Visitado el Viernes Santo. Buen tipo sirviendo. Teníamos 2 pasteles de queso salados tamaño caramelo. Eran muy agradables, pero eran £ 5. 50 cada uno con la funda protectora para sacar. Muy caro incluso para York. Precios turísticos y no sobrevivirá por mucho tiempo

Very obnoxious lady on the phone who said the shop was closed.

What a great find. We live within the local area and decided with friends to go out for dinner and drinks. Trying to get taxis in our village is always difficult unless pre booking. The Sloop Inn solved this problem for us as we both have camper/motorhome so picked here as we could park up for the night. Lively atmosphere and the food was proper pub food. Tasty perfectly cooked and amazing service. The lady serving was so friendly and welcoming we will definitely be returning. Great pub great food and an amazing sleep in our motorhome.

Lovely little tearoom. We had the lasagne and it was beautiful and red hot. Staff very friendly. Coffee great. Well worth a visit.

Tried other sauces & marinades but as far as deep tasteful more’ish flavours that hit you nothing on the market comes close to the Mully’s Kitchen Jerk Chicken marinade This is the one you need if like myself you enjoy cooking chicken at home

I ordered pork rice bowl and spicy wings. The pork was the Korean pork I wanted. I've been here several times and eaten, but I don't think there's another pork restaurant as good as this one. The wings are deliciously spicy and go well with alcohol. The rice makes you very full after eating. I think they use sushi rice that you can eat in Korea or Japan. I recommend Nico to those who miss the spicy taste of Korea like me.

Me encanta el caldo, pero después de ver al tipo metiendo los brownies sin guantes, luego secándose las manos después de cada brownie que metió en sus jeans, luego continuó metiendo brownies, ¡creo que fue asqueroso! Absolutamente asqueroso y sin salud e higiene claramente , a veces los sarni son preciosos pero no creo que vuelva a entrar allí después de ver que tan contento fui en ese momento a ver esas tonterías. Dios sabe dónde han estado sus manos toda la mañana. Pensar en eso me enferma.

I was struggling to find somewhere for my Daughters 16th birthday, a lot of places don't hold events for young teens but Xanders came to the rescue. Not only do they offer the full space for private parties they provide the entertainment, (games, mocktail classes, quizzes etc) they provide snacks or buffets which we were all really impressed with, the food wasn't the cheapest they could find to save costs it was fresh fruit and other delicious treats, such a wonderful spread! The staff are super friendly, fun and very helpful. I had even forgotten the cake candles but they found some to save a run to the shop! Absolutely fantastic evening, adults and the kids all had fun, we learnt a lot about making mocktails and just really enjoyed ourselves! The party didn't break the bank either, brilliant prices for all you get. 100% recommend, for everyone!

I agree with the other reviews that the food is excellent, however, I felt that the service we were given was a lot cooler than that given to those who are obviously regulars. This left us feeling quite uncomfortable and as though we were imposing upon them.

Great food, decent prices, very friendly owner. Will be back if I come to Richmond again 😊
