Has got so expensive! £5.90 for an egg sandwich and the same for a sausage roll. The sausage roll was scantilly filled, pretty tasteless and cold. Taking my own food from now on!!

This is my usual spot to take a break while in Richmond Park. It's quite small, so getting a table is often impossible and it's always busy and not the cleanest. Having said that, it serves good coffee and tea as well as delicious cakes and pastries. It would be great if they could refurbish this one the same as Phesantry cafe in Bushy Park.

The location is good but that’s the only positive here. Terribly overpriced food served in a grubby noisy shed. It’s mostly a takeaway but with sky high prices. And what you get is slow service, long waits, very poor quality food and drinks and poor staff attitude. I don’t blame the staff really, I assume they get a minimum wage to serve poor quality overpriced food so I expect they get a bit of grief from disgruntled customers. Obviously the owners are mostly to blame as they are clearly raking it in with a captive customer base (there is no where else to go for miles around) and sky high prices. But really Richmond park must also take some of the blame. They must contract out to this outfit and should easily be able to get a much better caterer to take this on.

Really dreadful. Insipid coffee. Bacon bap ( forgot the egg I’d paid for) was cold as well as the sausage bap and nearly £8 each! Also gave the excuse that the fryer was broken so we didn’t order a burger and then we saw others with burgers and chips. V odd. Avoid if at all possible. Shame really as location is great. Clearly for the rich cyclists!

My wife and I both ordered the full English breakfast which arrived barely hot with both the sausage & beans being pretty much cold. We asked for it to be replaced and got a just acceptable replacement almost certainly blasted in the microwave. My hash brown was consequently reduced to a damp string like texture. At just under £15.00 each along with apathetic service I would certainly never order from them again.

Goodness knows where they source their croissants, but they are revolting. Over-sweet and dry. Don't be tempted.

Some years ago, this was a good place for a lunch while walking. Today, I visited & had probably the worst bowl of "homemade" soup I have ever tasted. As for my wife's choice of some kind of chicken, words fail me. I think the soggy cardboard box in which it was served was probably more wholesome. They say they want staff, oh how they need them!

Rude staff, stale overpriced baps. There are so many nice places to eat at in Wimbledon and surrounding areas, so I would avoid this place.

This is a Conveniently positioned Cafe in Richmond Park, close to Roehampton Gate, with a large car park and adjacent Restrooms! The friendly staff provide a slick service. That said, due to the Cafe’s popularity at this picturesque rendezvous point, they can sometimes be put under pressure at Peak Visiting times: A degree of patience and understanding is sometimes needed! There is a good selection of Hot & Cold food and drinks, offering a Select choice of Coffees and Pastries (See photos!). It is very popular ‘Stop’ 🛑 for Cyclists 🚴‍♀️; there is a large external ‘Decking Patio Area, with seating and Tables, providing a ‘Delightful Alfresco Ambience’ with a Park view. The Cafe is ‘Dog Friendly’ and during Summertime provide an Outdoor Coffee and Ice Cream Service. Overall, I highly recommend visitors in the Park to ‘Take Time Our’ to visit and experience this Delightful Petite Park Patisserie Cafe!⭐️

This is /should be a lovely pit stop when you visit Richmond Park. Choice of salads and pastries look great. It’s let down by staff who are disinterested, poorly trained and seem more interested in chatting to themselves rather than focus of the needs of customers. Another establishment that thinks that quality starts and ends with the menu but forgets that customers come first.

I came on a family trip for a coffee stop. Location is great and the selection of coffees and cakes spot on. Raspberry muffin and bacon bap both delicious, as were the hot drinks. Only problem was the amount of time it took at the outdoor bar to order and get the food. One member of staff very slow and the other appeared to be doing very little! Both were friendly but I feel they need to speed up and work together better in the busy summer months!

