A lovely welcoming family run cafe, hidden away in Hope Village. The service was good and the food was excellent, there is a slight wait for the food but that is because it is all freshly prepared and cooked. Had an awesome ham & cheese toastie, it was the best one I've ever had. It was served with a large fresh crispy salad, the key word being fresh!! Well worth a visit

The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The tiered stand of treats including sandwiches was a feast for the eyes and the palate — delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam, and an array of beautifully crafted homemade cakes. Had drinks at a friend's birthday party and was pleased with the cost of our drinks. Space was tight for said party but it went ok.

Qué increíble cafecito , tan ocupado , cada vez que se volvía a coger una mesa liberada , simplemente no paraban. reservamos nuestra mesa . El personal es muy amable y el chef increíble bajo presión pero tan rápido para servir. La comida era preciosa. Sin duda volveremos.

Fantastic pre booked afternoon tea of cakes and sandwiches with plain scones . Originally booked for 4 people but extra person came as well and as we had let them know the day before it was sorted out fine. The food was lovely and so much for £12.95 a head. Service was excellent and very efficient. Would definitely book again.

Lovely cafe. Always a pleasure to eat here. The owners are very friendly and we are warmly greeted each time we visit with a nice chat too. The food is delicious and freshly prepared. Can honestly say we have enjoyed every meal we have had here. This is our number one cafe to have lunch. The little talk burger is thoroughly enjoyed by my husband as is the eggs royal. On the whole we feel it’s the best cafe in Leigh-on-sea and definitely worth a visit.

Extremely rude staff made us wait ages then served an Americano with oat milk without asking which milk we prefer. It curdled in the Americano and looked awful,bas it does when the milk is off, all thick and.lumpy. On complaining the waitress said, " Of course it will it's oat milk." No apology or empathy at all. 0/10 for customer service we can see why it's closing down!!Still theres a perfectly acceptable cafe opposite who have great customer service.
