The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Flintshire North Wales

Two “small” breakfasts for under £9 in total. Egg, bacon, sausage, beans, hash brown (awesome) and toast. Enough for anyone in a morning, freshly cooked and delicious. Great value and all so tasty.

Had a lovely day at the museum and decided to end the day with a coffee at ‘The Hatch.’ Had many delicious lunches here in the past. The cafe was surprisingly empty. We ordered two coffees and sat out in the garden. Every table was dirty. I cleaned one myself with wet wipes before the coffee arrived. We waited for 15 minutes. How long does it take to make two coffees? We went inside to find out what was going on. The waitresses had completely forgotten about our order! They were obviously too busy chatting to their friends to take orders or clean tables. No wonder we were the only customers. We told them so and walk out in disgust.

I’d have loved to give this a higher review because the food is lovely I just couldn’t get past the time taken to firstly serve the drinks (35 mins) and secondly serve the food (50 mins). Given the food was bacon butties and some cakes I can’t fathom how it took so long to produce this food. Shame because when the food did come it was tasty but won’t be returning. We only stayed this long because we were made to pay for the food in advance (and also had the cheek to ask for a tip at this stage). There’s no excuses for drinks taking this long. There were three of them behind the counter and only seven covers.

Best place in Holywell for sure! Amazing hot, frest breakfasts with an amazing coffee! Staff are super nice and very polite.

Have been several times to this cafe - breakfast time and lunch. My last visit with friends was for breakfast on a Saturday - very busy but we had booked a table. Food is really good - sourdough breakfast roll is really good value, very tasty with quality ingredients. My only complaint is that we find the wooden seating very uncomfortable and I always suffer with a bad back the following day. A cushion on the seat might be of benefit

Coffee was beautiful and the carrot and pineapple cake was amazing. It can get busy lunchtimes, which shows how popular it is.

Yummy breakfast options, plenty of gluten free for those that need it, and friendly staff :)

Lovely little cafe. Always friendly with great choices. I definitely recommend this place. It's opposite the church.

Passing through and stopped here today. Coffees were lukewarm and tea was very disappointing. Please try harder - probably unlucky with the tea dust at the end of a packet maybe. I never like to complain but I should have so they could rectify.

What a little gem this place is, with beautiful views over the Dee Estuary, friendly and helpful staff, and lovely cakes what more could you want! I’ll definitely be back

Had a lovely lunch with friends in this gorgeous, quirky cafe. Food was delicious, fresh and the cakes, scummy. Definitely recommend a visit, especially if you like art work as there's plenty on display.