Nice cafe with good food and reasonably priced (for somewhere in a royal Park in London). Visited at lunchtime on Sunday 30th June with a large group doing a charity walk; it was a hot day, and the place was very busy. Most of the food was fine, with the exception of my order which was a Warm Chicken Pimento Salad. When this arrived I tucked in to find that the first piece of chicken I cut into was raw. Not just a bit pink, but actually translucent raw. I returned it to the counter and it was duly replaced with a fresh order which was properly cooked and quite delicious. The manager did come over to reassure me that this was very unusual, but that he regularly eats raw chicken without a problem! Struck me as an odd thing to say?! Hygiene rating on the door was 4/5, but I fear that this slips when the kitchen is busy, so check carefully before you tuck in! In fairness, I haven't been ill (yet) but I think it might have been a close call...

Scrumptiously generous salads and delicious coffees enjoyed today, all the while overlooking deer grazing in Richmond Park. Such obliging staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. CanNOT imagine why people haven’t been kinder in their reviews. We loved every mouthful and moment.

I came here with my two young children for a cup of tea and an afternoon treat. There were no snacks available at 3:30pm apart from crisps and popcorn. My 4 year old asked why there was no recycling - the staff couldn't help me with this - come on folks it is 2019!!!Plastic water cups for the free water and no glasses available - defeats the object.

Very limited choice of food. We only wanted a snack type thing but the only sandwiches available were toasties!!Customer service was appalling, it took three attempts to get the table cleaned and then it was left very sticky all over. Unfortunately the location of this place gives it a captive audience. It may be ok for a takeaway coffee but I certainly wouldn’t recommend eating here.

After a lovely walk around Richmond, my partner and I thought we'd get a cup of tea at Collicis. At 1645 we tried to get in and the door was locked. Despite signage on the door suggesting in March it would close at 1730, and both google and tripadvisor confirming this, not one member of staff came to explain otherwise.

I went on Monday after a walk with my friend for a cappuccino. It was more like a latte with lots of hot milk and hardly any foam. I took the cups back and asked for two new cappuccinos. The guy behind the counter was not too happy but made two new cups. Unfortunately they were not better or almost worst. Hot milky and hardly any foam - little coffee taste!

I went to this cafe after cycling in Richmond Park around 4.15pm (16/09/17). I was hoping to order something from the hot food menu when I was abruptly told that the kitchen was closed. That was fine, however there should have been a sign up somewhere informing customers, instead of waiting until they have queued approach the till.

I visited the Colicci in Roehampton Gate on 3rd September at 4pm with a friend. I asked at the counter what food items they had without gluten in as my friend cannot eat gluten. The man who served me said there was nothing without gluten in, which is false anyway, I ordered a cappuccino and a tea and the man who served me took the micky out of the fact my friend is celiac, with the audacity to do it while I was standing right there. I asked another member of staff what his name is and the rude insulting one is called Josh.

Unfortunately visitors are likely to venture in as it is one of the few eateries within the Park. Food poor and expensive for what it is. £2 for a paper cup with a teabag help yourself to milk and sugar. A piece of cake is around £3 and a jacket potato with filling £6.95. Tables and chairs together with overall cleanliness somewhat lacking. I could find nothing to commend the place other than the staff were polite.

Worst KFC meal I have had - tables dirty, cold in the seating area due to air con and the meal really wasn't great- our tower burgers had a dark coloured hard, greasy, crunchy overcooked coating with dry chicken inside. Perhaps it had been sat too long waiting for it to be sold? It certainly wasn't fresh. Would be wary about eating chicken from there again. Not had this experience in a KFC before. Maybe someone higher up should be checking in occasionally to check on hygiene/food safety standards......

This was my only free camping experience of the coast to coast and truly one of my best camping experiences of the whole trip! You get a toilet, shower, washer and dryer, all for free and just donation based. There were even laundry pods. They stopped serving food at 4pm the day I was there but were happy to help me order food if needed and sold a few snacks which kept me going through the night. Also the locals couldn’t have been friendlier and made for a lively night :) would highly recommend!

Always loved the Crown in Hawes, beautiful pub with amazing food, but I've just been again with different management and they've completely upped the standard. The food was incredible, Amir the chef is brilliant, I recommend the beef stifado. The owners Toni and Rob are so friendly and welcoming, we did not want to go home. Will definitely be going back.
