Greeted with a very cheery smile Cake butty was great. Crispy batter a good size well cooked with plenty of fish in the middle of 2 steaming hot peace’s of potato. Can’t fault it.

A regular stop off whenever we’re in Selby. The food is fantastic whether it’s a quick snack, full on Sunday lunch or special occasion. Mat, Gemma, Di, Chaba & all the staff are polite, respectful and… efficient. An enjoyable experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.

A little off the beaten track but well worth seeking out. Delicious food at value-for-money prices. Friendly staff.

Creo que lo principal a tener en cuenta es que éramos visitantes habituales antes del cierre y siempre encontramos la comida excelente. Además, en el momento de mis visitas, no sabía que al parecer había habido un cambio de dirección. Nuestras dos visitas en junio fueron insatisfactorias. Lo intentamos dos veces para darles el beneficio de la duda después del bloqueo. En ambas ocasiones nos dimos cuenta de que lo primero que se notaba era cuánto olía el pescado (normalmente una señal de que no estaba tan fresco como debería ser). No era un pescado de sabor agradable. La primera vez pensamos que el proveedor no había almacenado el pescado correctamente durante el cierre y, en lugar de perder dinero, lo vendió. Sin embargo, la segunda vez indicó que parecía haber un problema, probablemente debido a la actitud menos que perfecta de los propietarios, hacia lo que estaban enviando. Sugiero que si quieren reducir costos, reduzcan el tamaño de las porciones de papas fritas en lugar de la calidad del pescado.

I'm new to Huddersfield and was struggling to find something good, maybe got lucky with a first time hit but the food was amazing and staff was welcoming and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend anyone to try. The massaman curry was superbly rich and well seasoned.

Unfortunately they don't indicate when they are closed unexpectedly or leave a recorded message on an answering machine. Arrived tonight and they were closed during opening hours. This the second time this has occurred. The food is is brilliant but they need to update the website when they are closed.

Amazing kebabs made me feel like I was in Poland, I recommend them to all Polish kebab eaters

Whenever I travel over towards Sheffield I always make a point of stopping here for breakfast or lunch also to grab a few cakes for my mum. Sandwiches are amazing especially the breakfast sandwiches, cake some pastries just fantastic well worth the visit if you are in the area. Not to mention the lovely friendly helpful ladies that work there. Keep up the good work 😊

Tried this new pizza and donner place today.soft opening and limited menu by new owners.restaurant looks good and due to open Saturday 10th Feb 2024.food was excellent and fresh.good service with a smile.good luck.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere , beautiful surroundings, relaxing music makes for a chill down place ,love it! Lovely staff , gorgeous food ,so well presented. Really enjoyed myself . Would visit again .
