pier whilst the rest of the family were buying ice cream. My daughter approached me upset stating the lady from the cafe was rude and told her she couldn’t eat food from the outside. We had just spent over £20 on ice cream with an intention of moving on. We then sat at the cafe and my daughter sat on the floor. The young lady who served us ice cream ask my daughter if she would like a chair ? The older lady who gave us dirty looks said we could stay to eat the ice cream but my daughter was not welcome to eat her chips and would have to leave. We noted there was a family eating their picnic on one of the bench’s - she did not approach them !!! Needless to say we were very upset. The ice cream was very nice and the young girls who served us pleasant. I feel this older lady was a bully and needs to take a look at her customer skills.

The top of Happy Valley Rd is a nice place to chill, and Parisella's adds to the vibe. I only had a drink but the selection of cakes looked good as did the menu, counter service was friendly and the coffee was good, but as I looked at the photos on the back wall an older lady may have shadowed me to make sure I didn't steal any...

Great food, lovely staff, in a great place

It was a cold blustery day but the sun was out and the atmosphere made it feel as warm as a summers day.

There is many flavours of ice cream, there is coffee, lattes etc. View of surroundings and the sea is fantastic. There is an example of the menu and the views of the sea below

They do a really good value for money breakfast. Service is great and staff are very friendly and helpful. We also had sandwiches to take away which where delicious. Also I would like to thank Alex who was so lovely and thoughtful. Even treating our dog Holly to a sausage. Holly thought she was gorgeous. Many Thanks.

I received excellent service from the friendly young lady on the ice cream counter and have no complaints about the quality of my rum and raisin ice cream. The prices are a little on the steep side but it's not like you can easily pop to the place next door.

Lovely stop off after a walk around the Orme. Excellent pistachio ice cream and a lovely latte to go after it. Nice views over the bay. All outside seating with some under canopy. Service was friendly and helpful today.

We stopped here after having had a walk all the way along the promenade, pier and gardens! We felt a pit stop was in order and the café was in a superb location, with delightful views! We enjoyed a sausage roll and some cake! The hot drinks were lovely! Thank you!

Stopped in for a hot drink after going up the pier. The view from this cafe is beautiful. Plenty of seating outside. Beautiful cakes, great customer service from the staff. Great idea having a kids play area at the back so I was able to drink my cuppa in peace. It’s a must visit for the view alone.

What a great choice of venue for lunch ,transformed under new management great food friendly staff and a wonderful sea view .

We called here for a coffee and cake as it is basically at the entrance to Happy Valley gardens and the toll road - Marine Drive which gives spectacular coastal views. The slices of the huge gateau cakes were nice and the coffee was good. We sat outside to admire the views. Toilets very close. Well worth a visit.

Amazing cake selection, huge portions, great service

I went up with my friend this afternoon for some lunch, I had an omelette and my friend had the vegan burger. Food was delightful, best omelette and burger we’ve ever had! Service was amazing, staff very friendly, lovely food washed down with the Parisellas ice cream, truly delicious and never fails to please!!

Had takeaway ice creams from here & they were lovely. Had 2 scoops & was large generous portions rather than skimping like some ice cream kiosk do which was great & a great incentive to return

Visited today, Wednesday 26, and what a great place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ice cream was delicious and so many flavours to choice from. Did not have any hot food but the Ice Cream was well worth the visit.

A little gem in the Happy Valley Gardens. Offering a genuinely wide range of food and drink, well beyond what you would expect from a gardens cafe. Well worth supporting. Well done.

I can honestly say that the fish and chips i had on 18th April 2021 was the worse I've ever had. The chips was under cooked clearly using frozen chips that hadn't cooked properly the fish wasn't genuine freshly battered seemed like a ready battered fish the peas was disgusting I threw most of my meal in the bin as did my friends. Sorry to say this but I'd not recommend this place for lunch although nice surroundings.

Absolutely disgusting food especially burgers and fish&chips. Stopped there with family while visiting Llandudno. Nice views and convenient location attracted us to stop there and have some food. Worst experience ever, hope the ice creams they seem to be famous of are better than the meals we had. We didn’t however bother trying after bad experience with food. It’s a shame food quality is so bad in such a great location. ( no issues with getting the refund so they seem to know what they are selling, staff did not appear to be surprised when we complained and refunded the money). Advise to owners - stick to ice creams if you can’t do food !

I had the biggest slice of coffee and walnut cake I have ever seen here. It was delicious but left me groaning when it cam to dinner time! Great little place on a sunny afternoon on the edge of the lovely park.

The best place in LLandudno to enjoy a quality ice cream, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun. Fantastic range of ice treats, cakes, and coffee as well. Simple, and simply excellent. Start Summer, away from the main beach crowds. Tasty.

