The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

On 6/8/24 I was served by a lady named Theresa who was on the till. And let me just say her customer service skills need a lot of work. She scowled her whole time of serving myself and my wife. Just from this one encounter alone I will not be returning which is very disappointing due to the fact it would have been our local garden centre

If I could give a zero I would. Dirty sticky tables. Staff disinterested and unhelpful. Wasn't willing to come out to show us how to work the coffee machine and slid the sandwich across the counter, if I hadn't been quick it would have ended up on the floor. The coffee was luke warm and the sausage sandwich was Inedible, the bread was dry and the sausages were cremated and cold. The staff definitely need training in customer service as they were bordering on rude. Not a place we will be visiting again

I had a great experience at this starbucks, definitely the best in the area. I was served by Hannah who was such a pleasant and lovely girl and the other girls on I think Abby and Nura were really friendly and asked me about my day. They didn't have any White Chocolate Pistachio which I usually get but Hannah helped me and recommend a Brown Sugar one with white chocolate sauce which was really nice! All 3 girls were amazing and should be praised for there efforts and attitudes. I will be visiting again!

Expensive breakfast that had things missing so had to ask then wait for it to come, tables filthy had to wipe our own, food cold

Appalling service here…. both the drive thru and sat inside. Ridiculously long wait times for a coffee. Tried it for the last time!

Has got so expensive! £5.90 for an egg sandwich and the same for a sausage roll. The sausage roll was scantilly filled, pretty tasteless and cold. Taking my own food from now on!!

We had a great time Saturday, the music was great, good variety and not too loud. The outside area is great for a refresh overlooking the canal and lock too. Reasonable priced drinks always a bonus.

The park itself is beautiful..a gem in sheffield..would recommend any 1 to go The cafe...unfortunately is knowhere near the standard of the park "£6.50 for a tuna melt is extortionate. With a small salad and 4 crisps It wasnt that busy but we were waiting roughly 30 mins..even for our drinks..i understand that eating out has become a luxury but even dick turpin wore a mask.the food was cooked ok but i will not recommend or advise anyone to come tocafe..fetch a packed lunch

I know working retail sucks and at the end of the night you want to close up and go but when I show up at 947pm and you are closed all the chairs are on tables and lights off and one guy is mopping then you don’t close at 10pm you close at 930pm and that is fine but just put that as your closing time. I passed other places to specifically go here to get a drink and then had nowhere else to go on my way home because by then it was too late to get to anywhere else in the direction I was going. Maybe it is time to stop going all together to Starbucks and actually find someplace else that wants my money, and can provide better service.

Train station at Sheffield, pain aux choc stale and worse cappuccino I have tasted. Coffee burnt and tasted like dish water. If only I looked round the corner first I would have had a Costa coffee. If this was in Italy you'd be out of business within days.

Got a peppermint tea, after paying, the staff then said it was take away only no sitting down, so had to go home. Next time might as well make myself a cup of tea at home.

Costa next doorwas full so I thought I would have a coffee and a wrap at Subway. I was the only customer. Both food and drink were awful, but the real horror is the loo. No paper and the toilet stained and held together with duct tape.

Called in here June 29th. There were a few people in watching football in the afternoon. The barman couldn't have been any slower and after visiting the toilets, I told him there was no toilet roll in ladies, he acknowledged me but never moved to do anything about it. Pedí un poco de agua caliente en mi taza de Uni of Leeds junto con la compra de un pastel caro que estaba seco, me preguntaron si estaba usando leche o azúcar porque me cobrarán. 4 miembros del personal se pararon detrás del mostrador y todos me miraron murmurando en silencio mientras tenía que preguntarles y mostrarles que estaba usando un agitador de madera para mi té. Soy un estudiante de clase trabajadora en una institución / universidad privilegiada y me hicieron sentir como un indigente. Discriminación en una institución que presume de igualdad, qué broma es este lugar.
