The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Costa next doorwas full so I thought I would have a coffee and a wrap at Subway. I was the only customer. Both food and drink were awful, but the real horror is the loo. No paper and the toilet stained and held together with duct tape.

Las tres personas que ordenaron después de mí tomaron sus bebidas primero. No regresaré.

Appalling service here…. both the drive thru and sat inside. Ridiculously long wait times for a coffee. Tried it for the last time!

Visité el campo de York donde se permite la entrada de perros, me dijeron en el café a menos que sea un perro de asistencia que no se le permite en el café que casi no había nadie en Muchos otros lugares locales permiten perros en y en el café, salir al aire libre, la vanguardia de la costa por nombrar algunos fueron allí en su lugar Un poco decepcionado en el rango incluso había un asiento justo fuera de la cafetería y preguntó si podíamos sentarnos allí y nos dijeron que NO , podía entender si los perros no permitidos en la tienda no tiene sentido

Cómo me gustaría haber leído los informes de Tripadvisor antes de llegar al aeropuerto 5 am esta mañana 4 de mayo de 2025. Pedimos dos capuchinos pequeños, un rollo de tocino, salchicha y huevo y un croissant de queso y tomate. Total 19 libras. 28 . Fue increíblemente TERRIBLE. El café pequeño era tan pequeño, tal vez cuatro bocados pequeños a £ 4. 35 no tenía relación calidad-precio ni sabía a nada. El croissant que pedí para ser calentado, era SÓLO caliente, estaba empapado de una pequeña pieza de queso y dos astillas de tomate. El rollo fue uno de los peores que mi marido haya comido. El huevo era duro como una roca, el tocino empapado no crujiente y la salchicha tenía poco parecido con una salchicha. Estoy buscando la dirección de correo electrónico de Camden, sin éxito en este momento, pero siento que un reembolso total debería estar próximo. Nunca sabré cómo se salen con la suya sirviendo comida tan horrible.

¡Qué está pasando aquí! El lugar está en un estado terrible. Muy sucio, faltan tableros en el mostrador, mesas sin limpiar, entrada asquerosa. El servicio era lento o inexistente. Tienes que evitar este lugar a toda costa. ¡Vete a Costa!

Awful customer service, the woman serving was rude, no manners and had really bad customer service skills. On approaching the counter she said “don’t bother looking on there at the kids menu cos we haven’t got most of it” this was at 1pm, surely a cafe wouldn’t sell out at this time. I was with 2 of my friends and we had 5 children between us, they all ate their food with abit of giggling and silliness Inbetween but weren’t naughty. They then went to sit on the higher stools and we told them to sit still, they were alittle loud and one of them stood on the side bar of the table. They were told to get down to which the same member of staff shouted across the cafe and other customers in a clever tone “they can’t be climbing, there’s people with hot drinks!” I looked over in shock at her! You’d of thought our kids were running riot. The worst service we’ve received in there! Absolutely no need for her attitude.

In a group of 5, 3 bought from the cafe and me and other bought from the shop itself. All sat on the same table yet were kicked out for not each buying from specifically the cafe. Employee had nasty tone.

It’s such a shame as this cafe has a perfect location to stop in when visiting Richmond Park but it’s just so badly run. Over the winter they have no heating on so not a cosy pit stop in freezing temperatures. Too cold to take coat/ hat and gloves off! Customer service is terrible. Asked for avo toast but since it’s after 1130 they refuse the service it - even though they do an avo halloumi burger for lunch! No attempt by staff to even check with kitchen. Such poor customer service on another occasion when I just wanted a slightly different sandwich than on the list. Finally won’t take cash!! Too many negatives now so sadly won’t be back now.

We had a great time Saturday, the music was great, good variety and not too loud. The outside area is great for a refresh overlooking the canal and lock too. Reasonable priced drinks always a bonus.

Sobreprecio y se mantuvo esperando durante 40 minutos para un sándwich seco y patatas fritas! . . Ciertamente nunca volveré y el personal no parecía preocuparse

No puedo hablar lo suficiente del personal aquí. Tan encantador y servicial, siempre trabajar tan duro. A pesar de los tiempos ocupados, siempre ofrecen servicio con una sonrisa.

Shockingly poor service today. Abrupt server who was more interested in having a laugh than speaking to her customers. Long wait on drive thru due to lack of interest. Topped of by a cappuccino that certainly wasn’t a cappuccino, tasted foul! Need some major training and better Managing!

Train station at Sheffield, pain aux choc stale and worse cappuccino I have tasted. Coffee burnt and tasted like dish water. If only I looked round the corner first I would have had a Costa coffee. If this was in Italy you'd be out of business within days.