Always a must when we visit llandudno. Great selection of ice creams, black cherry and ameretto is my favourite.

Parisella's Cafe is a lovely place to visit and has seating both inside and out. There is a lot of choice on the menu and there are so many ice cream flavours on offer that it is difficult to choose which one to have.

After walking through the stunning Happy Valley Gardens we were in need of refreshments......

This café is at the base of Happy Valley , it has very good service, on offer are cakes, pastries, baguettes ,sandwiches, hot drinks , cold drinks, ice cream and plenty more to fill the gap. It fits in well with its surroundings, it is open to walk in through the whole of its front or side, thus keeping the place well ventilated, there is seating provided all around the café, in the shade or sunshine.

We stumbled upon this cafe by complete accident but very glad we did. The ice cream was incredible! I had lime and pineapple and jaffa cake and both were out of this world. Great views, all very clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly. Even came out with a biscuit for our dog!

Hubby and I walked up here on a Wednesday lunchtime. It is hard to believe that the whole site of The Happy Valley Gardens was a former slate quarry. The Cafe at the lower end used to be on the plot of a Victorian open-air theatre. We went to the counter and placed our order. Hubby chose a sausage bap and chips and I opted for the special bacon/brie/cranberry panini. We also had 2 mugs of tea. The bill came to £13.15 (cash payments only). We sat down on the pavilion and admired the view of the pier and bay whilst we waited for our meals to be served. My panini was very tasty but the side salad was rather paltry. Hubby said his white bap was dry even though it had butter on it. The 2 thin sausages were also dry and tasteless. However, the generous portion of hot chips were very satisfying. The young staff were very pleasant. They also sell the award-winning Conwy icecream. You can also buy hot and cold food to takeaway from here (good picnic area). There are free toilet facilities nearby.

After a bit of a trek up the hill to wait for the cable car, where the queue moved too slowly to keep waiting, we decided to have a hot drink and a cake in this cafe. The hot chocolate and coffee were good but we would have preferred to have the scone with a small pot of fresh cream rather than ready made.

The ice creams here are the absolute best ice creams I think I have ever tasted.

Took 15-20 minutes to prepare a ham baguette and plate of chips. Chips were okay. Baguette was horrible, with hard dry and stale tasting bread. You don't expect much from a cafe like this, but you expect it to be edible!!

Called in whilst looking around the gardens. Premises were very clean and the staff friendly. Had tea and cakes (good selection of traditional favourites) whilst sitting on the terrace looking out across the pier. Prices are very reasonable. Would really recommend a visit.

Regularmente ir a Llandudno y siempre visitar el valle Feliz. Una de las razones es Parisella's Cafe. El propietario y el personal son siempre tan bonito como es su comida. Nada parece ser demasiado problema. Luego siéntese en Happy Valley, jardines y disfrutar de un descanso en paz y disfrutar de la buena comida.

Y la otra mitad me alojé aquí con nuestros dos perros, donde nos recibió muy acogedores. Tuvimos la tuna melt panini y hot dog y luego de postre nos dieron los brownies increíblemente delicioso eran increíbles.

Called in after coming down from the ski run. Good cups of cafe from pleasant young girls staff. Tray of freshly cooked excellent chips went down well as a nibble for all the family. As we had our dog with us we sat on one of the side patios. Obviously not Ben swept for some sometime as it was very dirty and grubby. Plus we had to be careful with the area between tables as there was an amount of crushed broken glass on the floor.I'll go there again as it is convenient and quiet even when the town is heaving.

I would like to express how dissapointed i was with the service I received here by a member of staff. I came with my family and ordered some food which we took to enjoy on the outside benches as it was a beautiful sunny day. My food was lacking a little salt to my taste so my mum and I went back inside for some salt. As I found the stand where the salt was a member of staff suddenly rushed up to me and my mum in a very demeaning manner "Can I help you? Can I help you?" Not at all in a nice tone. As I had the salt packets in my hand she was trying to take them out of my hand to which I was shocked and proceeded to move my hand away. I told her the salt was for the food I ordered from "HERE" as I had the impression she thought I was "stealing". I was very offended by her actions as I felt I was specifically being targeted in that way because i wear a hijab. Not only that, but my mum had a container of some leftover food in her hand to which the lady then pointed and said "you're not allowed to eat food from outside on this premises". Which I can understand somewhat, but I felt this was weird behaviour from the staff as their were seating benches outside where people were eating all sorts of food. Again, I felt like my mum and I were specifically targeted due to out appearance. I would have loved to see the lady charge up to a nice white family and try taking the salt packets out of their hand without question or tell them they cant eat their packet of crisps because it wasn't bought from this specific shop. No discrimination, just an example. I'm used to treatment like this anyways.
