Came an hour away to take family out for a meal, food was nice but one waitress was rude when checking ID and pulling faces and being nearly 30 years of age... there was no please or thank you, ruined the atmosphere. Won't be coming here again based on this experience and being made to feel uncomfortable. The other waitress was nice though.

Didn’t visit the restaurant but went to the amazing adventure playground which is just across. Great for the kids to explore and make dens and use their imaginations. There is a zip line and loads of balance beams and slides for the kids to explore. Parking is free

Had lovely steak meal large portions was beautiful and well presented

Just arrived home from Mozzarellas. It was our 58th wedding anniversary and we decided to celebrate it with a meal. It was absolutely gorgeous, I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the Sea Bass. Both meals were delicious and the service was fantastic. Thank you . Tony Dreda and Rory the dog. Fantastic Sunday Lunch. Four of went on 23/2/25 - the starters were great - smoked trout pate with sourdough; three different roasts available for mains and a superb selection of vegetables; and a single portion of STP big enough for two, washed done with a lovely Chilean red - great food, great taste, great service, at a reasonable price - costs more than a big standard pub meal, but tasted far better, so overall great value. I hope it is available on a regular basis as I would highly recommend it and we will be back.

Disappointed with our experience, food was ok but it just wasn't hot, my scrambled eggs were flat cold as soon as I started eating it, had 2 slices of toast with my veggie breakfast which were just piled on top! Better presentation would be on a side plate. It also felt cold in the cafe. The grilled tomato didn't look or taste grilled!! And the mushrooms were tasteless and just seemed like they had been blanched in water. Sauteed in a bit of butter or Olive oil with some seasoning would be nice!

Was slightly dubious that a pub could do Thai food, how wrong I was totally amazing, looking forward to trying more dishes on my next visit

Thought we would try this place out not impressed with the overall experience of food the Sunday dinners beef not great nor the service waiter/staff took telling over 3 times for desserts had to wait over 30 mins for just brownies in the end just had to say cancel it too much time for something that take a couple of minutes to do the next day most of the family had upset stomachs wouldn’t recommend this place unless the service of communication to the cook and food standard is more on point than mediocre presentation we were compensated some money off the desserts but even the brownies are nothing different that shop bought similarities and tight portions to say the least the differences between kids to adults sizes not by much. To say the least and the only major positive was the decor of the overall place well set out looks inviting at least.

A great sandwich bar (only when the owner is there!!!) She is lovely - chatty and smiles all round, always happy to see you. When she leaves the place to be run by a number of the younger female staff members, it all goes to hell. Today (Monday 15th) Sue wasn’t in and this is not uncommon when she isn’t around………. Ordering a simple breakfast box and a sausage sandwich goes all wrong. Informed it was cash only today, but only when I went to pay after the food had been cooked. Had to go back home for cash, no explaination given or apology, no sign either up saying ‘cash only today’. Arrived back to girl on a FaceTime chat rather than engaged in serving me. Got my order home and completely incorrect (no egg and yet double sausage and bacon) 🤦🏻‍♂️. If Jill’s Cafe was open for n Milnsbridge on a Monday, I’d have left the food there, not returned and paid, and gone there instead. Great when the owner is there, terriboe when she’s not.

I was out eating at lord Wilson Wetherspoons on Saturday , I was having a lovely time until I heard kitchen staff making lewd comments about another staff member they were working with this upset me as when I took a Quick Look at the kitchen I could see the comments were affecting the female staff member this is really disrespectful and unprofessional

Visited the cafe today, to have a cuppa with my brother, while he tucked into a full English breakfast. Excellent value for money and according to my brother, tasty too. But best of all, Carol provided excellent service, supplying a mug for my tea which incorporated a brilliant design for coffee. I felt right at home.

Rude staff take to many orders on a your waiting 20mins+ and when u ask where your order is you get a rude response! Used to love bagel factory last 2 times experience been horrendous…

Hi Been going to the Garden centre for years and years and we love it. We are there all the time. Staff are nice . Is the lovely Tom on the tills still there? We miss him when we don't see him on our visit . Tom is first class at customer service. service. Tom where are you? Hope to see you on our next visit xxx
